This research was conducted using a case control design with a retrospective nature. The sampling technique involved a total sampling of 50 people. The sample cases in this study were 50 stunted toddlers. The control sample in this study was toddlers who were not stunted. Data analysis consists of univariate and bivariate analysis. The results of this study found that there were 50 people (50%) of respondents who experienced stunting and 50 people (50%) of respondents who did not experience stunting, there were more than half of the 75 (75%) respondents who did not experience anemia during pregnancy, there were more Of the 76 (76%) respondents who were not CED during pregnancy, almost all 96 (96%) respondents were not LBW. The results of the Chi-Square statistical test are that there is no significant relationship between the history of anemia in pregnant women and the incidence of stunting p value (0.106), in pregnant women KEK p value (1.000) and there is a significant relationship between the history of LBW and the incidence of stunting p value 0.041)Researchers suggest that health workers at the Community Health Center provide education and assistance to mothers about stunting prevention from an early age, from teenagers to pregnant women.

Prenatal yoga exercises for pregnancy can focus on the rhythm of breathing, prioritizing comfort and safety in practicing so it can provide many benefit to pregnant women (Ronalen, 2020). The method in this study used a cross-sectional design. The population in this study were 298 pregnant women who underwent pregnancy check-ups at RSU UMMI, Bengkulu City in January 2024. The sample was taken using non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling approach with a sample size of 75 pregnant women. Data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires and filling out checklists on respondents. The results of the study obtained : (1) almost half of the respondents 27 (36%) with low interest; (2) the majority of respondents (54.7%) pregnant women with less knowledge; (3) the majority of respondents (52.0%) pregnant women did not receive support; (4) There is a relationship between knowledge and the value of ρ value = 0.001; (5) There is a relationship between family support and the value of ρ value = 0.002. Researchers hope to be able to provide input to pregnant women about the importance of participating in prenatal yoga because it has many benefits for pregnant women where during pregnancy the mother and fetus are in a healthy condition and the delivery process is normal and smooth.

Abstract

Globally, breast cancer is the primary cause of death. Non-pharmacological therapy involving knowledge and practice of breast self-examination (BSE) is a straightforward, incredibly affordable, non-invasive initial diagnostic technique for early breast cancer diagnosis. The objective of this study is to examine women's knowledge and practices about breast self-examination. The method is a systematic review using PRISMA. Data sourced from searches in PubMed, ScienceDirect, and Google Scholar were conducted to identify relevant published studies. The data was restricted to English-language articles on women's knowledge and practice of breast self-examination published during the previous five years. The results show 15 articles that explain the knowledge and practice of breast self-examination carried out by women. The majority of women have heard of BSE but do not fail to carry out BSE regularly every month. The majority of evaluated studies demonstrated a notable correlation between participants' knowledge of breast cancer and their age, marital status, and level of education. The conclusion is that women's knowledge and practice of breast self-examination are still lacking. Hence, it is imperative to develop techniques that might enhance the awareness and adoption of breast self-examination. Although breast self-examination is generally part of a prevention and monitoring strategy, it does not replace medical or pharmacological care. The contribution of this study is to provide information that breast self-examination has several important contributions in the context of breast health and early detection of breast cancer.
