Abstract

Penelitian ini untuk melihat apakah ada pengaruh komunikasi dan kepemimpinan terhadap penyelesaian konflik. Komunikasi dan kepemimpinan yang merupakan bagian tidak terpisahkan dalam organisasi umumnya memiliki pengaruh kuat didalam organisasi atau bahkan tidak memiliki pengaruh sama sekali tergantung bagaimana mereka berkomunikasi dan menggunakan kepemimpinannya dalam mengelola organisasi. Konflik organisasi adalah ketidaksepakatan antara individu atau kelompok dalam organisasi, yang dapat memusatkan pada faktor mulai dari alokasi sumber daya dan pembagian tanggung jawab ke arah keseluruhan organisasi karyawan (Hossain, 2017). Struktur komunikasi organisasi didefinisikan sebagai sistem jalur di mana pesan mengalir atau sebagai pola interaksi di antara orang-orang yang membentuk organisasi (Nica dalam Hener, 2010). Pemimpin mempengaruhi orang lain melalui kemampuan mereka untuk memotivasi, menginformasikan, menginspirasi, teknis kompetensi, berkomunikasi secara efektif, dan menyampaikan visi (Pierce & Newstrom dalam Kaimenyi, 2014). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode correlational research yang bertujuan untuk mendeteksi sejauh mana variabel-variabel pada suatu faktor berkaitan dengan variabel pada faktor lain berdasarkan koefisien korelasi. Abstract

At this time, society is faced with the flow of hoaxes, disinformation, and misinformation. Based on facts sourced from the 2021 Digital Literacy Survey by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia, there is a tendency for people not to respond to existing hoaxes. Even though this hoax needs to be countered by counter-narratives with correct information. One way to fight it is to write. This service seeks to encourage an increase in the writing skills of Malang City Community Information Group (KIM) members to fight hoaxes, disinformation, and misinformation. The involvement of KIM has based on the premise that this element is a public institution to empower and improve the quality of public information according to their characteristics and needs. Devotion method in the form of writing training. The results of the dedication show that the participants are good at receiving writing training, as evidenced by the final average total of 3.99 which is included in the good category. However, more systemic and thematic training activities are still needed to improve sustainable writing skills.

Abstract

The pʋrpose of this stʋdy was to determíne career development and identífy inhibíting factors in the career developmẹnt of educatíon personnel at the Jambi University Academic and Student Affairs Bureau. This type of research is descriptive qualitative. With the focus of research as follows the career development of education personnel at the Jambi University Academic and Student Affairs Bureau viewed from aspects of work performance assessment, as well as employee education and training. The inhibiting factor in the career development of education personnel at the Jambi University Academic and Student Affairs Bureau is that the Assessment Center has not been implemented to assess and evaluate the competencies of employees, so that feelings of displeasure and getting unfair treatment can be minimized.
