Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of school facilities on student learning interest sd negeri kutabima 01. This research method used is a quantitative research method with survey research type. This research was carried out using survey research conducted using non-probability techniques where the researcher then collected data using a questionnaire. The data produced were analyzed using statistical tests, namely simple linear regression tests, namely the T test and determination coefficient (R square). This result of the research entitled the influence of school facilities on student learning interest sd negeri kutabima 01 had a siginificant effect. This can be seen from the average precentage after being given treatment on student’s learning interest, namely 0,019 (p < 0,05). The result of the coefficient of determintation test show that learning facilities explain 26,9% of the varioation in student motivation. This shows that although learning facilities are an important factor, there are other elements that also influence student motivation. However, the adjusted R Square value of 0.228 confirms that learning facilities still make a relevant contribution in this regression model, so this research that providing adequate learning facilities is very inportant in increasing student interest and motivation in the educational environment

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using audio-visual media on the learning interest in Mathematics of fourth-grade students at SD Negeri 4 Karangkemojing. The method used in this study is quantitative with a pre-experimental research type. The design used is a one-group pre-test and post-test, with data collection carried out using pre-test and post-test questionnaires. The average percentage of the post-test scores after the audio-visual media was applied to Mathematics learning is 85%. The results of the hypothesis test using the Paired Samples Test technique at a significance level of 5% obtained a t-value < 0.05, namely 0.004 < 0.05, thus Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. From the results of this test, there is an effect of audiovisual media on the interest in learning mathematics in the fourth grade of SD Negeri 4 Karangkemojing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Project Based Learning (PjBL) on science’s learning motivation of class V SD Negeri Ciruyung 01. The method of the research is quantitative pre-experimental design with one-group pretest-posttest design. The research subjects were 26 students. The data collection was taken by pretest and posttest questionnaires, and observation sheets for the implementation of learning. The analysis of the questionnaire data in this study used a paired samples t-test hypothesis test. From the results of the data analysis, a significance level of 0.000 was obtained. These results indicate that 0.000 < 0.05 at a 95% confidence level, so that Ha can be accepted and H0 is rejected. This result is also reinforced by the statement in point 2 about the feeling of pleasure in being given project assignments, which received the highest percentage of 98%. Therefore, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model has an effect on student learning motivation.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of classical teaching styles on the learning interest of fifth-grade students in Mathematics at SD Negeri 1 Selanegara. The background of this research is the low interest in learning among students, characterized by passive learning participation and a lack of motivation in following lessons. This study uses a qualitative approach with 20 fifth-grade students as subjects. Data was collected through interviews, observations, and document studies. The instruments used include interview guides, observation sheets, and daily activity journals. The data analysis technique employs qualitative descriptive analysis. The research findings indicate that the classical teaching style is still predominantly used by fifth-grade teachers. Several factors underlying the use of this teaching style include: the absence of mandatory lesson planning or teaching modules in the Merdeka Curriculum, limited teaching time, the teachers' lack of ability in utilizing teaching aids and technology, a heavy administrative burden, and limited facilities in schools. The use of the classical teaching style impacts students' low interest in learning, as seen from their lack of active participation and motivation in Math classes.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the Wordwall learning media application on the literacy skills of students at SD Negeri 1 Selanegara. This research uses a quantitative method with a pre-experimental design (one group pretest-posttest design). The sample of the study consists of 13 fourth-grade students. The instruments used include a literacy test (pretest with 40 questions and posttest with 20 questions) and a questionnaire on implementation. The data analysis technique used is the t-test (paired sample t-test). The research results show an increase in the average literacy scores of students after learning using Wordwall, from an average pretest score of 66.54 to an average posttest score of 74.23. The t-test results indicate a significance value of < 0.05, which means there is a significant effect of using Wordwall on students' literacy skills. Thus, the Wordwall media has proven to be effective and can be used as an innovative alternative to improve the literacy of elementary school students.

Abstract

This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of scout extracurricular activities on the motivation of SD Negeri 1 Selanegara students. This study uses a quantitative type with a survey method. The subjects of this study are students in grades III, IV, and V of SD Negeri 1 in the country totaling 25 students with simple random selection or using the Simple Random Sampling method. Data collection uses questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation. The student motivation questionnaire used was 33 statements that were declared valid and reliable. The results of the study showed an increase in student motivation in scouting extracurricular activities with 95% declared good and 5% adequate. The results of the Shapiro-Wilk Test can be seen that the significance value of variable X (Student Motivation) is 0.128 and variable Y (Scout Extracurricular) is 0.652 which means that the significance value of > 0.05, then it can be concluded that both data are normally distributed. The results of the linearity test showed that the two variables had a linear relationship of 0.948 more than 0.05 with Deviation From Linearity. The results of the T test are known to have a significance value of SIG.< 0.05. The value of t is 4.542 and t of the table is 2.069 which means that t is calculated > t of the table and the value of R Square is 0.473. So it can be concluded that Ha was accepted, which means that there is an influence of scout extracurricular activities on the motivation of SD Negeri 1 Selanegara students.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the application of the outing class method on students' writing skills in Indonesian language learning in grade III of SDN 2 Baregbeg. The study used a qualitative approach with a case study method. The research subjects consisted of 22 third-grade students. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively and qualitatively with an emphasis on the process and results of students' writing after participating in the outing class activity. The results of the study show that the application of the outing class method was carried out in three stages, namely planning, implementation, and follow-up. In the planning stage, the teacher prepared the objectives, location, and observation sheets. In the implementation stage, students were invited to observe the school environment, record their observations, and discuss them in groups. In the follow-up stage, students wrote about their experiences in the form of simple essays. The results of the students' writing showed improvement in terms of the relevance of the content to the theme, clarity of the main ideas, paragraph structure, vocabulary usage, language rules, and creativity. The conclusion of this study shows that the outing class method has a positive impact on improving students' writing skills, both in terms of content, structure, and learning motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model on the interest in learning mathematics among fifth-grade students at Ciporos 01 Public Elementary School. This study used a quantitative method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The research sample consisted of all 16 fifth-grade students. Data were collected through interviews, questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was performed using SPSS 16.0 through prerequisite tests (normality and homogeneity tests) and hypothesis testing using a paired sample t-test to compare the average pretest and posttest results. The results showed that the students' pretest scores ranged from a high of 89 to a low of 61, with an average of 73.19. Meanwhile, the posttest scores showed a highest score of 94, a lowest score of 82, and an average of 89.56. A comparison of these two data sets shows an increase of 16.375%. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that the Jigsaw cooperative learning model has a positive effect on increasing students' interest in learning mathematics.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of using the Baamboozle learning media on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade IV students at SD Negeri Ciporos 07, specifically on the topic of line relationships. The research employed a quantitative method with a Pre-Experimental design using the One Group Pretest-Posttest design on 18 students who were selected purposively. Data were collected through pretest and posttest assessments, observations, and supporting documentation. The instrument was tested for validity and reliability, while the data analysis technique utilized Nonparametric Statistics. Based on the normality test, the data were not normally distributed; therefore, hypothesis testing employed the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The findings show an increase in the students’ average score from 40.20 on the pretest to 67.32 on the posttest after two treatment sessions. Student activity also improved from 76.6% to 86.6%. The Wilcoxon significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 confirms that Baamboozle has a measurable effect. In conclusion, Baamboozle is proven to enhance mathematics learning outcomes and student engagement during the learning process.
