Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises, which relatively have more limitations compared to large companies, especially in the financial field, need to understand the calculation of production costs in order to set selling prices accurately. The problem with Small and Medium Enterprises in Wanakerta Village is the absence of a standard format for calculating the cost of production. The calculations used so far are based only on the total raw materials for production, while other cost components have not been included in the calculation of the cost of production. Extension services are conducted through the provision of materials by the speaker and exercises in calculating the Cost of Production, accompanied by discussions. In this extension service, direct interaction between the speaker and the participants is important. Participants are invited to discuss, ask questions, and share experiences, so they can better understand the concepts being taught. The results of the extension are (1) the knowledge of Small and Medium Enterprise owners who are the subjects of the extension and production price assistance has increased from the previous condition; (2) the skills of Small and Medium Enterprise owners in calculating the cost of production using Microsoft Excel as an aid have increased from the previous condition.

Abstract

Abstrak PKM ini bertujuan untuk membantu guru Muhammadiyah di kawasan Baduy menjadi lebih cerdas dalam hal keuangan. Salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya pengetahuan guru tentang keuangan, yang berpotensi menghambat alam mengajarkan siswa bagaimana mengelola keuangan pribadi  dan mengajarkan  tentang pentingnya pengetahuan keuangan. Program pelatihan komprehensif yang mencakup perencanaan keuangan jangka panjang, tabungan, investasi, dan pengelolaan anggaran adalah solusi yang ditawarkan. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan praktis peserta melalui berbagai workshop dan sesi pelatihan interaktif. Setiap sesi pelatihan melibatkan guru dengan pendekatan partisipatif, yang memungkinkan diskusi kelompok tentang strategi pengelolaan keuangan dan berbagi pengalaman. Untuk mengevaluasi tingkat literasi keuangan peserta, pre-test dan post-test digunakan. Hasil program ini menunjukkan bahwa guru Muhammadiyah memiliki pengetahuan dan keterampilan keuangan yang lebih baik. Para instruktur tidak hanya memperoleh pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang manajemen keuangan, tetapi juga memperoleh kemampuan untuk menerapkan pengetahuan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Kegiatan ini menyimpulkan bahwa peningkatan pengetahuan tentang keuangan akan berdampak positif pada kesejahteraan ekonomi guru dan berpotensi meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di kawasan Baduy. Program ini menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan keuangan dapat menjadi alat yang efektif untuk mendukung pertumbuhan komunitas yang lebih berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Guru-Guru Muhammadiyah, Kawasan Baduy, Literasi Keuangan, Pemberdayaan.

Abstract

Pelatihan Kewirausahaan bagi Masyarakat Kawasan Baduy dirancang untuk membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi Desa Nayagati. Masyarakat setempat masih menghadapi beberapa tantangan saat mengeksplorasi potensi ekonomi lokal. Salah satu masalah utama yang dihadapi mitra adalah banyak tantangan saat berusaha menjadi wirausahawan, terutama terkait dengan kurangnya pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang diperlukan untuk mengelola usahanya.Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk untuk membangun dan mengelola usaha mereka sendiri, program ini juga mendorong perekonomian lokal dengan memberikan peluang kerja baru dan memberdayakan masyarakat setempat dan berkelanjutan. Ada 100 (seratus) orang dari masyarakat Desa Nayagati yang mengikuti acara tersebut. Metode pelaksanaan termasuk pendekatan interaktif dan partisipatif, seperti praktik langsung, diskusi kelompok, dan penyuluhan. (1) menentukan kebutuhan pelatihan, (2) menyediakan materi kewirausahaan seperti perencanaan usaha dan strategi pemasaran, (3) memberikan pelatihan tentang praktik pengolahan dan pengemasan produk lokal, dan (4) evaluasi dan pendampingan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan 14,26% yang lebih baik dalam kewirausahaan. Peserta dapat membuat rencana bisnis yang sederhana, membuat kemasan produk yang menarik, dan memanfaatkan media sosial untuk mempromosikan produk. Kegiatan ini berhasil mendukung upaya pemberdayaan ekonomi masyarakat Desa Nayagati, sehingga tujuan pelaksanaan tercapai dengan baik.Kata kunci: Masyarakat Baduy, Pengembangan Ekonomi, Pelatihan Kewirausahaan.

The problems that exist in MSME in Wanakerta Village are the low understanding of product quality management and the low understanding of SOP. Counseling is carried out by providing materials by speakers and training in product quality management and making SOP accompanied by discussions. Abstract

The Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah University A.R. Fachruddin is implementing a community service program with the theme "Investment Literacy for Generation Z" at SMK Karya Pembangunan. The purpose of this activity is to raise students' awareness and understanding of the importance of investing from an early age, especially for Generation Z, who are preparing for their financial future. This program covers a variety of materials on the basics of investing, different types of investments, risks and returns, and appropriate investment strategies. This program uses seminars, workshops, and investment simulations to provide students with practical experience. All these methods are designed to give students the opportunity to directly experience the dynamics of the investment world by actively engaging them in discussions and simulation activities. Additionally, this program involves several investment practitioners as resource persons, who provide insights and knowledge from their own experiences. The pre-test and post-test results show a significant improvement in students' understanding of investment. With this program, it is hoped that students of SMK Karya Pembangunan will have sufficient knowledge to manage their finances and make wise investment decisions in the future.

Abstract

This study analyzes the positioning strategy of Universitas Muhammadiyah A.R. Fachruddin (Unimar) in building its brand image to increase new student enrollment. Using a mixed methods approach, combining interviews with institutional stakeholders, surveys of 150 respondents, and SWOT, IFAS–EFAS, and QSPM analyses, research found that Unimar’s Islamic identity is its primary strength (recognized by 72% of respondents) but remains largely symbolic, with weak differentiation (40%), limited brand awareness (45%), and underdeveloped academic reputation. IFAS (2.60) and EFAS (2.90) place Unimar in Cell II (Grow and Build) of the IE Matrix, suggesting the need for aggressive growth strategies. QSPM results prioritize strengthening Islamic identity through integrated digital marketing, followed by the development of Islamic-modern flagship programs and enhancement of academic reputation. The study contributes theoretically to higher education marketing literature and provides practical recommendations for Unimar to enhance competitiveness and ensure sustainable student enrollment growth.

Abstract

Gaya Hidup Berbelanja dan Potongan Harga para pelaku bisnis dapat menarik konsumen melakukan Impulse Buying. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Hidup Berbelanja dan Potongan Harga Terhadap Impulse Buying di Matahari Department Store Supermall Karawaci. Metode penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Data yang diolah merupakan hasil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada masyarakat yang pernah berbelanja di Matahari Department Store Supermall Karawaci. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling berjumlah 96 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan Gaya Hidup Berbelanja dan Potongan Harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying. Hal ini ditunjukkan Gaya Hidup Berbelanja dengan thitung 12.075 > ttabel yakni 1.985 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying (Y) dan Potongan Harga (X2) thitung < ttabel yakni 7,079 < 1,985 berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying (Y). Dan secara simultan variabel Gaya Hidup Berbelanja (X1) dan Potongan Harga (X2) berpengaruh secara positif terhadap Impulse Buying (Y) yakni Fhitung > Ftabel sebesar 80,118 > 3,09.Kata kunci : Gaya Hidup Berbelanja, Potongan Harga, Impulse Buying

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the influence of Taste and Service Quality on Purchase Decisions both partially and simultaneously. The sample consists of 96 respondents who are customers of Il Vero. This research uses a quantitative method. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument with a Likert Summated Rating (LSR) scale, with evaluation criteria ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The data analysis method was processed using SPSS version 26. The partial results of the study show that Taste (X1) has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) with a t-value of 4.878, a t-table value of 1.984, and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Service Quality (X2) also has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) with a t-value of 3.563, a t-table value of 2.30, and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. Simultaneously, Taste (X1) and Service Quality (X2) have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions (Y) with a t-value of 110.347, a t-table value of 2.30, and a significance value of 0.004 < 0.05. The regression equation results indicate that Taste has the highest influence, followed by Service Quality, which has the smallest influence.
