Abstract

This study was to describe (1) the component context: Destination Program Employee Get Member (2) input components: human resources, financial resources / budget and the means (3) components of the process: dissemination and implementation of the process of making a new account and (4) components product: the achievement of the number of products: fee-based income, funding structure and customer base. This study aims to identify and analyze the Evaluation of Program Implementation Employee Get Member in State Owned Enterprises studies PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Branch Metro 2014. The research method used is descriptive research type with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study by observation, interview and documentation. The results of the evaluation study showed a context of close relevance between background issuance program with the objective to be achieved by stakeholder. However, in terms of quality or the readiness of the participants are still lacking, resources have not been adequate funding provided and the infrastructure provided is quite adequate.

Abstract

The paradigm change in the system of government of the Republic of Indonesia which is carried out in a decentralized manner makes the village government have the authority to regulate and manage its own government independently. In order to create an independent village, one thing that needs to be considered in village development is the planning stage. However, there are still many Village Development Plans that are made by villages immaturely, one of which is in Siraman Village, Pekalongan District, East Lampung Regency. This service activity aims to provide knowledge about realizing an independent village through village development planning through the solicitation method. The results of this activity indicated an increase in the knowledge of the participants by 41%

Abstract

Inequalities in access and health services for BPJS users include not all medicines being covered, difficulty in checking or receiving treatment, difficulty in getting a room, and several other complaints. The aim of this research is to determine the IKEP model Problem Identification, Confirmation, Evaluation and Improvement) for implementers and administrators of BPJS Health at RSUAD A. Yani, Metro City. This research uses empirical juridical research methods with descriptive, explanatory and prescriptive approaches. Data collection methods consist of literature and documentation of observations and interviews. The data analysis method used is a qualitative analysis method. The results of the research conducted by researchers found in the field that problems occurred in the facilities and infrastructure as well as BPJS services related to the online system, both in registration and in the referral system. Another problem also occurs in the HR system which is lacking and less professional in providing services. Therefore, researchers offer suggestions in the form of an IKEP MODEL at RSUD A Yani, Metro City to help organize services better, including with leadership, organizational culture, institutions, SOPs, management of public complaints, control and evaluation and human resources.

Abstract

Since now, the handling of poverty in Indonesia is still being pursued with various strategies for handling it. One of them is the issuance of the Non-Cash Food Assistance (BPNT) policy which is based on the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 63 of 2017 concerning the Distribution of Non-Cash Aid. However, in its implementation, there are still many problems such as recipients of aid who are not on target, such as the case that occurred in Rantau Jaya Udik Village, Sukadana District. From a total of 221 Beneficiary Families (KPM), there are 39 data that are not on target. The purpose of this study was to analyze how the implementation of BPNT distribution in Rantau Jaya Udik Village, Sukadana District, East Lampung Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of BPNT distribution in Rantau Jaya Udik Village has not run well, this can be seen from the characteristics of the problem, it can be seen that there are invalid beneficiary data obtained from the Integrated Data on Social Welfare of the Ministry of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia, namely 39 Beneficiary Families. In implementing this policy, the contents of this policy are clearly contained in the Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 20 of 2019 concerning the Distribution of Non-Cash Food Aid and support from the implementers and the community for this program. In terms of the environment, social, community economy and the level of technological progress of the community, it is quite low as seen from many KPMs who still do not understand in using the Prosperous Family Card.

Abstract

The high number of cases of bullying, intolerance and sexual violence in Indonesia is a major challenge for the world of education. These three problems make it 3 sins in education where cases of bullying make Indonesia one of the countries with the highest cases of bullying, cases of intolerance have also spread in the world of education from high schools to elementary schools and cases that are no less worrying are cases of sexual violence with the highest cases experienced by children aged 6-12 years as much as 33% and the lowest in children aged 0-5 years as much as 7.7%. The increasing number of cases of the 3 sins in the world of education is due to the lack of character of the students. Community Service which was held on November 23, 2024 at MetroTimur 8 Public Elementary School was carried out using video learning and discussion methods with the aim of instilling character in preventing the 3 sins of education

Abstract

With the implementation of physical distancing by the government during the Covid-19 pandemic, it has had a major impact on the community and business actors in Indonesia. This situation causes a decline in the productivity and economy of the Indonesian people. However, the public and business actors should not be complacent with conditions like this. The government has issued a policy on financial inclusion in Indonesia as outlined in the Presidential Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 82 of 2016 concerning the National Strategy for Financial Inclusion (SNKI). This regulation is the basis for the relevant agencies in this case the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to improve financial access for the public with the Officeless Financial Services policy in the Context of Financial Inclusion (Laku Pandai) as stipulated in OJK Regulation Number 19/POJK.03/2014 concerning Officeless Financial Services for Financial Inclusion. There are still many people who have not used and know about this program, one of which is the community in Mojopahit Village, Punggur District. The purpose of this activity is to provide a strengthening of understanding to the public and business actors regarding the Policies of Laku Pandai in the Covid-19 Pandemic Period. This service activity was carried out on June 31, 2021 in the Mojopahit Village Hall, Punggur District, Central Lampung Regency in the form of socialization and discussion. The result of this activity is the achievement of goals and benefits in community service activities.
