Studi ini menyelidiki peran layanan keuangan mikro terhadap pengembangan kewirausahaan perempuan di kota Serang. Studi ini menggunakan desain deskriptif dan penjelasan dan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menargetkan 2.862 nasabah wanita Lembaga Keuangan Mikro PT. Permodalan Nasional Madani unit Serang, dan 338 sampel dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis melalui perangkat lunak paket statistik untuk ilmu sosial (smartPLS) 26. Temuan dari analisis rata-rata deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa layanan keuangan dan non-keuangan lembaga keuangan mikro yang ditawarkan ditemukan tidak dapat secara signifikan memberdayakan perempuan kurang beruntung dan miskin dengan meningkatkan penghidupan dan pengembangan bisnis mereka. Hasil korelasi menunjukkan bahwa akses ke keuangan atau kredit rendah dan menantang di kalangan perempuan pengusaha yang disurvei. Khususnya, jumlah pinjaman yang tidak mencukupi, prosedur dan syarat pengembalian yang tidak mudah, jangka waktu pengembalian yang tidak memadai, dan tingkat bunga pinjaman yang sangat tinggi bagi perempuan pengusaha.

Making organic fertilizer based on cow dung as an environmentally friendly alternative for modern agriculture. The organic fertilizer produced not only functions to increase fertility land, but also helps manage waste and protect the environment. Making process Fertilizer involves several important stages, such as preventing ingredients, mixing, controlling humidity, aeration and cooling. Studies conducted show that organic fertilizers The resulting product contains good nutrients, provides physical, chemical and chemical improvements biology in soil. This product supports sustainable agricultural practices as well as produce healthier food.

This research is entitled "The Tradition of Basidakah Limau in Nagari Kinari, Bukit Sundi District, Solok Regency, West Sumatra Province". The purpose of this study is to describe the procession of the lime basin tradition in Nagari Kinari and to describe the symbolic meaning of the lime basin tradition. The theory used in this study is the symbolic interpretive theory of Clifford Geertz. The methods used in this study were carried out by observation, interview and documentation methods. The data analysis technique in this study uses steps including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing and verification. The results of this study show that the procession of the lime basidakah tradition starts from determining the date and day, making pucuak, making musajik-musajik cakes, making lime water, picking up pucuak by pasumandan to the place where pucuak is made, the lime sidakah event takes place, and the delivery of pucuak to the cemetery by Pasumandan. Furthermore, the symbolic meaning of the lime basidakah tradition is pucuak which means as an intermediary or the meaning of apology for people who have died, banana stems mean the Nagari Kinari community which is the foundation and support of tradition, carano means traditional meaning and also the meaning of respect for ancestors, flowers mean life and beauty, musajik-musajik cakes means hope for life that is lived full of sweetness and always an abundance of affection, lime water means to cleanse the heart and mind from bad intentions, grudges, or past mistakes and also symbolizes hope and renewal of life, baju bundo kanduang means depicting the role, dignity, and responsibility of women in Minangkabau, and coins mean alms and generosity.

Reading literacy, as a cornerstone of intellectual and communicative development, plays a crucial role in shaping students’ ability to express ideas effectively and confidently in public contexts. This study explores how reading literacy strategies contribute to the enhancement of students’ public speaking skills at SMK Miftahul Qulub. Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were obtained through observations, interviews, and documentation of literacy and speaking activities. The findings indicate that the integration of reading, discussion, and structured speech preparation enables students to build critical thinking, expand vocabulary, and improve coherence in speech delivery. Reading literacy also strengthens students’ confidence and self-expression, allowing them to articulate ideas with greater fluency and reflective depth. The study concludes that literacy serves as both a cognitive and affective foundation for public speaking, supporting the development of communicative competence and creative expression. Therefore, schools are encouraged to embed literacy-based practices within language learning programs to foster students’ holistic personal and academic growth.

Rekam medis adalah dokumen yang berisikan informasi lengkap terkait identitas pasien, riwayat pemeriksaan, pengobatan, tindakan medis, serta layanan lain yang telah diberikan kepada pasien selama periode perawatan di Rumah Sakit. Dalam pelaksanaannya data rekam medis di Rumah Sakit Azra kerap ditemukan nomor rekam medis ganda atau duplikasi. Hal ini tentunya mempengaruhi sistem pengambilan data rekam medis dan juga berpotensi mengakibatkan kesalahan dalam melakukan tindakan medis terhadap pasien. Kondisi ini apabila terus terjadi mengakibatkan informasi medis tidak berkesinambungan dan tentu mempengaruhi mutu dan kualitas pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat menganalisis faktor penyebab dari nomor rekam medis ganda menggunakan metode Cause and Effect Analysis serta sistem penggabungannya pada aplikasi teraMedik yang dipakai oleh Rumah Sakit Azra sebagai SIMRS. Metode penelitian ini merupakan metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan observasional analitik melalui pengumpulan data dengan observasi dan wawancara. Data yang didapat dan dipakai berdasarkan history periode 6 bulan dari Januari – Juni 2023. Hasil analisis ditemukan nomor rekam medis ganda dengan persentase 0,18% dengan faktor utama penyebab nomor rekam medis ganda yaitu petugas kurang teliti, aplikasi kerap error, Kartu Identitas Berobat (KIB) kerap tidak dibawa oleh pasien, dan prosedur yang belom dijalankan dengan semestinya. Penggabungan nomor rekam medis ganda dalam waktu prosesnya mencapai rata-rata 5 menit untuk setiap proses satu nomor rekam medis.

The purpose of this study was to allow a leukemia patient to describe their health related quality of life (HRQoL) in their own words, in order psychologists could understand the impact that leukemia has on children. Four semistructured interview questions guide the interviews. Each question related to a domain identified in previous researches as having an effect on HRQoL. Areas explored were (a) physical well-being and symptoms, (b) psychological well-being, (c) social well-being, and (d) functional well-being. Five themes were identified: (a) fatigue, (b) the effect on activities, (c) medi- cation and treatment effects, (d) relationship changes, and (e) hair loss. In addition, based on content analysis, the result showed that there is an interactive effect between the diseases and the level of QoL. The results reveal that the social, physical and emotional health and well-being of children with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) is significantly poorer than their community-based peers. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menuntun penyandang leukemia limfostik akut mendeskripsikan kualitas hidupnya yang terkait kesehatan dengan kata-katanya sendiri, agar para psikolog dapat memahami dampak leukimia pada anak. Wawancara dipandu empat pertanyaan interviu semi- terstruktur. Tiap pertanyaan terkait ranah yang teridentifikasi penelitian terdahulu memiliki dampak pada kualitas hidup terkait kesehatan. Wilayah yang dieksplorasi adalah (a) kesejahteraan dan gejala fisik, (b) kesejahteraan psikologis, (c) kesejahteraan sosial, (d) kesejahteraan fungsional. Ditengarai lima tema: (a) kelelahan, (b) akibat pada aktivitas, (c) akibat pengobatan dan perawatan, (d) perubahan hubungan, (e) kehilangan rambut. Selain itu, berdasarkan analisis isi, hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat akibat interaktif antara penyakit dan tingkat kualitas hidup. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kesehatan sosial, fisik dan emosi, serta kesejahteraan anak penyandang leukimia limfositik akut lebih rendah secara bermakna daripada teman sebayanya di masyarakat
