<![CDATA[Wiyung Sejahtera Hospital in recording the borrowing and returning of outpatient medical records still uses expedition books which are recorded manually. The research aims to design and develop an information system to facilitate the process of borrowing and returning outpatient medical record files using the Waterfall method approach. The Waterfall method was chosen because of its ability to divide system development into structured stages, starting from requirements analysis to maintenance. The needs analysis stage involves an in-depth study of existing processes and user needs. Next, system design is carried out by building a design plan that includes database structure, user interface design, and system workflow. System implementation is carried out by developing applications based on previous designs, while system testing is carried out thoroughly to ensure quality and performance before full implementation. The maintenance stage is carried out to ensure system operation and carry out continuous repairs and improvements. As a result, it is hoped that this system can improve the efficiency and quality of outpatient medical record file management and health services as a whole. The conclusion of this research is the successful design and development of a computer-based information system for borrowing and returning outpatient medical records at Wiyung Sejahtera Hospital using the waterfall method.]]>

<![CDATA[This study focuses on analyzing the development of employee competencies at Tiara Photo Digital in utilizing digital marketing. Data collection methods were conducted through in-depth interviews with management, digital marketing staff, and customers, as well as observations of employees' work processes in using digital marketing tools. The research findings indicate that Tiara Photo Digital has successfully enhanced employee competencies in utilizing digital marketing through a series of structured training sessions, self-learning, and project-based learning. This includes strengthening technical and strategic skills in the use of social media, SEO, content marketing, and data analysis. This competency improvement has positively impacted the company's performance, as evidenced by an increase in visitor numbers and customer satisfaction levels. This study provides insights for other companies in similar industries on the importance of investing in the development of employees' digital competencies as part of their digital marketing strategy to achieve competitive advantage.]]>

<![CDATA[Prevalensi stunting di Indonesia menunjukkan tren menurun, namun masih tergolong tinggi karena lebih dari 20%. Angka prevalensi merupakan angka jumlah kasus stunting pada balita dalam suatu populasi tertentu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melakukan identifikasi jenis ikan sebagai protein hewani pencegah stunting dengan pendekatan machine learning. Metode yang digunakan itu menggunakan algoritma CNN yang merupakan bagian dari machine learning. Hasil dari penelitian ini menghasilkan identifikasi ikan secara tepat. Dengan jumlah dataset sebesar 20, hasil akurasi model didapatkan sebesar 50%, ketika jumlah datasetnya ditingkatkan sebesar 40, maka didapat hasil akurasi model sebesar 87.50%. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini bahwasannya semakin banyak jumlah dataset yang digunakan maka akan semakin meningkatkan nilai akurasi modelnya.]]>

<![CDATA[Di Indonesia, permasalahan status gizi menjadi masalah yang sangat kompleks dan penting. Berdasarkan buku profil kesehatan Kabupaten Sidoarjo tahun 2018, pada empat tahun terakhir tren gizi buruk selalu naik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan aplikasi teknologi informasi yang dapat digunakan berbagai kegiatan yang diselenggarakan di posyandu puri sejahtera 3 terutama terkait permasalahan status gizi balita. Metode yang digunakan yaitu dalam bentuk kegiatan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat terutama kepada ibu-ibu dan balita. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh 14 peserta yang terdiri dari ibu-ibu dari balita. Acara ini bersifat lebih interaktif karena tidak hanya menyerap ilmu dari narasumber saja, tetapi ibu-ibu dari balita dan kader posyandu dapat bertanya dan melakukan diskusi tentang penggunaan aplikasi cek status gizi online. Dalam pelaksanaannya, kegiatan ini diikuti oleh 14 orang peserta. Dengan demikian dapat dikatakan bahwa target peserta tercapai 100%. Ketercapaian target materi yang dibahas oleh narasumber adalah telah tersampaikan semua, hal ini sudah sesuai dengan apa yang tertulis dalam format PPT untuk sosialisasi dan penyampaian materi tentang penggunaan aplikasi cek status gizi online dengan memanfaatkan data rekam medis balita menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dapat diselenggarakan dengan baik. Pengetahuan dan pemahaman serta ketertarikan peserta tentang materi sosialisasi yang disampaikan bertambah. <![CDATA[One of the efforts made by the government in improving the sanitation status of the community is the STBM (Community Based Total Sanitation) Program. Tulungagung Regency has been designated as the 22nd Regency / City in East Java Province that is Open Defecation Free (ODF), but the verifier team still found around 1.3% of Tulungagung residents who do not have safe latrines and 7% of Tulungagung residents who still share latrines with other families. The purpose of this activity is to increase the knowledge of mothers of infants and toddlers about the pillars of community-based total sanitation in Notorejo Village, Tulungagung Regency. The method used in the implementation of activities in February 2024. The activity method is in the form of exposure to counseling material. question and answer and pre and post test measurements. The results of community service obtained that there is an increase in knowledge after counseling mothers of infants and toddlers about the pillars of community-based total sanitation. Further evaluation can be carried out to measure the extent to which the increase in knowledge brings changes in the sanitation behavior of the local community.]]>

<![CDATA[Pelaksanaan sensus harian rawat inap di Rumah Sakit Surabaya Medical Service belum terlaksana secara optimal. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kualitas data dalam aplikasi SIMRS kurang akurat karena sering terjadi keterlambatan update data pasien dari IGD ke bagian rawat inap. Ketidakakuratan data tersebut menjadikan petugas penanggungjawab rawat inap (PJRI) harus melaksanakan SHRI secara manual pada buku register pasien rawat inap. Namun faktanya pelaksanaan SHRI tidak dilakukan setiap 24 jam, melainkan langsung dilakukan rekapitulasi setiap akhir bulan karena tidak tersedianya formulir SHRI. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu merancang dan membuat aplikasi sensus harian rawat inap untuk memudahkan petugas dalam pengolahan data SHRI. Jenis dan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode waterfall, dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 3 responden yang berhubungan langsung dengan pengolahan SHRI. Hasil penelitian didapatkan daftar kebutuhan fungsional terkait fitur dalam aplikasi dan hak akses penggunaan aplikasi. Perancangan database menggunakan ER-Diagram, pemodelan arsitektur sistem digambarkan dalam bentuk flowchart aplikasi dan desain user interface. Sedangkan pengkodean aplikasi menggunakan PHP dengan memanfaatkan software aplikasi Macromedia Dreamweaver dan SQL Server, kemudian dilakukan ujicoba menggunakan metode black box. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa perancangan aplikasi berbasis website sudah sesuai dengan setiap tahapan metode waterfall dan fungsi fiturnya dapat berjalan baik dengan tingkat keberhasilan 100% berdasarkan hasil black box testing.]]>

<![CDATA[ABSTRAKPenelitian ini berisikan tentang evaluasi halaman antar muka dari aplikasi web based learning try out uji kompetensi rekam medik dan informasi kesehatan (RMIK). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi secara heuristic halaman antarmuka dari aplikasi web based learning try out uji kompetensi RMIK. Evaluasi halaman antar mukanya menggunakan metode evaluasi heuristik. Evaluasi terhadap halaman antar muka dengan metode evaluasi heuristik ini dimulai dari melakukan pengamatan terhadap aplikasi web based learning try out uji kompetensi RMIK yang dilakukan oleh 79 pengguna kemudian melakukan usability testing yaitu melakukan sejumlah tugas terstruktur termasuk melakukan ujian try out uji kompetensi serta mengisi kuesioner yang mewakili 10 prinsip evaluasi heuristik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai rata-rata (mean) sebesar 2.91 untuk perhitungan dengan menggunakan skala likert yang masuk pada kategori mudah dalam hal penggunaan aplikasinya. uji reabilitas dan validitas instrument penelitian diperoleh nilai cronbach alfa sebesar 0,907.]]>

<![CDATA[Introduction: The report shows a decrease in stunting prevalence at the national level by 6.4% over 5 years. The problem of stunting in the future directly affects prospective mothers. The aim of health education is to increase the knowledge of mothers of stunted infants and toddlers about environmental factors as the cause of stunting. Methods: The method of implementation in the health education program is through providing knowledge on stunting to mothers of stunted babies and toddlers in the Jumputrejo Village. The participants are mothers of infants and toddlers in Jumputrejo Village, totaling 18 people. The method for education to increase the knowledge of mothers of stunted infants and toddlers about personal hygiene, mothers of stunted infants and toddlers about environmental sanitation, and increase the knowledge of mothers of stunted infants and toddlers about environmental factors that cause stunting. Variables of this community services are knowledge before and after giving health education. Instrument of this study using questionnaire and data analysis using t test. Results: The knowledge increase before and after giving assistance, counseling, and health education about community-based total sanitation. The results of community service found that there was a difference between the knowledge pretest and post-test with a significance of 0.000. Conclusion: Knowledge about community-based total sanitation increased because they received proper education, awareness campaigns, and hands-on training on sanitation practices. Mothers of young children received health education, and afterward, community-led sanitation was covered through a question-and-answer format. Further evaluation can be done to measure the extent to which the increase in knowledge brings changes in the sanitation behavior of the local community and the prevention of stunting.]]>

<![CDATA[Increasing the accuracy value can be increased by using other algorithms. Increasing the accuracy value of a classification algorithm, the level of success of the algorithm's prediction is more precise and appropriate in providing its label. The purpose of the research is look performance of accuracy value for prediction with bagging algorithm. This research use random forest algorithm and bagging algorithm used for optimization. 12 data whose position is far from other data. 12 data deviate from the data pattern and are outliers. With z-score process, it will be processed to eliminate outlier data. After removing the outlier data, the data clean is 137 toddler data. After removing outliers and standardizing the data, the accuracy value obtained was 71% up to 100th accuracy with random forest algorithm. Optimization of a bagging algorithm to predict stunting in a dataset of toddlers that has been acquired and assessed its performance. This can be seen from the optimization of prediction results up to the 100th iteration, where the prediction accuracy results were 80.67%. Using the Random Forest algorithm and bagging techniques, the prediction of stunting in toddlers works well.
