Abstract

Spirulina plantensis merupakan salah satu mikroalga yang bersifat kosmalit yang dapat dibudidayakan pada medium yang berbeda. Limbah cair kecap dapat dijadikan alternatif baru yang digunakan sebagai pupuk karena memiliki ketersediaan nutrisi yang dibutuhkan oleh S. plantensis. Penelitian menggunakan perlakuan kombinasi dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu dosis limbah cair industri kecap (L) yang terdiri dari 3 taraf (L1:20%, L2:30%, L3:40%) dan faktor kedua yaitu tepung bulu ayam yang terdiri dari 2 taraf (P1: tepung bulu ayam 200 mg/L, P2 ; tepung bulu ayam 300 mg/L dan P3: tepung bulu ayam 400 mg/L dan P0: tanpa tepung bulu ayam). Media kultur yang digunakan berasal dari Industri Kecap Langsa. Hasil menunjukkan pertumbuhan S. plantensis pada semua perlakuan kecuali pada perlakuan kontrol (zarouk) menunjukkan fase lag atau fase adaptasi yang tidak tampak nyata, karena jumlah biomassa S. plantensis pada media L1P1, L2P2, L3P3, L1P0, L2P0, dan L3P0 terjadi pada waktu yang cukup singkat yaitu pada hari ke 2. Pertumbuhan S. plantensis pada media limbah cair kecap 30% dengan penambahan serbuk bulu ayam 300 mg/L lebih efektif bila dibandingkan dengan perlakuan lainnya

Abstract

This research aims to analyze readers' understanding of the conflicts/plot found in the novel "Dikta dan Hukum," as well as readers' responses to the visualizations used in the novel to assess the aesthetic distance and zeitgeist of the readers. This research employs qualitative phenomenological research. The results of the analysis indicate that readers' responses are influenced by various factors, including aesthetic distance and the zeitgeist they experience. Diverse responses to the conflicts and plot in the novel reflect readers' varied perspectives on the quality of literary works. The use of character visualizations, such as Doyoung as Dikta, also becomes a point of evaluation for readers, with differing opinions on the suitability of these characters with the desired image of Dikta. This research reveals that readers provide complex and varied responses to literary works, influenced by their personal experiences, preferences, and cultural contexts. Thus, this study provides valuable insights into the interaction between readers and literary works, as well as the factors that influence their judgments of a work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze innovative strategies based on Islamic values to improve the quality of education at This study examines innovative strategies grounded in Islamic values to enhance educational quality at MI Ma’arif NU Kaliwangi. The research addresses a persistent gap between the increasing demands for pedagogical innovation and digital integration in primary education and instructional practices in madrasahs, which remain largely conventional and insufficiently aligned with a systematic internalisation of Islamic values. A qualitative case study design was employed, involving 22 teachers, including the head of the madrasah, and 274 students. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, and analysed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, encompassing data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing, with validity ensured through source and methodological triangulation. The findings indicate that the implementation of Project-Based Islamic Learning, digital Qur’anic literacy, experiential moral learning, interactive digital media, and the cultivation of digital etiquette significantly enhances students’ learning motivation, Islamic literacy, and character development, particularly in terms of social empathy and learning discipline. The novelty of this study lies in its integrative pedagogical framework that synthesises project-based and technology-enhanced learning with the contextual internalisation of Islamic values at the Islamic primary education level. Theoretically, this research contributes to the advancement of innovation and quality management theories in Islamic education by positioning Islamic values as a pedagogical foundation rather than merely normative content. The implementation is supported by a strong religious culture, adaptive teachers, and parental involvement, although challenges persist regarding infrastructural limitations and uneven technological competence. Continuous teacher professional development and strategic optimisation of educational technology are recommended to sustain innovation in Islamic value-based learning

Abstract

This study aims to identify the role of school principals in supporting teachers’ use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) for developing Deep Learning Lesson Plans in junior high schools, analyze how such support influences teachers’ competencies, and develop a relevant training program model to enhance teachers’ utilization of technology. This research employed aqualitative approach with a case study design, involving school principals and teachers from schools that have integrated educational technology. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis including s and school policies. Research instruments consisted of semi-structured interview guides and observation notes, while data validity was strengthened using triangulation techniques. Thematic analysis was applied to identify key patterns related to the principal’s support in AI implementation. The findings show that school principals play a strategic role in six key areas: technology facilitation, professional guidance, linkage to learning resources, implementation supervision, teacher innovation encouragement, and school policy management. Principal support significantly enhances teachers’ motivation and competence in using AI to develop more creative, data-driven, and student-responsive s. Furthermore, systematic training and mentoring provided by principals strengthen teachers’ confidence in integrating technology into their instructional practices. The leadership role of school principals that specifically integrates strategic, pedagogical, and policy support in the utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) for the development of Deep Learning Lesson Plans at the junior high school level. Overall, this study highlights the importance of visionary school leadership in optimizing the use of AI to improve learning quality.

Abstract

Teachers play a central role in determining the quality of education in schools because they are directly involved in the learning process. Optimal teacher performance is influenced not only by individual abilities, but also by organisational factors that shape teacher work behaviour. This article aims to analyse the role of organisational behaviour management in improving teacher performance in schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study design conducted at SMP Negeri 1 Purwojati. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analysed descriptively. The results of the study show that work motivation, principal leadership, collaborative work culture, a conducive school climate, and a reward system contribute significantly to shaping positive teacher behaviour. Effective organisational behaviour management has been proven to improve teachers' professionalism, commitment, and quality of learning services. These findings emphasise the importance of the role of school management in designing strategies to continuously improve teacher performance in order to support the quality of education.

Abstract

Transformasi digital dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan menjadi strategi kunci dalam meningkatkan mutu layanan pendidikan di era disrupsi teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis transformasi digital pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan di SMP Negeri 1 Purwojati melalui strategi efisiensi, inovasi, dan digitalisasi layanan. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sekolah menerapkan pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana berbasis teknologi dan data, meliputi optimalisasi pemanfaatan fasilitas, inovasi sistem inventarisasi, serta integrasi media digital dalam pembelajaran. Transformasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar mengajar, tetapi juga memperkuat transparansi tata kelola dan kepuasan warga sekolah. Temuan penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa transformasi manajemen di sekolah ini menekankan bahwa inovasi tidak selalu bergantung pada teknologi canggih, tetapi lebih pada kesadaran, kreativitas, dan kemampuan mengoptimalkan sumber daya yang tersedia. Secara konseptual, penelitian ini menawarkan model manajemen sarana dan prasarana berbasis efisiensi digital yang adaptif dan berorientasi mutu. Dalam perspektif manajemen pendidikan Islam, praktik pengelolaan tersebut merefleksikan nilai amanah dalam pengelolaan aset publik dan transparansi dalam administrasi sekolah, sehingga memberikan kemaslahatan bagi seluruh warga sekolah. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam pengembangan tata kelola sarana pendidikan yang akuntabel, inovatif, dan relevan dengan tuntutan pendidikan abad ke-21. Kesimpulannya, strategi efisiensi, kreativitas, dan transparansi dalam pengelolaan sarana prasarana terbukti mampu meningkatkan mutu pendidikan serta kepuasan warga sekolah.

Abstract

Background: Coronary heart disease is a major health problem in almost every country in the world and contributes to about 30% of all deaths worldwide. Proper diagnosis in patients with coronary heart disease will determine the accuracy of the procedure and will affect the patient's healing and prognosis. Purpose : This study aims to describe the picture of ECG and coronary angiography in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods : The design of this study was descriptive with the patient population of coronary heart disease in the cardiac catheterization room of RSUD dr. Iskak Tulungagung. The sample size was 35 respondents taken with acidental sampling. The variables in this study are ECG image and coronary angiography results. Methods of data collection using observation sheet. The results showed 13 respondents (37.14%) results of ECG image injuri. While the results of angiography showed 27 (77.14%) of respondents there was a significant stenosis. Result : The result of research also got difference of result between ECG image and Coronary angiography where the respondent that picture ECG and Coronary Angiography fit as many as 23 respondent whereas between ECG picture and Coronary Angiography not suitable as much 12 respondents. Conclusion : In accordance with the number of accuracy of ECG in diagnosing coronary heart disease patients who ranged between 55% while in angiography accuracy rate 99% then can be drawn conclusion diagnostic patients with coronary heart disease using EKG can be a mistake of diagnosis by 45% compared angiografi which only 1%

Abstract

Background: Coronary heart disease is the most cardiovascular disease that causes death in the world. The ability of nurses to recognize acute coronary syndromes is very necessary as part of the emergency services team. Purpose : The purpose of this study was to determine the description of the factors that influence the ability of nurses to know acute coronary syndrome in the emergency department of dr. Iskak Tulungagung. Methods : The design of this research is descriptive analytic with a cross sectional approach with the population of all nurses who work in the Emergency Department of dr. Iskak Tulungagung. The population is 55 nurses. The sample is all of the population, namely 55 respondents with total sampling sampling techniques. The data that has been collected is processed by a statistical test of Multivariate Analysis, Ordinal Regression with significance ? = 0.05. Result : The results showed that most of the respondents with D3 education were 33 respondents (60.0%), almost all respondents had never attended ECG training in the amount of 50 respondents (90.9%) and almost half of the respondents had a working period of 2-5 year is 25 respondents (45.5%). The results of the regression regression analysis showed that the p-value = 0.855 on the education factor which means that H0 was accepted, the p-value = 0.041 in the training factor which means H1 is received, the p-value = 0.003 on the working period, which means that H1 is accepted Conclusion : Based on research, education does not affect the ability to recognize acute coronary syndrome. The education obtained will develop according to the increase in the work period and the frequent training that is obtained and practiced directly in real situations
