Abstract

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran strategis dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun, masih banyak UMKM yang menghadapi permasalahan berupa sistem penjualan yang belum terstruktur serta keterbatasan kompetensi sumber daya manusia, sehingga berdampak pada kinerja usaha. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem penjualan yang terstruktur dan berbasis digital sederhana guna meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja sumber daya manusia pada UMKM Panukuik Abi Lubuk Minturun. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan melalui observasi dan wawancara, perancangan sistem penjualan, pelatihan dan simulasi, pendampingan implementasi, serta evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem penjualan yang dikembangkan mampu meningkatkan kerapian dan akurasi pencatatan transaksi, mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi digital, serta meningkatkan efektivitas dan keterukuran kinerja sumber daya manusia. Selain itu, pelatihan dan pendampingan memberikan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan mitra dalam mengelola data penjualan untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan usaha. Dengan demikian, pengembangan sistem penjualan berbasis digital yang sederhana dan aplikatif terbukti memberikan dampak positif terhadap peningkatan kompetensi dan kinerja sumber daya manusia UMKM, serta berpotensi diterapkan pada UMKM sejenis secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership style and work discipline on employee performance, both directly and indirectly through work motivation as an intervening variable at UPTD Puskesmas Lubuk Alung. This research employs a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population in this study were all employees of UPTD Puskesmas Lubuk Alung, totaling 55 people. Due to the small population size, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling (census), where the entire population was used as the sample. Data collection was conducted through surveys and the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; (2) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on work motivation; (3) Leadership style has a positive and significant direct effect on employee performance; (4) Work discipline has a positive but not significant direct effect on employee performance; (5) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Leadership style has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable; and (7) Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. These findings suggest that while discipline alone does not directly improve performance, it becomes effective when it successfully boosts employee motivation .

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence work experience and work discipline have on career development with job performance as an intervening variable at Puskesmas Alai, Padang City. The data analysis method used a questionnaire, with a sample of 42 respondents. The analysis method used is path analysis using the SmartPLS application. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a positive and significant influence between work experience and job performance. There is a positive and significant influence between work discipline and job performance. There is a positive and insignificant influence between work experience and career development. There is a negative and insignificant influence between work discipline and career development. There is a positive and significant influence between job performance and career development. There is a positive and significant influence between work experience and career development with job performance as an intervening variable. There is a positive and significant influence of work discipline on career development with job performance as an intervening variable.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify and examine the effect of Leadership and Work Discipline on Employee Performance through Motivation as an intervening variable at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province. The data analysis method used a questionnaire, with a sample of 45 respondents. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that: (1) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Motivation at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province; (2) Work Discipline has a positive and significant effect on Motivation at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province; (3) Leadership does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province; (4) Work Discipline does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province; (5) Motivation does not have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province; (6) Motivation does not mediate the effect of Leadership on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatra Province; and (7) Motivation does not mediate the effect of Work Discipline on Employee Performance at the Regional Financial and Asset Management Agency of West Sumatera Province

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance, with work morale as an intervening variable, among employees at PT Wilmar Nabati Teluk Bayur Padang. Data collection methods included surveys and questionnaires, with up to 80 respondents. Path analysis using the SmartPLS application was used for analysis. The results obtained from partial tests revealed a significant effect of organizational culture on work morale. Motivation significantly influences job satisfaction and work morale. Organizational culture significantly influences employee performance. Motivation also insignificantly influences employee performance. Work morale significantly influences employee performance. Organizational culture significantly influences employee performance through work morale as an intervening variable. Motivation significantly influences employee performance through work morale as an intervening variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of organizational culture and compensation on employee performance, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT Wilmar Nabati Teluk Bayur Padang. This research employs a quantitative method with a causal approach. The population consists of all 80 employees of PT Wilmar Nabati Teluk Bayur Padang. Due to the relatively small population size, saturated sampling (census) was used, making the entire population the research sample. Data collection was conducted via questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results indicate significant findings: (1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) Organizational culture has a positive but insignificant direct effect on employee performance; (4) Compensation has a positive but insignificant direct effect on employee performance; (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction; and (7) Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research employs a quantitative method with a causal associative approach. The population in this study comprises all employees of PDAM Tirta Sanjung Buana Sijunjung, totaling 52 people. Due to the small population size, the sampling technique used was saturated sampling (census), where the entire population served as respondents. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software.The results of this study indicate that: (1) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (2) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction; (3) Directly, the work environment has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance; (4) Directly, organizational culture has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance; (5) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable; and (7) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. These findings demonstrate that improvements in the work environment and organizational culture do not directly improve performance but are effective when mediated by employee job satisfaction.

Productivity is a vital element for the sustainability of the vegetable oil processing industry amidst global competition. This research employs a quantitative method with a causal design. The population of the study comprises all 80 employees of PT Wilmar Nabati Teluk Bayur Padang. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling (census), where the entire population serves as respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires using a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results reveal dynamic findings: (1) Work discipline has a negative and insignificant effect on work performance; (2) Rewards have a positive and significant effect on work performance; (3) Work discipline has a positive and significant direct effect on employee productivity; (4) Rewards have a negative and insignificant direct effect on employee productivity; (5) Work performance has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity; (6) Work discipline does not have a significant effect on productivity through work performance; and (7) Rewards have a significant effect on productivity through work performance. These findings indicate that to improve productivity, discipline impacts the work process directly, whereas rewards must first be converted into performance to impact productivity .
