Abstract

Leptospirosis, merupakan penyakit menular pada hewan dan manusia. Leptospirosis adalah infeksi zoonosis paling umum di dunia. Hal ini mudah ditularkan dari hewan yang terinfeksi melalui urin mereka, baik secara langsung atau melalui tanah atau air yang terinfeksi. Penyakit ini disebabkan oleh spesies Leptospira patogen dan ditandai dengan spektrum manifestasi klinis yang luas, bervariasi dari infeksi tanpa gejala hingga penyakit fulminan dan fatal. Leptospirosis berat, ditandai dengan penyakit kuning, disfungsi ginjal, dan diatesis hemoragik, sering disebut sebagai sindrom Weil. Dengan atau tanpa penyakit kuning, perdarahan paru yang parah semakin diakui sebagai presentasi penting dari penyakit parah. Leptospirosis adalah penyakit endemic yang biasanya terjadi pada komunitas kumuh termasuk di kota ataupun di desa. Penyakit ini juga memiliki tingkat mortalitas dan morbiditas yang tinggi. Kami melaporkan seorang pasien laki-laki berusia 22 tahun datang ke IGD RSD K.R.M.T. Wongsonegoro dengan keluhan demam sejak 3 hari yang lalu yang bersifat naik turun, demam turun dengan obat penurun panas, pasien juga mengeluhkan adanya mual, muntah, nyeri epigastrik, BAB cair dan lemas pada seluruh tubuh. Pada pemeriksaan fisik didapatkan sclera ikterik, nyeri tekan pada epigastric dan ronki basah kasar di hemitoraks kanan dan kiri, dilakukan pemeriksaan Leptospira Serologi dan didapatkan hasil positif, dari anamnesis, pemeriksaan fisik, dan pemeriksaan penunjang pasien didiagnosis leptospirosis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Ayam Penyet Ria Restaurant, Jl. Jendral. Sudirman Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was 100 consumers. Data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that through partial test (t-test) there is a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction with the test results known t count (2.048) > t table (1.984) and Sig. (0.000) < 0.05. There is a significant effect of price on customer satisfaction with the test results known t count (3.724) > t table (1.984) and Sig. (0.000) < 0.05. Simultaneously shows that service quality (X1) and price (X2) together affect customer satisfaction at Ayam Penyet Ria Jl. Jendral. Sudirman Pekanbaru with the test results known Fcount (324.507) > Ftable (3.09) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. In terms of the determination coefficient, the service quality and price variables have an influence of 87.3% on consumer satisfaction while the remaining 12.7% is explained by other factors not studied by the author.

Abstract

Latar Belakang: Remaja akan dihadapkan dengan berbagai macam perubahan, meliputi perubahan biologis, fisik, kognitif, sosial serta emosional, juga berbagai tugas perkembangan. Perubahan ini mengakibatkan remaja rentan terhadap masalah kesehatan mental. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kejadian early psychosis pada remaja awal di SMP Negeri Kota Pontianak. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi adalah seluruh siswa di 6 SMP Negeri yang ada di Kota Pontianak, yaitu 1.138 orang siswa dan sampel sebanyak 140 orang dengan teknik probability sampling. Pengambilan data menggunakan lembar kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan uji korelasi statistik non parametrik Spearman Rank. Hasil: Responden yang mengalami prodromal early psychosis dalam kategori tidak prodromal 20 orang (14,3%), prodromal ringan 49 orang (35%), prodromal sedang 51 orang (36,4%) dan prodromal berat 20 orang (14,3%). Responden yang mengalami resiliensi pada kategori tinggi sebanyak 131 orang (93,6%) dan rendah sebanyak 9 orang (6,4%). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara mekanisme koping dengan prodromal early psychosis.

Abstract

Hepatic cirrhosis increased from 36.9 million in 1990 to 58.4 million in 2021. However, the burden varies significantly by etiology. In 2022, hepatitis B caused 1.1 million deaths from cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (primary liver cancer). This study highlights how important it is to understand and treat cirrhosis in hepatitis B patients as soon as it develops, as it can be fatal if not treated. We reported a case of HBV-related decompensated cirrhosis of a 64-year-old Indonesian male with a two-week history of progressive abdominal swelling that had worsened significantly in the preceding 24 hours accompanied with dyspnea and epigastric pain. Physical examination revealed bilateral icteric sclera and conjunctival pallor. Abdominal examination was remarkable for a convex, extended abdomen with weakened bowel sounds. Percussion revealed dullness in all quadrants except the umbilical region, positive fluid waves, and shifting dullness. EKG, blood laboratory, chest X-ray, and abdominal ultrasound examinations were performed. The treatment approach addresses multiple aspects of the patient's condition, including diuretics, supportive care for liver function, gastroprotection therapy, and ursodeoxycholic acid. The patient also underwent ascites puncture and found 4400 cc of serous fluid.

Abstract

Pola pewarisan karakter toleransi kondisi anaerob pada populasi F2 hasil persilangan tetua yang memiliki sifat toleran (KHO) dan tetua yang memiliki sifat rentan (IR42) merupakan salah satu parameter genetik yang perlu diketahui hubungannya dengan proses seleksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola pewarisan karakter toleransi kondisi anaerob dan untuk mengetahui keragaman dan menduga nilai heritabilitas pada populasi F2. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Oktober 2015-April 2016, di Balai Besar Penelitian Padi. Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tetua toleran (KHO), tetua rentan (IR42) dan hasil persilangan dari kedua tetua yaitu populasi F1, BCP1, BCP2, dan F2. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan rancangan populasi tunggal dan setiap populasi ditanam secara terpisah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pola pewarisan toleransi kondisi anaerob padi mengikuti nisbah mendelian 3:13. Karakter jumlah anakan produktif dan jumlah malai memiliki kriteria keragaman genetik dan fenotipe luas. Karakter tinggi tanaman, bobot gabah/malai dan bobot bulir padi/rumpun memiliki kriteria keragaman genetik dan fenotip sempit. Karakter tinggi tanaman, jumlaha anakan produktif, jumlah malai, bobot gabah/malai, dan bobot bulir padi/rumpun memiliki kriteria heritabilitas tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of service quality delivery of goods on customer satisfaction in PT. Inti Duta Logistik Pekanbaru. The sample in this study were customer in PT. Inti Duta Logistik Pekanbaru totaling 90 people. While the variables examined in this study is the service quality and customer satisfaction. Analysis of data using simple linear regression method using validity, reliability, R2 and t test. The tests are conducted to determine the relationship between the independent variables (independent variables) and dependent variable (dependent variable). Based on the results obtained that the service quality simultaneously affect the customer satisfaction with a value of correlation R = 0.521 which shows the close relationship between the service quality and customer satisfaction in PT. Inti Duta Logistik Pekanbaru. While the R-square at 0.403 which can mean service quality has a contribution of 40.3% contribution to customer satisfaction in PT. Inti Duta Logistik Pekanbaru. Partially obtained service quality positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in PT. Inti Duta Logistik Pekanbaru with signifivantly 0.002 smaller than alpha 0.05. With simple linear regression equation in this study : Y = 6.489 + 0.113X.

Abstract

Kombinasi infeksi HIV, tuberkulosis paru, penyakit hati kronis, dan malnutrisi merupakan tantangan klinis yang kompleks. Pasien dengan HIV memiliki risiko lebih tinggi untuk mengembangkan infeksi oportunistik seperti tuberkulosis. Selain itu, HIV juga dapat menyebabkan kerusakan hati yang progresif, manifestasinya berupa asites, insufisiensi hepar, dan hipoalbuminemia. Pada laporan ini, disajikan kasus seorang pasien perempuan berusia 27 tahun yang datang dengan keluhan nyeri perut. Setelah dilakukan pemeriksaan fisik dan penunjang, pasien didiagnosis menderita HIV dengan komplikasi tuberkulosis paru, asites, insufisiensi hepar, dan hipoalbuminemia. Metode dalam laporan kasus ini, dianalisis secara retrospektif berdasarkan data klinis, termasuk hasil pemeriksaan laboratorium dan penunjang lainnya. Tata laksana yang diberikan meliputi terapi kombinasi menggunakan obat antiretroviral, obat anti-tuberkulosis, diuretik, antibiotik, albumin, dan suplemen nutrisi. Terapi bertujuan untuk mengendalikan infeksi, mengurangi asites, memperbaiki fungsi hati, dan meningkatkan status nutrisi pasien. Setelah menjalani terapi, pasien menunjukkan perbaikan klinis secara bertahap. Namun, pemantauan lanjutan terhadap tanda vital, parameter laboratorium, dan risiko komplikasi lebih lanjut tetap diperlukan. Kasus ini menyoroti kompleksitas dalam penanganan pasien dengan koinfeksi HIV-tuberkulosis dan penyakit hati kronis. Sehingga, pendekatan multidisiplin yang terintegrasi sangat penting untuk mencapai hasil pengobatan yang optimal.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the role of motivation in mediating the influence of communication and work environment on the performance of employees at PT Agung Automall Sutomo in Pekanbaru City. The population used in this study was all 125 employees of PT Agung Automall Pekanbaru. To determine the sample size for this study, the author used the Slovin formula, resulting in 96 employees as the sample, while the sampling method used was simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used was quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the Smart PLS program. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Communication and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. 3) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6) Communication affects employee performance through motivation. 7) The work environment affects employee performance through motivation.
