Abstract

Abstrak            Ikan haruan banyak dimanfaatkan oleh masyarakat kota Banjarmasin untuk membantu proses penyembuhan luka karena mengandung protein yang tinggi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menentukan kadar protein tercerna secara in vitro daging ikan haruan asal kota Banjarmasin. Ikan haruan yang digunakan memiliki berat 250-400 g dengan panjang 25-38 cm. Serbuk daging ikan dibuat dengan pengeringan 40ºC. Hasil uji pendahuluan protein dengan metode millon dan xantoprotein dari serbuk daging ikan haruan menunjukkan hasil positif. Hasil analisis protein tercerna dari uji daya cerna protein secara in vitro adalah 98,486±0,1031% dengan %RSD 0,1047%. Oleh karena itu dapat disimpulkan bahwa ikan haruan asal kota Banjarmasin memiliki daya cerna protein yang tinggi.Kata kunci: Ikan haruan (Channa striata),  daya cerna protein  AbstractSnakehead fish is so much used by the people in Banjarmasin in order to help the healing process due to possessing high protein content. The purpose of this study was to determine the digestible protein content by in vitro analysis in snakehead fish from Banjarmasin. Snakehead fish samples weighing 250-400 g with a length of 25-38 cm. Fillet powder was dried at 40ºC. Preliminary test results of protein from fillet powder using Millon and xantoprotein methods showed positive results. The result of the in vitro protein digestibility was 98.486±0.1031% with %RSD of 0.1047%. Therefore, it can be concluded that snakehead fish from Banjarmasin possesses high protein digestibility.Keywords: Snakehead fish (Channa striata), protein digestibility.

Abstract

Value on the philosophical view was considered as propitious. The measurements were ethics and morality. Islam has a different statement, that it viewed value as something or some cases as beneficence. There was value system in family, society, culture, and religion. Idealist community, realist community, and pragmatic community had a different opinion to determine the hierarchy of value. All of religions had a universal value. The value system in Islam, including Islamic education, was based on the normative category and law standard. All of them were based on al-Qur’an and Hadith..

Abstract

This research describes the differences of student’s learning with the application of cooperative learning type make a match in the electrolyte and non-electrolyte at the X grade student’s of the Madrasah Aliya DDI Lonja. This research used quasi experimental with non randomized pretest-posttest control group design. This research was conducted with two groups: XA as the experimental (n=21) XB as the control group (n=18). The data findings means score of experimental group (X1) is 70,5 with the standard deviation 9,6 and the control group (X2) is 62.0 with the standard deviation is 6. Based on the results, the researcher concludes cooperative learning type make a match has better than control class that used conventional learning model.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of character education which lately has not been carried out optimally and the effectiveness of formal education has not been effective. Everywhere acts of violence and rounding or quarrels occur. This is very worrying for children. So that the teacher has an important role in forming and developing the character of students in the school environment, especially in carrying out learning activities. CTL learning is one of the learning models suitable for implementing student character education in thematic subjects. So the purpose of this study is to study more deeply about what character values are contained in thematic lessons through learning Contextual Teaching and Learning in Primary Elementary Schools ‘Aisyiyah Taman Harapan Curup and its implementation. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used in the form of interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman interactive models, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques. The results of the research that have been carried out show that: (1) the character values in CTL learning in the thematic study of sub-themes 1 and 3 of learning 3 has 12 character values developed. These values are religious, disciplined, hard work, creative, independent, curiosity, love for the country, respect for achievement, caring for the social, responsible, friendly / communicative, and tolerance; (2) the form of character education implementation in CTL learning is realized in each thematic learning activity sub-themes 1 and 3 which are integrated with CTL aspects in it such as praying, praying, using learning media, conducting experiments, giving assignments, asking questions, presenting the results of the discussion, singing Indonesian songs, and doing practice questions.

Abstract

Patients with leprosy or ex leprosy have a complex problem. They blame the god for his illness, try to suicide and hide from society. From the complex problem of ex leprosy, required the ex leprosy get special dakwah method . da?i must apply exact dakwah method and finally dakwah can be solve a problem and can be increase of religiosity. This research use a qualitative method. The result from this research indicate is ex leprosy have a good religiosity, in belief a god dimension, knowlage dimension and experience dimension. Development of variation da?wa not increase yet all of the religiosity dimension.****Penderita kusta maupun eks penderita kusta mempunyai masalah yang kompleks. Mereka cenderung menyalahkan Tuhan atas keadaannya, mencoba bunuh diri dan bersembunyi secara sosial. Kompleksnya permasalahan yang dihadapi eks kusta menjadikan eks kusta membutuhkan metode khusus dalam meyampaikan pesan dakwah. Da?i harus menentukan metode dakwah yang tepat, sehingga pada akhirnya model dakwah yang diterapkan mampu memecahkan problem yang dihadapi karena penyakitnya dan meningkatkan pemahaman agama. Jenis penelitian ini kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa eks kusta mempunyai keberagamaan yang baik pada aspek keyakinan,pengetahuan dan konsekuensi. Pengembangan metode dakwah dilakukan melalui variasi belum mampu meningkatkan seluruh aspek keberagamaan.

Abstract

This study aim was to improve the learning results of chopping numbers operation through realistic mathematics learning in one Elementary School at Cipondoh-Tangerang City. This is a Class Action Research according to Kemis model, as many as 3 cycles. The research subjects were 27 students. The results of the study showed that there was an increase in the KKM value. In the first cycle with a student KKM percentage value reaching 52%. The second, increasing in KKM was 69.2%. While the third was 85.2%. The realistic mathematical approach can also improve student learning activities, on the average score of 2.5 or 63% in the first cycle, to 3.0 or 75% in the second cycle, and continues to increase to 3.5 or 87% in the third cycle. Based on the study result, it can be concluded that learning through realistic mathematic learning can improve the mathematics learning results of chopping numbers.

Abstract

Increased food continues to be done annually. Rice is the staple food in Indonesia and also consumed by people outside Indonesia. Rice production is the enhanced production of rice paddy fields. Therefore, increased food security will support national development goals. One of the activities that support food security is by controlling wetland conversion. This study aims to determine what factors are causing the wetland conversion to non-agricultural use and how the impact of wetland conversion to rice production which is an element of food security. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method, the location is determined intentionally (purposive) that Galing Integrated Agribusiness Complex Area, Galing Sub-District, Sambas District. Galing is one of Integrated Agribusiness Complex Area with rice as main commodity. The population in this study are all rice farmers (crop) in Integrated Agribusiness Galing Complex. While the sample total of 42 rice farmers. Factors that cause wetland conversion to non-agricultural use are price, survival of the plant, and cultural factors. While the impact of wetland conversion to rice production which is an element of food security are: 1) the reduction in the production of food crops, particularly rice, 2) reduction in paddy fields, and 3) reduced labor in agriculture, especially food crops.

Abstract

Abstrak: Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian mengenai nyanyian daerah, di Bima Nusa Tenggara Barat yang disebut dengan Ntoko Mbojo. Tulisan ini mengkaji Ntoko Mbojo dengan menggunakan analisis wacana dalam paradigma etnolinguistik. Metode yang digunakan adalah teknik dasar berupa teknik pancing dan teknik lanjutan yang berupa teknik cakap bertemu muka. Selain itu, pengumpulan data juga menggunakan metode observasi partisipatoris. Struktur wacana Ntoko Mbojo yang dipentaskan semalaman tersebut terdiri dari 17 ntoko (irama) dengan 2 irama yang berulang. Unsur pembentuk Ntoko Mbojo terdiri dari dua unsur yang saling bertautan yaitu unsur irama dan unsur verbal. Sedangkan unsur verbalnya menggunakan bahasa mbojo umum, tetapi terkadang ada sedikit campur kode dengan bahasa Indonesia. Konteks wacana Ntoko Mbojo juga berpengaruh antara lain dari aspek latar, partisipan, hasil, pesan, cara, sarana, norma dan genrenya. Tulisan ini juga menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kohesi gramatikal (4) dan leksikal (6) dalam wacana Ntoko Mbojo. Sedangkan koherensi yang memadukan sejumlah irama dengan syairnya ialah wacana tentang cinta. Kemudian aspek kebahasaan yang menonjol adalah gaya bunyi aliterasi dan asonansi, gaya bahasa ironi, metafora, repetitio dan pilihan kata. Kata kunci: Ntoko Mbojo; Bima; analisis wacana; kohesi; koherensi     Abstract: This research is a study of the oral traditions, folk song, in the Province of West Nusa Tenggara Bima called Ntoko Mbojo. This study examines the Ntoko Mbojo using discourse analysis in the paradigm of ethno-linguistic. The method used is the basic techniques such as fishing techniques and continue techniques in the form of a conversation face to face. In addition, collecting data is also using participatory observation method. Discourse structure of Ntoko Mbojo performed was consists 17 ntoko (rhythm) with two repetitive rhythm. Ntoko Mbojo elements consist of two intertwine elements, namely the elements of rhythm and verbal elements. Rhythm analysis looks at the short length of the tone, and sometimes steady or not steady. Whereas the verbal element mbojo common language, but sometimes there is a bit of code-mixing with Indonesia language. Contexts of Ntoko Mbojo also influences among aspects like as background, participants, ends, art sequences, keys, instrumentalities, norms and genre. The research also showed that there were grammatical cohesion (4) and lexical (6) in a Ntoko Mbojo discourse. While coherence that combines a number of rhythms with his lyric is a discourse on love. Then the linguistic aspect that stands out is the sound style alliteration and assonance, style irony, metaphor, repetitive and diction. Keyword: Ntoko Mbojo; Bima; discourse; cohesion; coherence

Abstract

Many normative basis on multiculturalism exist in the Holy Book of Qor’an. Islamic multicultural education is a solution to the problem of intolerance behavior towards human diversity. This study is discussed the concept of multicultural Islamic education in Surah Al-Hujurat verses 11, 12 and 13 based on both perspective of interpretation of Ibn Kathir's and Al-Misbah's. This study is library study through a thematic approach. The primary data taken from the interpretation of Ibnu Katsir and the interpretation of Al-Misbah. Furthermore, the secondary data were obtained from relevant books and articles. Data were collected through the documentation by collecting, classifying, quoting, checking data related to the study. The instrument of this study is the researcher himself, who acts as a planner, executor, collector, analyzer, and interpreter of the data. Data were analyzed using content analysis methods (hermeneutic interpretation) and maudhu’ i method. There are three fundamental concepts of Islamic multicultural education contained in the Al-Quran surah Al-Hujurat verses 11-13.  The first is to avoid mocking and insulting other people, Secondly, keep away from prejudice and gossipping others, and Thirdly, getting to know each other comes from different tribes, customs, languages, cultures, groups, social status, and even religions by always promoting mutual respect and understanding.

Abstract

Peneliti menawarkan gagasan pengembangan agrowisata berbasis usaha tani terpadu yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat serta membuka lapangan pekerjaan baru guna menghadapi bonus demografi yang bakal datang sebagai batu loncatan untuk menjadikan negara Indonesia sebagai Ngera yang maju. Strategi yang ditawarkan penulis meliputi beberapa aspek, diantaranya adalah dengan mendirikan klompok tani terpadu dengan sistem pertanian organik serta pengembangkan agrowisata. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif yang berarti proses penelitian dilakukan dengan cara menyelidiki suatu fenomena social dan masalah manusia, dalam hal ini peneliti membuat suatu gambaran kompleks, meneliti kata-kata, laporan terinci dari pandagan responden dan melakukan studi pada situasi yang alami. Dengan berlandaskan teori klasik Adam Smith (1729-1790) yang mengemukakan, bahwa manusia sebagai faktor produksi utama yang menentukan kemakmuran bangsa-bangsa. Maka dapat dijelaskan bahwa kualitas sumber daya manusia dalam pengembangan agrowisata berbasis usaha tani terpadu dapat menjadi solusi guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat untuk menyongsong bonus demografi 2030.
