Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya pada penelitian ini adalah untuk 1) Untuk menganalisis pengaruh kinerja kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tegal, 2) Menganalisis pengaruh manajemen kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tegal, 3) Menganalisis pengaruh kinerja kepemimpinan dan manajemen kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tegal. Metode penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan sampel 52 SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tegal. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data di penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis deskripsi dan regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial kinerja kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tegal berpengaruh sebesar 39,9%. Sedangkan kinerja manajemen kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tegal sebesar 56,3%. Kinerja kepemimpinan dan manajemen kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tegal mempunyai nilai R2 sebesar 0,620 yang berarti pengaruh kinerja kepemimpinan dan manajemen kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SMP Negeri di Kabupaten Tegal sebesar 62%.

Abstract

Problem Statement: This research is conducted in response to low reading motivation of society, especially parents/guardians in spending their spare time when picking up their children after school in SMP N 17 Kendari. Purpose: This research aims to describe how “40 Minutes with Parents/Guardians (Sang Penjemput)” program has influenced reading literacy of SMP N 17 Kendari. Method: This research uses a qualitative research with library study method supported by observation. Data sources are reference books and scientific journal articles which was in line with this research. Observations are in the forms of authors’ own experiences as authors directly participated in this program. Results: The findings show that: The headmaster of SMPN 17 Kendari had a significant role in carrying out this program; Many readers (Sang Pembaca) were fond of fiction books, newspaper, and magazines; Additional facility such as comfortable place to read was a significant factor in implementing this program. Conclusion: It can be concluded that 40 Minutes with Parents/Guardians (Sang Penjemput) program, which was carried out with reading activity while picking up their children, is quite effective in influencing reading habits of the Parents/Guardians (Sang Penjemput). Through this program, it can also affect students’ reading literacy, as well as persuading nearby residents who live near SMPN 17 Kendari to read. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh penerapan media komik terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI SMAN 1 Indrajaya. dan untuk mengidentifikasi tanggapan siswa dalam penerapan media komik terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI SMAN 1 Indrajaya. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, teknik pengumpulan data dilakuakn dengan cara observasi, angket dan tes, dalam penelitian ini uji validitas dilakukan dengan bantuan komputer menggunakan program SPSS for Windows Versi 16.0. Pengujian validitas ini dilakukan terhadap 40 responden. Pengambilan keputusan dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan nilai r hitung (Corrected Item Total Correlation) dengan r table. hasil penelitian yaitu  hasil regresi dari tabel diatas menunjukkan bahwa F hitung sebesar 75.022 atau 75.02 (pembulatan 2 angka dibelakang koma). untuk mengetahui F tabel, terlebih dahulu ditentukan derajat kebebasan (df1 dan df2). Dengan menggunakan signifikansi  a = 5%, df1 (jumlah variabel – 1) = 3, dan df2 (n-k-1) atau 20-3-1 = 16 (dimana n adalah jumlah responden dan k adalah jumlah variabel independen). hasil thitung  untuk variabel ini sebesar 8.662. Sementara itu, nilai pada tabel distribusi 5% sebesar 1.096. Maka thitung  (1.096) t  tabel (1,729).  Artinya, ada pengaruh Penerapan media komik terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran sejarah kelas XI SMAN 1 Indrajaya. Kata Kunci. hasil belajar, mata pelajaran sejarah, media komik

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe: characteristics of the era of social transformation in general and the deconstruction of Sufistic Jalaluddin Rachmat’s thought in the social transformation era, so that misunderstanding of Sufism can be overcome by displaying Sufism's simple teachings without reducing the meaning of its substance, so that it is easily practiced by all groups. The approach used is a philosophical and sociological approach. This type of research is classified as library research with processing methods and data analysis which is qualitative. Data is collected by quoting, adapting and analyzing the literature that is representative and has relevance to the problem discussed, then reviews and concludes it. After holding a discussion on the thinking of Sufistic Jalaluddin Rachmat by emphasizing Sufistic thinking in the era of social transformation, as a result Jalaluddin Rachmat divided Sufism into three mahzab, i.e. morality mahzab, ma'rifat mahzab and essence mahzab. Implication of this research is to minimize the occurrence of various forms of deviation both individual and social. In addition, this research also calls on the readers or the public to continue to preserve the teachings of Sufism by deconstructing the teachings of other Sufism so that it is always fresh and can be transformed in accordance with the rate of development of the times.

Abstract

This study aimed to find out  the implementation of public relations in disseminating information at the Library and Archives Service in Bone Regency. This study used qualitative research methods and the type of research used descriptive. Data collection techniques used observation and interviews. The results showed that the implementation of public relations in disseminating information at the Library and Archives Service in Bone Regency, showed that from four indicators of credibility, in the form of delivering information needed by the community, both direct and indirect communication. Context, education related to the problems that often occured in  society, as well as inviting and fostering children to love reading, love and make the library a fun place for learning and playing. Channels, channels that could be used by the public to access news related to information, were the official website of the village library and library service. Audience capacity, ability and skill in good and correct communication.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas dan profitabilitas terhadap nilai perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017 – 2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2017 – 2021. Metode pengambilan sampel dengan porpusive sampling, dan berdasarkan kriteria jumlah sampel adalah 26 perusahaan dari 72 perusahaan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, regresi berganda yang sebelumnya di uji dengan asumsi klasik.Hasil penelitian menunjukan secara simultan CR dan ROA berpengaruh secara poaitif dan siginfiksn terhadap nilai perusahaan . dimana CR secara parsial berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan dan ROA secara parsial berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci : Likuiditas, Profitabilitas dan Nilai PerusahaanAbstract. This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability on the value of food and beverage sub-sektor manufacturing companies listed on the IDX for the 2017 – 2021 period. 2017 – 2021. The sampling method is porpusive sampling, and based on the criteria for the number of samples, there are 26 companies out of 72 companies. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis, multiple regression which was previously tested with classical assumptions.The results of the study show that simultaneously CR and ROA have a positive and significant effect on firm value. where CR partially has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value and ROA partially has a positive and significant effect on firm value.Keywords : Liquidity, Profitability and firm value

Abstract

This research aims to develop a Maqasid Shariah guideline for skincare consumers in Bone Regency, where the majority of the population is Muslim. The focus is on integrating halal, health, and sustainability aspects in the selection of skincare products. With the increasing awareness of safe and responsible skincare, this guideline is expected to help consumers choose products that are halal, healthy, and environmentally friendly. The research method uses a qualitative approach, combining surveys and in-depth interviews with skincare users in Bone Regency to understand their practices in applying Maqasid Shariah principles. The results show that while many consumers are aware of the importance of halal, there is still a lack of knowledge regarding health and sustainability aspects. This guideline provides structured information on halal criteria, ingredient safety, and sustainability practices that should be considered. These findings are expected to raise awareness and provide recommendations for producers to develop products that meet Maqasid Shariah criteria, supporting the sustainability of an ethical and responsible skincare industry

Abstract

Modern educational environments often face students' moral laziness, manifested as ethical passivity, reluctance to make difficult moral decisions, and a tendency to simply imitate norms without internalizing authentic values. Overly normative character education fails to foster a sense of personal responsibility and moral authenticity. Therefore, this study aims to reformulate the concept of authentic education based on the principles of existentialist philosophy (Sartre, Kierkegaard, and Camus) to challenge moral laziness and encourage students to become active and responsible moral agents. The method used is a qualitative philosophical study with interpretive content analysis. Core concepts of existentialism, such as freedom, responsibility, authenticity, and existential anxiety, are transformed into an applicable pedagogical framework. The findings indicate that the resulting Authentic Education emphasizes a pedagogy of awareness, in which students are encouraged to recognize their radical freedom of choice and the consequences of absolute responsibility for those choices. The learning process must create boundary situations (such as real ethical dilemmas) that force students to confront anxiety and choose their own values rather than accept predetermined ones. This article makes a theoretical contribution by offering an existentialist alternative to rule-based moral education, as well as a practical contribution in the form of a basis for designing a curriculum that focuses on developing moral authenticity and personal commitment, preparing students to act ethically in the real world.

Abstract

The Islamic Education (IE) curriculum struggles to balance reasoning ('aql) and religion (naql). This conflict between reason and religious texts could lead to a poorly integrated curriculum that separates spiritual and intellectual parts, impeding faith-based critical thinking. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze and identify models of integration between logic and faith in the thought of classical Islamic scholars, as well as to formulate their implications for strengthening and developing a holistic contemporary IS curriculum. This study uses a qualitative approach with textual analysis methods and critical literature studies of key works by prominent classical scholars (such as Al-Ghazali, Ibn Sina, and Ibn Rushd) that explicitly discuss the relationship between philosophy/logic and Islamic sciences (sharia and kalam). Data are analyzed comparatively and interpretively to extract an integrative framework. The results indicate that classical scholars do not separate logic from faith. Logic is considered an essential tool (wasilah) for verifying theological truth, refuting doubts (syubhat), and constructing solid arguments in defense of Islamic doctrine. Their thinking offers an integrative model in which reason serves as a supporter and strengthener of faith (iman), rather than as its opponent. This model emphasizes that the pinnacle of reason lies in recognizing its limits and submitting to revolution. This article presents a theoretical and practical framework for Islamic education curriculum developers to provide critical thinking and logical argumentation resources without sacrificing spiritual depth. This dissertation produces graduates with deep faith and maturity, and integrated reasoning to face modern difficulties.
