Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of Shopee's E-Commerce service quality on Shopee Indonesia's consumer satisfaction on students of the Faculty of Economics, Tridinanti University, Palembang, Shopee users. The variables used in this study are service quality which consists of efficiency, fullfilment, reliability, privacy, responsiveness, compensation, and contacts. The population in this study ware people who had used Shopee, while the study sample was 100 respondents. Multiple Regression Analysis is a data analysis technique in this study using the IBM SPSS Statistics 22 application. The results showed that there was a significant effect of efficiency, reliability, privacy, responsiveness, and contact on customer satisfaction. On the other hand, fullfilment and compensation on customer satisfaction have no significant effect.Keywords: Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

The aim was carried out by the author with the aim of knowing and analyzing the influence of the work environment, leadership, and work discipline on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency either partially or simultaneously. The research method used in this study is a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed to respondents. Test the quality of the data using the validity test, reliability test, normality test. The analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential analysis using statistical calculations with multiple regression formulas, coefficient of determination, partial test and simultaneous test. The population in this study were all employees of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency, totaling 59 people. The results of the analysis and discussion obtained that the work environment has a significant effect on the work performance of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency employees. Leadership has a significant effect on the work performance of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency employees. Work discipline has a significant effect on the work performance of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency employees. The work environment, leadership, and work discipline have a significant effect on the work performance of the employees of the Regional Secretariat of Empat Lawang Regency.

Abstract

Motivasi merupakan dorongan yang berasal dari dalam diri seseorang untuk melakukan atau tidak melakukan sesuatu. Motivasi kerja dianggap penting karena diharapkan setiap individu mau bekerja keras dan semangat untuk mencapai kinerja karyawan yang tinggi. Terdapat banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi motivasi kerja, namun dalam penelitian ini hanya membahas beberapa diantaranya antara lain self actualization, soft skill dan iklim organisasi. Self actualization merupakan kemampuan individu untuk menggali dan mengembangkan segenap potensi yang dimiliki untuk menjadi dapat diri sendiri dan untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidupnya, serta self actualization merupakan kebutuhan yang paling tinggi. Sedangkan soft skill merupakan salah satu kunci penting yang dapat membantu seseorang dalam mendorong motivasi. Faktor lainnya yaitu iklim organisasi mempunyai partisipasi yang sangat signifikan terhadap setiap individu karyawan dalam organisasi, dan pada akhirnya berdampak pada motivasi kerja. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian deskripsi kualitatif.
