Abstract

Intensifying competition in the coffee shop industry requires companies not only to focus on product innovation but also on creating experiences and café atmospheres that can stimulate customer advocacy behavior. Unlike previous studies that generally position product innovation, café atmosphere, and customer experience as direct predictors of loyalty, this study emphasizes customer advocacy as an advanced form of customer behavior and examines customer satisfaction as the main mediating factor. This study aims to analyze the effects of product innovation, café atmosphere, and customer experience on customer advocacy, with customer satisfaction as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach was employed, involving 220 Fore Coffee customers and analyzed using SEM AMOS version 29. The results indicate that all three independent variables significantly affect customer satisfaction. Café atmosphere and customer experience significantly influence customer advocacy, while product innovation does not. However, customer satisfaction significantly mediates all relationships. These findings highlight the central role of customer satisfaction as a psychological mechanism that bridges company stimuli and customer advocacy behavior. Product innovation, café atmosphere, and customer experience may not directly encourage customers to become brand advocates unless they successfully generate strong satisfaction.

Abstract

TikTok is a rapidly growing social media platform in Indonesia and plays a crucial role in digital marketing, particularly in the skincare industry. Intense competition and negative issues such as black campaigns require companies to adopt effective and credible marketing communication strategies. This study aims to empirically examine the effects of social media marketing activities, perceived quality of information, and KOLs customer perception on purchase intention, as well as the moderating role of influencer reputation for Glowsophy Moisturizer on TikTok. This study employs a quantitative approach using a survey of 200 TikTok users in Indonesia. Data were collected through online questionnaires and analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 4.0. The findings indicate that all independent variables have positive and significant effects on purchase intention. Furthermore, influencer reputation significantly strengthens the relationships between the independent variables and purchase intention. The study highlights the importance of social media marketing activities, information quality, and influencer reputation in enhancing consumers’ purchase intention, particularly when brands encounter negative issues.

Abstract

Roblox has evolved into a digital platform that combines gaming, social interaction, and a virtual economy centered on the in-game currency, Robux. In this environment, players are frequently exposed to community trends, peer influence, and time-limited virtual items that may encourage virtual purchasing behavior. Despite many users being teenagers or young adults with limited income sources, Robux purchases remain common, suggesting that psychological and social factors may strongly influence purchasing decisions. Therefore, this study aims to examine the influence of perceived enjoyment, electronic word of mouth (eWOM), and social influence on Robux purchase intention, with attitude acting as a mediating variable among Roblox players in Indonesia. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing an online questionnaire distributed through social media and Roblox communities. Data from 172 respondents were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS 4. The findings indicate that perceived enjoyment, eWOM, and social influence significantly affect attitude. Attitude exerts a strong positive effect on purchase intention and mediates the relationship between the independent variables and purchase intention. Among the variables examined, social influence is the most dominant factor shaping attitudes toward Robux purchases. These results underscore the significance of social interaction, community influence, and perceived enjoyment in shaping virtual purchase behavior within online gaming ecosystems.
