Abstract

Bullying is not a new thing for everyone. Bullying can occur at any age, but begins to increase in late elementary school, peaks in middle school, and declines at the college level. The existence of differences between groups and individuals is one factor in the occurrence of bullying. Physical, psychological, social conditions, from economy, religion, culture, race and gender are some of the factors that trigger bullying. Bullying is the biggest obstacle for children to self-actualize. Therefore, it takes handling and coordination from various parties such as parents, teachers, school principals, and employees. In this study, researchers tried to analyze and reveal about bullying prevention with a focus on the problem. How is the role of schools in tackling bullying behavior in children? This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Research informants are the Principal, Student Affairs, and BP Teachers. Data collection techniques used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used Miles and Huberman analysis. Test the validity of the data by triangulation and adequacy of references. The results of this study indicate that the role of schools in tackling bullying in children is as a mediator, by providing socialization, as an analyst of child development, by paying attention to children's academic achievements and also paying attention to children's backgrounds, as character building, with the rules that will make children character discipline.

Abstract

Pancasila as the basis of the state of the Republic of Indonesia, its existence is very interesting to study from a philosophical aspect because before the existence of the Indonesian state, the Indonesian people in the pattern of life were still ethnic groups and the form of government was kingdoms that had their own territories and powers. Under these conditions, it is very difficult to find a philosophy for the formation of a country if it is not actually found a basic philosophy of the state that fulfills and provides protection for every tribe in the archipelago at that time. After independence, it turned out that a country with the spirit of unity was established, namely the unitary state of the Republic of Indonesia and the Pancasila as the basis of the state was established/ratified. This study from the philosophical aspect is interesting because it can determine the extent to which the philosophical aspects of Pancasila are formulated and fulfilled so that the existence of Pancasila is still relevant today. The characteristics of philosophy which are fundamental and deep, systematic, conceptual and holistic/wholesome are the basis when formulating the values ​​of Pancasila so that the truth value is very deep and universal. The approach used in this paper is a literature study with references to several books related to philosophy and Pancasila books. The results of the study in this writing fulfill the characteristic aspects of philosophy and its foundations, namely ontology, epistemology and axiology.

Abstract

Teacher professionalism and competence is a skill or ability that must be possessed by an educator or teacher in order to carry out their duties and responsibilities properly. As an educator or teacher, you are required to have professionalism and competence. If an educator or teacher does not have competence and professionalism in himself, then an educator or teacher will not be competent in carrying out his duties. Professional competence is one of the competencies that every educator or teacher must possess. The importance of developing professional competence will show the quality of the performance results of a teacher or educator. The development of these competencies can be done by attending discussion meetings, reading books, and attending seminars. The purpose of this study was to find out how the teacher's efforts in developing professional competence. This study uses a qualitative approach with the methods of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study show that efforts to increase teacher professionalism and competence will also increase the insight of a teacher, be more responsible and more professional in improving teaching and learning tasks inside and outside the classroom.

Abstract

In its development in the world of philosophy, several isms / philosophical understandings have emerged that cannot be avoided. Rationalism is one of the philosophies that teaches that reason is the main source of science. Characters who use reason / ratio as the main source of knowledge have been practiced since the ancient Greek era of Thales to modern philosophy such as Rene Descartes, Baruch Spinozoa, G.W. Leibniz, and Nicolas Malbebranche. This criticism of rationalism shows that not all concepts of rationalism can be applied to practical everyday life, besides that reason / ratio is not the only main source of a science.

Abstract

Staatsblad 1882 nomor 152 sesungguhnya merupakan pengakuan resmi dan pengukuhan sesuatu yang telah ada, tumbuh, dan berkembang dalam masyarakat. Lahirnya Staatsblad 1882 nomor 152 diiringi oleh perbedaan pendapat sarjana-sarjana hukum Belanda. Secara garis besar sarjana-sarjana hukum Belanda terpecah menjadi dua: mereka-mereka yang cenderung berpihak pada kepentingan kaum pribumi terutama kaum muslimin, yang dipelopori oleh Van den Berg, dengan teori Receptio in Complexu-nya; dan mereka-mereka yang menyerang eksistensi hukum Islam, dengan teori Receptie-nya Snouck Hurgronje. Tetapi berlakunya kedua pandangan hukum ini secara praktis, tetap dalam bingkai strategi Belanda untuk memperkokoh posisi mereka di Nusantara. Sebagaimana dijelaskan dalam pendahuluan bahwa netralitas Belanda dalam masalah hukum Islam dan Peradilan Agama, menurut Benda dan Suminto “dibentuk oleh kombinasi kon­tradiktif antara rasa takut dan harapan yang berlebihan.” Kesimpulan ini dapat dijelaskan dari sisi bahwa apa pun yang menjadi kebijakan Belanda, tidak mencerminkan adanya keinginan Belanda untuk melepaskan negara jajahannya. Sehingga pertentangan antara penganut teori Receptio in Complexu dengan teori Receptie, hanyalah sebatas pencarian pendekatan yang paling efektif dalam masalah hukum dan Peradilan Agama, yang pada akhirnya juga demi melanggengkan kekuasaan kolonialnya di Nusantara. Tetapi bagaimanapun, kita patut menghargai pandangan Van den Berg dan kawan-kawannya, dengan teori Receptio in Complexu-nya, yang secara positif melihat hukum Islam sebagai nilai yang mengikat dalam kehidupan setiap muslim, walaupun dalam prakteknya belum mampu diwujudkan dalam kesuluruhannya. Dan terhadap teori Receptie-nya Snouck Hurgronje rasanya tidak berlebihan jika Hazairin menyebutnya sebagai teori iblis, yang lahir dari semangat kristenisasi. Kata Kunci : STAATSBLAD 1882 nomor dan Pengadilan Agama.

Abstract

Berbicara tentang penegakkan hukum, maka tidak bisa terlepas dari tiga aspek yang selalu mengikuti, yaitu aspek substansi hukum, struktur hukum dan budaya hukum. Substansi hukum terkait bagaimana materi hukum itu benar-benar netral dari kepentingan-kepentingan politis yang sifatnya sesaat dan pragmatis karena hukum (undang-undang) pada dasarnya adalah produk politik sehingga tidak boleh mengabdi pada politik/kekuasaan, tapi hukum harus mengabdi pada keadilan.Struktur hukum terkait erat dengan para aparat penegak hukum, untuk menegakkan hukum secara adil dibutuhkan aparat yang berintegritas,tegas, berani dan jujur serta mempunyai komitmen yang kuat untuk menegakkan keadilan.Sedangkan untuk aspek budaya hukum terkait dengan perilaku masyarakat terhadap implementasi hukum itu sendiri apakah budaya yang ditampilkan taat dan patuh pada hukum atau malah sebaliknya. Atas semua problem tersebut menjadi suatu keniscayaan harus ada suatu arah kebijakan pembangunan sistem hukum yang benar-benar terintegrasi dengan baik.

Abstract

Profession is a job or position that requires certain skills, but requires preparation through special education and training. In essence, the profession is a statement or an open promise stating that a person is devoting himself to a position. The teacher profession is a professional educator with the main task of educating, teach, guide, direct, train and assess. Teachers are classified as professions because according to their expertise and special requirements in carrying out their duties, they have a professional organization with a code of ethics, and have an organizational platform. The teacher professional organization is a rational coordination of the activities of a number of teachers to achieve shared educational goals that are explicitly formulated, through regulation (code of ethics) and division of labor as well as through a hierarchy of power and professional responsibilities. This study aims to describe the relationship between the teaching profession and teacher organizations. The research method used is quantitative methods. The data collection techniques used in this study used questionnaires, tests and interviews. The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between the teaching profession and teacher organizations.

Abstract

The teacher is a very important element and cannot be ignored in the teaching and learning process, because the teacher can determine the success or failure of a teaching and learning process. Therefore, in the education and teaching process it is necessary to have qualified teachers, which means that in addition to mastering the subject matter, teaching methods, they also understand the basics of education. The basics of education are very, very important to be known by a teacher in carrying out his noble duties as a teacher or educator, this is a means to arouse and motivate students in their learning process. Although the mastery of the material is very good, but it is not supported by knowledge of didactic factors, it will have the impact of an obstacle in mastering the material for students to what is conveyed by the teacher. Although the learning experience actually makes it easier for teachers to deliver lessons accompanied by the use of good and appropriate methods.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out: 1) the process of implementing reward and punishment in forming the discipline of congregational midday prayers at SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean Gresik. 2) the results of the process of implementing reward and punishment in forming the discipline of praying dhuhr in congregation at SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean Gresik. Research conducted by the author using a qualitative descriptive method of field research using the case study method. The results of this study are 1) The process of implementing reward and punishment to be able to discipline students in congregational noon prayers at SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean Gresik is quite good. 2) By holding the Dhuhr prayer in congregation at SMA Negeri 1 Kedamean Gresik, it is hoped that all students can understand and have awareness of the obligation to pray, especially praying in congregation.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Pancasila values ??at the high school level Al-Azhar Islamic education institution. The data source of this research is a team of student teachers and students of Al-Azhar High School, Menganti-Gresik. This type of research is a case study. For taking respondents using sampling techniques. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation methods. The data analysis in this study used a qualitative descriptive analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) SMA Al-Azhar, Menganti-Gresik has implemented the values ??of Pancasila through school culture, namely religious character, discipline, social care, environmental care, tolerance, national spirit and democracy; (2) the role of schools in shaping the character of students is very large, because in the school culture there are values ??and beliefs as well as basic assumptions that aim at creating a learning community and supporting improvements in school quality; (3) there are several obstacles, especially the low Pancasila values ??in each student
