Abstract

This study aims to identify the technical and financial feasibility of fish meatball agroindustry Home Industry Chikanos Food. This research is a case study on Chikanos Food fish meatball business. The object of research is determined purposively because legally this business has legality and has been operating for 5 (five) years. The results showed that from the results of technical aspects analysis, Fish Industry Home Industry agroindustry, Chikanos Food can be said to be feasible, both from production capacity, adequate facilities and infrastructure, and production process technology that has been running for 5 (five) years. Financially this business is feasible to continue, where the NPV value is greater than zero, which is Rp.136,923,035, the IRR is greater than bank interest which is 42.5 percent, and Net B / C is greater than one, which is 3.24. The results of the sensitivity analysis show that if there is a 10 percent increase in costs with fixed income or a decrease in revenue of 10 percent with a fixed cost, then this business remains profitable. If a cost increase of 10 percent occurs, the NPV value is greater than zero, which is Rp. 36.417175; IRR is greater than OCC, which is 15.27 percent; and NBCR is greater than one, which is 1.35. If there is a decrease in revenue of 10 percent, the NPV value remains positive, namely Rp. 22,736,802; IRR is greater than OCC, which is 12.41 percent; and NBCR is greater than one, which is 1.23.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) to determine community participation in regional development in Katobu District, Muna Regency. (2) to find out the factors that influence community participation in regional development in Katobu District, Muna Regency. The data analysis method used in this study is qualitative descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. The results showed that the level of community participation had a very important influence on the implementation of regional development in Batalaiworu District, Muna Regency, especially in terms of the 4 dimensions of participation, namely: (1) regional development planning/formulation dimensions; (2) implementing regional development; (3) utilization of regional development results; (4) assessment of the results of regional development. Community participation provides a positive response to regional development. Realization of the implementation of regional development, both physical and non-physical development provides a positive response or good category for regional development. Some of the factors driving community participation in regional development include (1) communication factors and well-structured government structures from the village/village level to have a positive effect; (2) political factors and human resources become inhibiting factors in the implementation of regional development in Katobu District, Muna district.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that affect the production of Chanos chanos in Muna Regency. The research data used in this study is cross-section data is data that describes the state at a given time. The number of samples taken in this study was 35 farmers. The analytical tool used is an analysis of the Cobb-Douglass production function that calculations using the multiple linear regression equation.  The results showed that the variable pond area, labor, feed, TSP fertilizer, phonsca NPK fertilizer, and seed have a significant impact on Chanos chanos production in Muna Regency. Suggestions that can be submitted from the results of research are for farmers, to increase their production, they need to increase the area of aquaculture ponds, increase labor for maintenance, increase the use of TSP fertilizers, decrease the use of phonsca NPK fertilizers, efficient use of seeds, reduce artificial feeding by maximizing the use of natural feed, and conducting cultivation Chanos chanos using cultivation technology correctly, for related institutions intensifying the extension of Chanos chanos cultivation technology activities, as well as facilitating farmers to increase pond area, and access to business capital, for subsequent research it is recommended to conduct research by adding other factors not included in the research model.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Daging ayam broiler merupakan jenis makanan bergizi yang sangat popular dikalangan masyarakat yang bermanfaat sebagai sumber protein hewani. Pemenuhan kebutuhan protein hewani yang bersumber dari daging ayam broiler tersebut terus mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun. Tujuan dari pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor sosial ekonomi konsumen terhadap permintaan daging ayam broiler pada UD. Barokah di Kabupaten Muna. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode aksidental. Sumber data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif dan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan softwere SPSS.16. Fungsi permintaan menggunakan model Cobb-Douglass. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor sosial ekonomi konsumen daging ayam broiler berupa usia responden berada pada kategori produktif (25-60) tahun yaitu sebanyak 90%, kategori berpenghasilan <Rp 2.000.000 (rendah)  sebanyak 77%, kategori jumlah anggota keluarga 3-5 orang (sedang) sebanyak 60%, kategori jumlah permintaan <4 kg (kecil) sebanyak 65%, Secara statistik faktor pendapatan mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap permintaan daging ayam broiler, sedangkan faktor umur dan jumlah anggota rumah tangga berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap permintaan daging ayam broiler. Kata kunci: daging ayam broiler, konsumen, permintaan, dan sosial ekonomi.The Influence of Socio-Economic Factors on the Demand for Broiler Chicken (Case Study Consumer UD Barokah Muna Regency)ABSTRACTBroiler chicken meat is a type of nutritious food that is very popular among the public which is useful as a source of animal protein. The fulfillment of animal protein needs to be sourced from broiler chicken meat continues to increase from year to year. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of consumer socio-economic factors on the demand for broiler chicken meat at UD. Barokah in Muna Regency. The research method uses the accidental method. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. The data obtained were then analyzed descriptively qualitatively and multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS.16 software. The demand function uses the Cobb-Douglass model. The results showed that the socio-economic factors of broiler meat consumers in the form of consumer age were in the productive category (25-60) years as much as 90%, the category of income < Rp 2,000,000 (low) was 77 %, the category of the number of family members 3-5 people (medium) as much as 60%, the category of the number of requests < 4 kg (small) as much as 65%. Statistically, the income factor has a significant effect on the demand for broiler meat, while the age factor and the dependents of the consumer's family have no significant effect on the demand for broiler meat.Keywords: broiler meat, consumer, demand, socio-economic

Abstract

As online shopping trends and competition in the e-commerce sector continue to grow, live streaming has emerged as a promising interactive marketing strategy. This study examines the influence of e-commerce live streaming features on consumer purchase intention through a systematic literature review, analyzing 30 articles published between 2022 and 2024. The objectives of this research are to summarize existing data on the impact of live streaming features on purchase intention, identify the factors influencing the relationship between live streaming and purchase intention, and provide recommendations for Indonesian MSMEs to optimize the use of live streaming. Findings show that China is the dominant research location, with agricultural products being the most frequently studied category. Most studies employed a quantitative approach, particularly using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The analysis identified 130 factors affecting consumer purchase intention, which were categorized into ten main themes. Based on these findings, this study recommends that Indonesian MSMEs optimize live streaming by strengthening emotional aspects such as affective trust and psychological distance, as well as leveraging influencer credibility to attract more consumers. In addition, service quality, information quality, and social presence during live streaming sessions play a crucial role in enhancing consumer satisfaction and purchase intention. This study is expected to serve as a strategic reference for MSMEs in maximizing the potential of live streaming as an effective digital marketing tool.
