Results data Study student obtained with use test. Collected data Then analyzed with use technique analysis statistics, the formula used is Based t-test formula results data analysis obtained t- count of 64.67 and the t- table value is 1.708 at the level significant 5% with dk 25 of 1.708, p the shows t- count more big from t- table (64.67 > 1.708). With thereby can concluded that method presentation (advanced organizer) effect positive and significant to results Study class X MA DA Jerowaru.

Abstract

Study This aim For know Study This aim is for, 1) knowing the leadership head school, 2) quality education at Madrasah Aliyah NW Penendem, 3) and roles head school in increasing the quality of input, process, and output. Research type This is a study qualitative and the approach used is approach qualitative descriptive. As an informant in the study, This is the head school, deputy head of curriculum, treasurer, and TU staff. Data collection was carried out with three methods that are, method observation, interview, and documentation. Research results This show that, the role of the Head Schools in Improving the Quality of Education at Madrasah Aliyah NW Penendem is with way, set up professional educators, provide an environment conducive to learning, make appropriate programs with need student as well as and give motivation to learn. Head role school in increase input quality ie by preparing professional educators, in increase process quality ie with provide an environment conducive to learning For activity learning, in increase quality results that is with reach quality graduates.

Abstract

Education aims to shape character regarding religion, personality, intelligence and so on. To achieve this goal cannot be separated from the role of an educator or teacher. The purpose of this researchis to determine the effort of SKI teachers in increasing students’ interest in learning MA NW Penendem and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factor for students’ interest in learningat MA NW Penendem. This research uses a qualitative approach in the form of descriptive. The method used in collecting data are the observation method, interview method and documentation method The results that can be seen from the SKI teacher’sefforts in increasing students’ interest in learning MA NW Penendem include several strategies involving approaches to students, classroom management, use of varied methods, constructive evaluation and punishment Factors supporting students’ interest in learning MA NW Penendem includes teacher mastery of teaching materials, student interest, SKI learning schedule in the morning, adequate facilities and infrastructure and good teacher teaching experience. Meanwhile, inhibiting factors for students’ interest in learning MA NW Penendem include limited class hours, SKI learning time in the last hour, and limited understanding of technology by teachers.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between library facilities and infrastructure on the learning motivation of students of class VII in MTs. NW Sepit Keruak District, East Lombok Regency. The research design used in this study is the correlational method, because of the variables to be examined about and the purpose of presenting a picture of the relationship between the variables studied. Data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaire, and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used were validity, reliability, and correlation tests. The results of the calculation of the validity of the instrument using the SPSS product moment formula obtained the r count results in the Extraction column which is for sarpras with the results of item 1 = 0.341, as well as the motivation for item 1 = 0. 442, and r Table for N = 42 with a significance level of 5% is 0.304, Tables items 5 and 8 are invalid whether it is the result of motivation or motivation. While the reliability test results used Cronbach Alpha by 0.751 while the learning motivation of 0, 800. A variable is said to be reliable if it gives a Cronbach Alpha value greater than 0.60. Based on the results of research and data analysis conducted, the values obtained for the hypothesis testing using SPSS obtained values for the variable X namely r count = 0.807 with a significance level of 5% (2-tailed) = 0,000> r table = 0.304. While the correlation test results were obtained, it is known that the value of r = 807. That is, which means the relationship between variable X and Y is 0.807. Y and means hipot ESIS which reads a significant link library means good infrastructure to class VII student motivation MTS NW sepit.

Abstract

The potential for development based on marine and fisheries resources which is the economic domain of the Department of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries is the utilization of capture and aquaculture fisheries resources, both marine and public waters, fisheries processing industry, marine and freshwater biotechnology, valuable objects and management of small islands. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of TPI and the extent of TPI's influence in contributing to the economic level of the fishing community in Batu Nampar Selatan Village. This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive method. Data collection uses observation, structured and unstructured interviews, and documentation. The respondents are TPI Managers, Entrepreneurs, Retailers, and Fishermen. Data analysis uses inductive analysis. Based on the findings of data in the field, it can be reported that the results of the study include: (1) The mechanism of management and sale of fish at TPI (Fish Auction Place), namely TPI Batu Nampar Selatan is managed by UPTD (Regional Technical Management Unit). UPTD appoints a leader and 6 staff who are tasked with carrying out activities at TPI. The method of selling fish at TPI is by auctioning by an auctioneer so that it can benefit both parties, both sellers and buyers. And (2) The role of TPI (Fish Auction Place) in the level of the people-based economy in the fishing community in Batu Nampar Selatan Village, can be said to have played a role in accommodating fishermen's catches, assisting in auctions, maintaining price stability, and increasing regional income as well as improving the fishermen's economy, as evidenced by the decreasing levels of poverty and unemployment and the high level of education.

Abstract

Professional teachers are those who are qualified, competent, and teachers who desire to bring about learning achievement and can influence the teaching and learning process of students which will result in good student learning achievement. Teachers or educators are true leaders, wise guides and directors, figures, and leaders of the ummah. Teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating. Teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, assessing, and evaluating students in primary and secondary education. as well as students in primary and secondary education. This study aims to determine the effect of professional teachers on learning achievement in economic subjects in class Kelas VIII SMPN 2 Jerowaru. The type of research used in this research is descriptive research. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all students of class VIII SMPN 2 Jerowaru and the sample was 22 students of class VIII. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is the "r" test. Based on the research results, the analysis obtained shows that there is an effect of teacher professionalism on learning achievement in economic subjects in class Kelas VIII SMPN 2 Jerowaru. This can be proven from the data that has been collected that the highest score for the variable teacher professionalism (X) is 72 and the lowest score is 67, while for learning achievement (Y) the highest score is 85 and the lowest is 75. From the calculation results obtained an average (the mean) for the teacher professionalism variable (X) was 68.67 with a standard deviation (SD) of 3.3. Whereas for student achievement (Y) the average (mean) is 79.11 with a standard deviation (SD) is 2.55. whereas from the test results "rxy" or "ro" is greater than the "r" table or "r" table, both at the 5% and 1% significant levels, namely (0.711> 0.304 / 0.393). It can be concluded that: there is a significant influence on the professionalism of teachers on student achievement in Economics subject for Class VIII SMPN 2 Jerowaru.

Abstract

Education is one activity that is universal in the life of humans, anywhere There is society, there is also education. Many countries recognize that problem education Is a complicated issue, however, everything feels that education is the State's very duty petting, a nation that wants to progress, build, and try to improve circumstances in society and the world, of course, the state that education is key, and without key business, they will fail. This study aims to determine what role parents and teachers play in improving the learning development of second-grade students at SDN 2 Batu Nampar. This type of research is descriptive qualitative which aims to explain or describe a situation, event, or object such as a person, or anything related to research. Analysis of the data obtained based on data in the field, the analysis process has four stages, namely reduction, triangulation, data presentation, and verification/conclusion. Based on research conducted through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of this study are (1) The role of parents in enhancing student learning development includes: (a) Parents as motivators, there are 87% of parents performing their role as motivators such as giving gifts, advising to be diligent in worship and study. (b) Parents as facilitators, there are 72% of parents perform their role as facilitators, for example, in places of study, stationery, books, and others. (c) Parents as supervisors, 57% of parents have carried out their role as supervisors such as supervision in a bad environment, promiscuity, and excessive use of gadgets. (2) The teacher's war in improving student learning development includes: (a) The teacher is a model and role model, the teacher gives examples to students, for example, teachers dress neatly, speak well, and apply ethics in learning. (b) As an advisor, the teacher often advises the form of lectures such as reminding them to be diligent in worship and continue studying and giving advice to children who have problems in their families. (c) The teacher is an innovator, the teacher always creates innovations in learning, for example, inviting students to study outside the classroom, inviting students to sing, and using storytelling methods in learning.

Abstract

The Qur’an teacher, which in religious terms is often called ustadz, mudarris, mu’alim, and mu’addib, is a term for someone who teaches Islamic knowledge to the community. Other nicknames that are more familiar to the ears of the Indonesian people are guru, lecturer, tutor, and kiyai. This study aims to determine the role and obstacles of the Qur’an teacher in improving student learning achievement at the Al-Gafari Educational Institution. This study uses the Qualitative Descriptive method to obtain information on the role and obstacles of the Qur’an teacher in improving student learning achievement at the Al-Gafari Educational Institution. This study uses unstructured and structured interviews by researchers with the Head of the Institution, Qur’an teacher, Parents of Students, and Students of the Al-Gafari Educational Institution. The results of this study show that there are several roles of the Koran Recital Teacher, including the Qur’an Recital Teacher as someone who provides the basis for students to become proficient in reading and writing the Koran, the Qur’an Recital Teacher as a director, instiller and guide for students in having good morals towards parents, teachers and peers, the Qur’an Recital Teacher as a motivator for students to continue learning in depth the Qur’an and Hadith, the Qur’an Recital Teacher as a controller in the learning process at the Qur’an recitation place, the Koran Recital Teacher as a mediator and solution provider in religious problems, especially in problems with the procedures for reading the Koran and Hadith properly and correctly, the Qur’an Recital Teacher as a role model for his students and, the Qur’an Recital Teacher as an instiller of discipline in students. Meanwhile, the obstacles faced by Qur’an teachers in improving student learning achievement at Al-Gafari Educational Institution are the lack of interest and enthusiasm of students in reciting the Qur’an, students are too busy playing with their cellphones so they are negligent in reciting the Qur’an, the students' residential environment is far from the place of reciting the Qur’an, the lack of support and motivation from the student's parents so that students are lazy to go to reciting the Qur’an, Qur’an teachers cannot be too firm in responding to students who are lazy and naughty in reciting the Qur’an because of human rights.

Abstract

Human Resources of Educators and Education Personnel have a very important role in improving the quality of the teaching and learning process, especially in the current digital era. The objectives of this study are: 1) to determine the factors that influence the effectiveness of human resource management, 2) to determine human resource management strategies, 3) to determine the challenges and solutions in managing human resources of educators and education personnel to face changes and demands of digital era learning. The type of research used is qualitative descriptive research, data was obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation. The validity of the researcher's data used triangulation techniques. Data analysis was carried out in four stages, namely: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show: 1. Human resource management is implemented through digital competency-based teacher and education personnel needs planning, continuous professional training and development, and technology-based performance evaluation. 2. Strategies implemented to improve the quality of learning include: a). improving teacher competency through regular digital training, b). optimal utilization of digital learning platforms by teachers and education personnel, c). provision of supporting facilities such as internet networks and ICT devices, and d) strengthening a collaborative culture among educators in the development of digital learning media and methods. Evaluation is conducted in a structured and continuous manner to ensure the effectiveness of HR management implementation in the digital era.
