Abstract

This study examines the implementation of a Learning Management System Model (MSP) through a two-layer approach—the ADDIE model as a macro framework at the program level and the ASSURE model as a micro framework at the classroom level—at SD Negeri Pondok Pinang 08, South Jakarta. The school, designated as a school reformer (sekolah penggerak), faced significant challenges in improving literacy and numeracy competencies among Grade IV–V students, with approximately 41% classified as below competent in reading literacy and 44% in numeracy based on the 2024/2025 National Assessment and internal diagnostic results. A descriptive-analytic case study method was employed, drawing on assessment data, classroom observations, teacher interviews, and program documentation. Results indicate that consistent implementation of the ADDIE– ASSURE model reduced the percentage of below-competent students by 12–16 percentage points after one semester, increased student active engagement, and improved the quality of instructional materials developed by teachers. The main implementation barriers identified were inconsistent formative evaluation documentation and uneven teacher capacity in systematic instructional design. Strategic recommendations include strengthening professional learning communities, systematizing formative documentation, and conducting module pilot testing prior to full implementation. This study contributes to the development of a contextual learning management model for urban elementary schools that can be widely replicated.

Abstract

Background. This research was motivated by the researcher's academic anxiety, namely the existence of a gap in the implementation of deradicalization. The deradicalization currently being carried out by the government, whether through the BNPT, Densus 88 AT Polri, the Directorate General of Corrections or community groups is not well organized, especially regarding the role of institutions, materials (clarification of several points of Islamic teachings that are often misinterpreted) and delivery approaches. This shows the importance of a more in-depth study of how to manage the deradicalization of terrorism based on basic Islamic teachings so that it can run in a programmed, targeted and sustainable manner. Purpose. This research aims to describe, analyze and discover the concept of implementation and management of terrorism deradicalization. This research answers two main problems, namely first how to conceptualize deradicalization and second how to implement deradicalization management. Method. This research was conducted with a qualitative approach using grounded theory designs. The data sources are former terrorism convicts, perpetrators of acts of terrorism, deradicalization implementers from both government agencies and community groups.    Results. The results of this research show that from an Islamic perspective, the concept of deradicalization refers to the An-Nahl letter. 16: 119 which consists of four pillars, namely recognition as a mistake, a statement or pledge not to do it again or repent, an apology to the affected party, and a commitment to improvement. In the management review, the deradicalization program has not been managed optimally based on management functions (planning, organizing, actuating and controlling). Conclusion. It is hoped that this research will be useful for deradicalization stakeholders so that the deradicalization process can be managed in a more programmed, targeted and sustainable manner. This research can also be useful for academic circles for the development of knowledge, insight and further research.

Abstract

Background:Changes in the education sector present significant challenges and problems for communities, influencing various sectors, including the social domain. Educational institutions, such as madrasahs, are crucial in addressing these challenges. Purpose:This study aims to analyze the impact of the visionary leadership of madrasah heads, organizational culture, and achievement motivation on teacher performance. Methods:A quantitative approach with path analysis was used in this research. Data collection was conducted through a questionnaire, followed by normality, validity, and reliability tests. The data were processed using SPSS software for path analysis. Results:The study found that visionary leadership of madrasah heads, organizational culture, and motivation for achievement significantly influenced teacher performance. Conclusions:The findings suggest that strengthening visionary leadership, enhancing organizational culture, and fostering achievement motivation can improve teacher performance in madrasahs. However, the study is limited to madrasah aliyah (high school) level, and future research is recommended at higher educational levels.
