Abstract

Saat ini sistem informasi dan teknologi semakin berkembang, berdampak persaingan bisnis dalam dunia industri semakin ketat. Perusahaan terus bertambah banyak serta me-lakukan usaha dan strategi untuk mengembangkan bisnisnya. Keberhasilan perusahaan dalam membangun bisnisnya tergantung dari peran tepat perusahaan PT. Asano Gear Indonesia tersebut dalam monitoring alat ukur sehingga qualitas produk akan senantiasa terjaga baik apabila alat ukur yang digunakan dalam keadaan baik. Masalah yang ada dalam sistem informasi monitoring kualitas alat ukur yaitu, control schedule alat ukur metode manual menggunakan check sheet, menghitung hasil kalibrasi terhadap standard yang digunakan sebagai acuan metode hitung manual, menumpuknya dokumen hasil kalibrasi, pencarian history kalibrasi alat ukur susah dan lama. Pengembangan sistem menggunakan metode Waterfall karena prosesnya terorganisir disetiap fase nya. Hasil dari penelitian ini Sistem informasi untuk user menu simple dan mudah dipelajari cara menggunakan untuk mendukung aktivitas user tersimpan kedalam database, Sistem yang dibangun dapat memudahkan kepada section head dalam melihat laporan bulanan setiap waktu karena data yang di input secara automatis tersimpan kedalam sistem, kemudian secara langsung terproses menjadi sumber informasi dalam bentuk laporan dan data yang dihasilkan dapat digunakan sebagai pertimbangan kebijakan perusahaan.

Abstract

Abstrak Seiring perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini, maka perusahaan harus memiliki data yang realtime dan akurat. Salah satunya adalah data asset hardware IT. Untuk mengelola asset Hardware IT dengan baik maka diperlukan sebuah sistem informasi monitoring Hardware IT yang dapat memenuhi kebutuhan user dan menghasilhkan data yang realtime dan akurat. metode Kano diterapkan untuk menetukan fitur-fitur atau fungsi-fungsi yang nantinya akan ada pada sistem informasi yang akan dikembangkan, sedangkan untuk pengembangan sistem informasi menggunakan SDLC yaitu dengan model Waterfall dan untuk untuk arsitektur desain Aplikasi menggunakan metode Model View Controler (MVC). Bahasa pemrograman yang dipakai adalah bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan framework Codeigniter. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan 3 tahapan pengujian yaitu Forum Group Discusion (FGD), software penguji web server stress tool 7, dan Balck box testing. Untuk pengujian sistem dengan metode Forum Group Discusion (FGD) hasil nya sistem dapat diterima oleh forum, dan untuk pengujian dengan software webserver stress tool 7 hasilnya tidak ditemukan error pada sistem tersebut, sedangkan untuk pengujian yang terakhir yaitu dengan black box testing hasilnya seluruh fitur dalam sistem dapat berjalan dengan baik. Alhasil dengan metode Kano dan desain arsitektur MVC dapat menghasilkan suatu pendekatan yang pada saat analisis user requirementnya dapat mnangkap seluruh kebutuhan user dan menampilkan desain arsitektur yang mudah dipahami, sehingga dalam pengembangan sistem dapat dilakukan secara lebih efesien. Kata Kunci : sistem informasi, metode kano, PHP, Monitoring Hardware IT, MVC, Codeigniter, SDLC, Waterfall.

Abstract

Abstrak Pemborosan energi listrik terjadi dimana – mana baik di rumah maupun di tempat kerja, hal tersebut mengakibatkan terbuangnya energi listrik yang sia – sia dan biaya rekening listrik juga mengalami kenaikan, karena itulah diperlukan sebuah tindakan untuk penghematan energi listrik. Pada penelitian ini studi kasusnya yaitu di PT. Musashi Auto Part Indonesia yang terletak di Kawasan Industri EJIP Cikarang Bekasi. Di tempat tersebut terdapat masalah yaitu para operator sering lalai mematikan kipas dan lampu saat jam istirahat dan hari libur sehingga banyak energy listrik yang terbuang sia – sia dan tagihan rekening listrik pun membengkak. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan sebuah tindakan yaitu dengan mengatur konsumsi energi listrik, salah satu alat yang dapat mengatur konsumsi energi listrik yaitu stop kontak otomatis berbasis mikrokontroler PIC 16F84/A dan sensor PIR ( passive infra red ), dimana sensor PIR akan mendeteksi keberadaan gerakan manusia, jika terdapat gerakan manusia maka sensor akan mengaktifkan stop kontak sehingga beban yang terpasang pada stop kontak tersebut ON, dan jika tidak terdapat gerakan manusia maka sensor akan menonaktifkan stop kontak sehingga beban yang dipasang dalam stop kontak OFF. Sehingga dengan system tersebut Kipas angin dan lampu hanya berfungsi jika ada gerakan operator mesin saja dan akan padam jika tidak ada operator. Jika sistem pengontrolan konsumsi energi listrik tersebut diimplementasikan di PT. Musashi Auto part Indonesia, maka perusahaan akan menghemat energy listrik sebesar 217.216 Kwh/tahun dan saving cost sebesar Rp. 241.544.192/tahun Kata Kunci: Penghematan energi, pengontrolan konsumsi energi listrik, stop kontak otomatis, sensor PIR ( passive infra red , Mikrokontroler PIC 16F84/A, PT. Abstract

In the 2020 APJII Survey, Indonesians who use Twitter for social media are 10% of the entirety of social media users in Indonesia (APJII 2020), the issue that is being discussed a lot both on social media and offline discussions, is the National Capital City (IKN) of the Archipelago, which is the new capital city of the Republic of Indonesia. The relocation of the capital city raises pros and cons. With these pros and cons, an analysis of public sentiment regarding the IKN issue becomes a necessity. In this research, the model that will be used to analyze sentiment analysis uses the Long Short Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm and lexicon based on two scenarios, which is the scenario that uses 100 data of tweets and 5112 data of tweets. The results for the 100 tweets dataset scenario obtained 64% accuracy, 40% precision, 64% recall, and 79% F1-Score. Meanwhile, the results for the 5112 tweets data scenario obtained 79% accuracy, 82% precision, 79% recall, 79% F1-Score. The sentiment results obtained from the 5112 tweets data are 44.8% positive sentiment, 36.2% negative sentiment and 19.0% neutral sentiment. Based on this research, the number of datasets will affect the performance of deep learning models built using lexicon based and LSTM algorithms.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company in the automotive industry that produces wheels for cars and motorcycles. Many production activity reports use Microsoft Office Excel, which causes errors in data processing. The data processing process in the production activity report still takes a long time because it is not supported by a computer system. Given these problems, there must be a reporting of production activities to overcome problems at PT XYZ. The aim of this research is to make reports on production activities using the codeigniter framework, by processing production activity report data in a monitored and systematic way, a proper daily production activity report will be produced. It is hoped that the results of the research in the form of production activity reports will provide convenience for processing production data from daily reporting to monthly reports, then presenting production activity data reports to PT XYZ can be stored in the database, so that it is expected to speed up data retrieval.

Abstract

plates continues to increase. This research aimed to detect vehicle license plates using ESP32CAM and utilize photo text reading using Google Lens, which can be used online to retrieve numeric characters. The method approach was to connect Wifi connectivity to the ESP32CAM, which had been programmed to detect vehicle plates. Vehicle plates that have been detected and recognized were inputted into Google Lens to capture the resulting text from the ESP32CAM camera recording. The results of this study were that for 70 seconds, ten plate samples were obtained, which were 100% perfect in reading license plates on Google Lens, namely six plates and two plates read 90%, one plate read 60%, and one plate read 0%. The research conclusions obtained were ten samples, six samples with perfect readings, and one error sample because of the white plate color. Thus, the main objective was to obtain the results of the vehicle plate detection and retrieve the text from the recording results

Abstract

The objective of this study is to predict CO2 emissions in Indonesia until 2030 utilizing the ETS smoothing prediction model in line with the pressing demand for viable climate change mitigation approaches. Through an assessment of the model's efficacy, several fundamental evaluation metrics have been identified. The research findings reveal that the Mean Absolute Error (MAE) stands at 146,154.40, presenting an overview of the average absolute disparity between the projected and actual CO2 emission values. The Mean Squared Error (MSE) of 21,838,251,772.37 characterizes the mean of the squared variances between projections and actual values, gauging the variability of predictive errors. The Root Mean Squared Error (RMSE) at 147,777.71, derived from the square root of MSE, reflects the degree of uncertainty in CO2 emission predictions. Simultaneously, the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 7.24% provides an overview of the average percentage of absolute discrepancies between projections and actual values. Projections suggest that CO2 emissions could potentially reach 1 million tons in 2030. This evaluation furnishes an in-depth comprehension of the precision of the ETS smoothing model in the context of substantial emission escalation. The implications on the challenges of climate change mitigation become increasingly crucial, underscoring the immediacy of preemptive measures and sustainable policies. While the model delineates emission trends, it is imperative to acknowledge that these forecasts are subject to various influences, such as policy and technological shifts. Consequently, this study underscores the necessity for heightened awareness and the formulation of more efficacious policies to address the potential surge in CO2 emissions in the forthcoming years.

Abstract

This study aims to apply Convolutional Neural Networks (CNN) and image augmentation techniques in digit recognition using the MNIST dataset. We built a CNN model and experimented with various image augmentation techniques to improve digit recognition accuracy. The results showed that the use of CNN with image augmentation techniques was effective in improving digit recognition performance. In the data collection stage, we used the MNIST dataset consisting of images of handwritten digits as training and testing data. After building the CNN model, we apply image augmentation techniques such as rotation, shift, and flipping to the training data to enrich the data variety and prevent overfitting. The evaluation results show that the CNN model that has been trained with image augmentation techniques produces significant accuracy, with a maximum accuracy of 99.81%. We also performed an ensemble of several CNN models and found that this approach increased the digit recognition accuracy to 99.79%. This research has the potential for further development. Recommendations for further research include exploring more specific and complex image augmentation techniques, as well as using more challenging datasets. In addition, future research may consider improvements to the CNN architecture used or combining it with other methods such as recurrent neural networks (RNN).

Abstract

PT XYZ adalah perusahaan di industri otomotif yang memproduksi velg untuk mobil dan sepeda motor. Banyak laporan aktivitas produksi menggunakan Microsoft Office Excel, yang menyebabkan kesalahan dalam pemrosesan data. Proses pengolahan data dalam laporan kegiatan produksi masih butuh waktu yang lama karena tidak didukung oleh sistem komputer. Mengingat permasalahan tersebut, maka harus ada pelaporan kegiatan produksi untuk mengatasi masalah di PT XYZ. Penelitian ini tujuannya untuk membuat laporan kegiatan produksi dengan menggunakan framework codeigniter, dengan mengolah data laporan kegiatan produksi secara termonitoring dan sistematis akan dihasilkan laporan kegiatan produksi harian yang tepat. Diharapkan hasil penelitian berupa laporan aktivitas produksi yang dihasilkan akan memberikan kemudahan untuk pengolahan data produksi dari pelaporan harian hingga laporan bulanan, kemudian penyajian laporan data aktivitas produksi pada PT XYZ dapat tersimpan dalam database, sehingga diharapkan dapat mempercepat dalam hal pencarian data.
