Abstract

Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap loyalitas pengguna layanan melalui kepuasan pengguna layanan aplikasi Visiting Jogja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei dan populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu pengguna aplikasi Visiting Jogja. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sejumlah 84 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji dan validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (path) dengan bantuan regresi sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh secara positif terhadap loyalitas pengguna layanan melalui kepuasan pengguna layanan aplikasi Visiting Jogja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai F hitung 171.251 > F tabel 3.94.

Abstract

At this time, society is faced with the flow of hoaxes, disinformation, and misinformation. Based on facts sourced from the 2021 Digital Literacy Survey by the Ministry of Communication and Informatics of the Republic of Indonesia, there is a tendency for people not to respond to existing hoaxes. Even though this hoax needs to be countered by counter-narratives with correct information. One way to fight it is to write. This service seeks to encourage an increase in the writing skills of Malang City Community Information Group (KIM) members to fight hoaxes, disinformation, and misinformation. The involvement of KIM has based on the premise that this element is a public institution to empower and improve the quality of public information according to their characteristics and needs. Devotion method in the form of writing training. The results of the dedication show that the participants are good at receiving writing training, as evidenced by the final average total of 3.99 which is included in the good category. However, more systemic and thematic training activities are still needed to improve sustainable writing skills.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how the Political branding strategy developed by the Candidates for Governor and Vice governor with regard to poverty alleviation in the East Java region. This "political battle" becomes interesting because each pair of Khofifah and Emil or Saifullah Yusuf and Puti Guntur Soekarno are not new figures in the East Java political arena. The background and political capital of each partner seems to be at stake because of the long and deep history and closeness to East Java. In the context of the issue of poverty, it becomes important how they conduct public debates in order to do  maneuver to overcome this classic problem and all parties agree that poverty must be fought. This study uses content analysis from the first session of the open debate on the Candidates for Governor and Vice governor of East Java. In the end, this study shows the superiority of the Khofifah and Emil Dardak in discussing the issue of poverty, but the Saifullah Yusuf and Puti Guntur Soekarno also have their own characteristics in discussing the issue of poverty. Each has its own political branding focus and strategy in conveying their ideas.

Abstract

Hijrah dalam perkembangannya dapat dipahami melalui tiga perspektif yakni politik, ahli fiqih dan umum. Pada penelitian terdahulu konsep hijrah hanya banyak dibahas dalam perspektif politik dan ahli fiqih yang bermakna migrasi dan perpindahan tempat dari negara kafir menuju negara Islam. Penelitian ini mengambil kekokosongan dari penelitian terdahulu yang jarang membahas makna hijrah dalam perspektif umum. Hijrah dalam perspektif umum adalah perubahan perilaku demi tujuan agama yang sangat berkaitan dengan  fenomena hijrah saat ini. Munculnya fenomena hijrah diiringi dengan ciri lahirnya komunitas hijrah, seruan kembali kepada Al-Qur’an dan Al-Hadits, serta maraknya penggunaan simbol-simbol keagamaan oleh pelaku hijrah seperti memelihara jenggot, mengenakan celana di atas mata kaki, cadar, dan baju longgar. Melalui pemaparan mengenai perilaku dan atribut, penelitian ini berfokus pada identitas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui identitas keagamaan pelaku hijrah. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode fenomenologi melalui pengalaman pelaku hijrah. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa identitas pelaku hijrah sebelum berhijrah adalah individu nakal yang ditunjukkan melalui perilakunya sering berpacaran dan membuka aurat. Faktor yang mendorong pelaku hijrah untuk berhijrah adalah keluarga dan teman serta kesadaran diri dari pelaku hijrah. Saat berhijrah identitas pelaku hijrah merupakan individu yang lebih taat dalam melaksanakan perintah agama melalui perilaku mengurangi interaksi dengan lawan jenis, menutup aurat, meninggalkan musik dan menghadiri majlis ilmu. Tiga informan penelitian ini memiliki identitas sebagai anggota kelompok salafi yang ditunjukkan melalui perilakunya dengan tidak berjabat tangan seusai sholat, tidak membaca do’a qunut dan mengharamkan demo. Perilaku ini didasari oleh keyakinan untuk melaksanakan perintah agama seperti pada zaman Nabi Muhammad dan sahabat.

Abstract

The Community Service Team of the Faculty of Administrative Sciences, Universitas Brawijaya, has collaborated with the Malang Community Information Group Forum (Forum KIM) since 2020 to improve the public communication skills of the KIM members. Based on earlier observations, many KIM members still need help in public speaking and creating attractive organizational profiles. Therefore, the community service team organized a Public Speaking Organization Profile Workshop. This event was held on November 25, 2023, at the Rampal Celaket Village Hall, Malang, and involved KIM members from 31 villages. The workshop method uses on-spot practicals and discussion. The workshop successfully improved participants' understanding and practical skills in public communication, as evidenced by their enthusiasm and commitment during the training sessions. The results showed a significant increase in the confidence and communication skills of KIM members, which is expected to have a considerable positive impact on the effectiveness of public information delivery and their role as information gatekeepers in the community.

Abstract

This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of a PhET-assisted practical method on the character development and academic achievement of IPA students at SDN Kepandean 03. A quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group was employed. The sample consisted of 28 students in the experimental group and 28 students in the control group, randomly selected from classes VA and VB. The results indicated that the experimental group, which utilized the PhET-assisted practical method, exhibited significant improvements in both character development (posttest mean: 83.75) and academic achievement (posttest mean: 85.11), compared to the control group (character: 77.71, academic achievement: 74.89). These findings suggest that the PhET-assisted practical method is an effective approach for enhancing students' character and academic performance in IPA.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterlibatan gender dalam top management pada perguruan tinggi negeri di Indonesia. Studi ini menyajikan tabulasi data untuk menilai distribusi gender dalam top management, khususnya posisi rektor. Menggunakan metode pengumpulan data sekunder dari data Pangkalan Data Pendidikan Tinggi (PDDIKTI) atau website resmi universitas, atau berita yang menyediakan informasi terbuka terkait gelar akademik, usia, dan gender rektor-rektor universitas negeri di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian ini  mengungkap disparitas gender dengan hanya 11.83% rektor perempuan dari total 93 rektor yang diobservasi, menunjukan dominasi laki-laki yang signifikan. Pada sisi lain, ketika dilakukan pengujian chi-square tidak menunjukkan adanya hubungan ketidakseimbangan gender yang signifikan dari segi kualifikasi akademik atau distribusi geografis dengan kesempatan menjadi rektor. Meskipun tidak ada bukti statistik yang mengindikasikan hubungan antara gender dan peluang karir sebagai rektor, penelitian menyarankan kebutuhan melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut tentang faktor-faktor yang menghambat inklusi gender pada top management perguruan tinggi negeri. Hal lain yang perlu menjadi pertimbangkan juga yakni pengembangan kebijakan untuk meningkatkan inklusivitas gender dan memberikan kesempatan yang lebih luas bagi rektor berusia lebih muda pada sektor pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and analyze the half-life and obsolescence of literature in Archival Journal articles for 2016-2020. This study applies a quantitative approach through the half-life analysis method. The population in this study used all samples, namely all articles in the 2016-2020 Archival Journal, which amounted to 54 articles with 1137 citations. Data collection uses digital data archiving techniques. The findings show that, on average, the half-life of literature is 8.6 years and follows the degree of updating of reference sources according to the Ministry of Education and Culture, which mentions reference sources of not more than ten years. Overall, the Archives Journal articles for 2016-2020 show that they are up to date because they are more influenced by new citations with 573 (50.3%%) citations, while obsolete citations with 564 (49.6%) citations. Even so, the use of outdated literature is still significant. Many factors become the reason, such as book citations and laws and regulations have more influence on Archival Journal articles for 2016-2020; limited references to archival knowledge in Indonesian; in addition, it is supported by the relatively slow development of archival science in Indonesia.
