Abstract

Background: Rupture of the birth canal or perineal tear cannot be considered a minor injury because it contributes to maternal morbidity and mortality. The perineal rupture causes pain and can increase until the seventh day. Perineal rupture also causes 4-5% of mortality in postpartum mothers.Objective: The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of pushing reminder technique implementation on women during the first stage of labor and perineal rupture event.Method: The research method used was pre-experimental with  intact group comparison design (post-test only control with 15 control respondents and 15 intervention respondents).Results: The results showed that the average age of the respondents was 26 years old with status as a housewives (93.3%), and the majority of the educational background was high school graduate (86%). By using the Mann-Whitney test, the results of alpha is 0.05 (0.369), so there is no relationship between the reminder of pushing technique and the occurrence of perineal rupture.Conclusion: There are other factors that affected the tears of the perineum such as baby’s weight, previous history of perineal rupture, the rigidity of perineal muscles and lack of skills of health care providers to hold the perineum at the moment of baby’s head expulsion, this indicated that is no relationship between the reminder of pushing technique and the occurrence of perineal rupture.Recommendation: It is adviced for Public Health Care Center is to provide educational media containing information for pregnant woman in a form of electronic media in the waiting room and through education of pregnant women regarding labor and perineum tear so that pregnant women understand the causes of perineal tear.

Abstract

At the same time, the number of employees who have good discipline, morale, work assignments, punctuality and work efficiency will increase. This will support the achievement of quality targets for health services, employees and the community. Public health center discipline is said to be good, if there is an increase in discipline it becomes an important part of human resource management (HR), as an important factor in improving work. Research Objectives : to find out whether there is a influence of Work Discipline on the Quality of Health Services in 2021 and to find out whether there is a influence of the Performance of Officers Puskesmas on the Quality of Health Services in 2021. Research Methods : used in this study is a quantitative descriptive correlation to determine influence of Work Discipline and the Performance Puskesmas of Health Center Officers on the Quality of Health Services in 2021. Sampling was carried out using the Total Sampling technique, namely all Puskesmas employees, based on data at the Jatiuwung Health Center in 2021 with a population of 51 respondents. Based on the results of the T Test (Partial) research, it was found that the Variable influence of Work Discipline (Variable X1) and Officer Performance Puskesmas (Variable X2) on the Quality of Health Services (Variable Y) with a value of 0.000, and 0.024, which value is greater than = 0.05 and it can be concluded that all variables, namely the influence of work discipline (X1), officers' performance Puskesmas (X2) have a significant effect on the quality of health services (Y). Meanwhile, based on the results of the F (simultaneous) test that has been carried out, the value is 0.000 where the value is = 0.05, it can be concluded that these variables have a significant effect simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether or not the influence of health knowledge and the dangers of junkfood in making buying decisions for adolescents in RW 05, Jambe sub-district, Tangerang. This research was conducted in November 2019- July 2020 in RW 05 Jambe sub-district, Tangerang district. The method used in this study is quantitative, adolescent population in RW 05 Jambe sub-district Tangerang district. researchers took a sample of respondents as many as 75 respondents. Using univariate and bivariate analysis. Based on the t-test, 75 respondents obtained the health knowledge variable of (2,251) and the significance of (0.027) and the junkfood hazard variable obtained a result of (3,550) and the significance result of (0.001) in the F test results obtained for (11,293) this shows that the first variable is health knowledge and the second variable is junkfood hazard influences and significance in buying decision making.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the use of proprietary technology and personality changes that have arisen in the interests of entrepreneurship / Entrepreneurship among nursing students in the City of Tangerang, where the entrepreneurship process is a process of applying creativity and innovation in exploiting opportunities to achieve more creative and successful business lives. Subjects and methods:  The sample used in this study at 3 health high schools, Muhamadiah University Tangerang, Tangerang Poltekkes and Stikes Yatsi, using Purposive Random Sampling that is on the basis of certain criteria, namely students majoring in nursing. By using a table determining the number of Isaac and Michael D samples obtained 236 Respondents. This research method uses the SEM (Structural Equation Model) method, there are 3 variables used, namely Entrepreneurial Interest as an independent variable while the Utilization of Technology and personality as Variable. While the number of indicators in this study amounted to 19. The results of this study found that. Effect of Technology Utilization (X1). Towards Entrepreneurship Interest (Y) has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 1.673 or 16.7%. Significantly positive effect The effect of latent Personality (X2) on the 2 latent variable Interest in Entrepreneurship (Y) has a standardized estimate (regression weight) of 7.152 or 71.52% significant positive effect Significantly caused by self-confidence that has so high and can see opportunities and use it. Abstract

Latar Belakang: Era digital saat ini menuntut adanya transformasi layanan kesehatan guna menghadapi tantangan yang terus berkembang. Layanan ambulans memiliki peran penting dalam menyelamatkan nyawa dan memberikan bantuan medis darurat. Transformasi digital layanan ambulans yang berhasil dapat mempercepat respons, meningkatkan efisiensi, dan pada akhirnya, menyelamatkan lebih banyak nyawa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis mendalam tentang kebutuhan dan tantangan dalam mentransformasikan layanan ambulans ke era digital. Tujuan: Menganalisis kebutuhan dasar dan tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mentransformasikan layanan ambulans ke era digital. Dengan memahami secara menyeluruh aspek teknologi, harapan pengguna, dan kompleksitas sistem kesehatan, penelitian ini bertujuan memberikan kontribusi signifikan dalam merancang solusi yang memadai dan efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan ambulans.Subjek dan Metode: Penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian deskriptif analitik Teknik purposive sampling digunakan untuk memilih rumah sakit dan fasilitas layanan ambulans swasta. Populasi penelitian mencakup seluruh layanan ambulans di wilayah tersebut. Sebanyak 168 responden, termasuk petugas ambulans, tenaga medis, dan pemanggil layanan darurat, berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil: Analisis regresi dan korelasi mengungkapkan temuan signifikan sebagai berikut: Variabel X1 (Kebutuhan Layanan Ambulans) menunjukkan hubungan non-signifikan dengan aspek teknologi dan kompleksitas sistem kesehatan. Variabel X2 (Tantangan dalam Implementasi Transformasi Digital) menunjukkan hubungan negatif signifikan namun lemah. Variabel X3 (Pemahaman Mendalam Terkait Kebutuhan Pengguna) tidak menunjukkan hubungan signifikan. Kesimpulan: Dari analisis, disimpulkan bahwa hanya X2 yang memengaruhi signifikan aspek teknologi dan kompleksitas sistem kesehatan, menunjukkan hubungan yang signifikan dengan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kompleksitas teknologi kesehatan. Namun, X1 dan X3 tidak signifikan, menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan layanan ambulans dan pemahaman mendalam terkait kebutuhan pengguna tidak signifikan terhadap kompleksitas teknologi kesehatan.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Background: Dysmenorrhea is a type of pain accompanied by symptoms such as lower abdominal cramps and other discomfort before and/or during menstruation. Therapy that can reduce Dysmenorrhea is pharmacological therapy by administering analgetic, non pharmacological drugs used herbal remedies such as aloe vera drinks and temulawak. The purpose of the study was to know the effectiveness of the comparison between aloe vera drink and temulawak to the decrease in the intensity of primary dismenore in MTS student Nurul Haq Balaraja. Subjects and methods: Quantitative research methodology, with research design with one group pretest-posttest design. With 30 respondents with aloe vera beverage group of 15 respondents and a group of temulawak drinks 15 respondents sempel technique using incidental is a sample determination technique based on coincidence. Results: The conclusion of the results of the study of all 30 respondents based on mann-whitney statistical test results with a statistical value of P value of 0.182≤0.05 then there is a meaningful comparison between the aloe vera group and the temulawak group so that it can be claimed that Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected. This means there is a 17.53 ratio of the effectiveness of aloe vera. Conclusion: From the results that Aloe vera drinks are more effective than temulawak drinks to decrease intensity of primary Dysmenorrhea. Keywords: Aloe vera, Temulawak, Dysmenorrhea

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Universitas Islam Syekh-Yusuf (UNIS) Tangerang yang berlokasi di jln. Maulana Yusuf, no. 10 Babakan Cikokol-Tangerang. Masalah penelitiannya adalah kualitas pelayanan akademik dan citra merk lembaga serta pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa UNIS Tangerang, baik jenjang S-1 maupun S-2.  Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: untuk mengetahui tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap kualitas pelayanan akademik, citra merk lembaga serta pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan mahasisaa UNIS. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan: metode survey kausal; teknik random sampling dengan pola Slovin, berjumlah 44 orang; teknik pengolahan datanya analisis jalur (path analysis). Adapun hasilnya adalah: 1) kualitas pelayanan akademik berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa (ρ31), dengan nilai thitung = 4,620 > ttabel =2,021 dan p-value = 0,000 < 0,05; 2) citra merk lembaga berpengaruh langsung secara signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa (ρ32), dengan nilai thitung = 5,107; ttabel  = 2,021 dan p-value = 0,000 < 0,05; 3) kualitas pelayanan akademik dan citra merk lembaga berpengaruh langsung secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa, nilai probabilitas 0,05 atau nilai 0,05 > 0,000. Dari 3 jalur yang dibangun, maka semuanya terbukti positif dan signifikan.

Abstract

Perkembangan pendidikan tinggi di Indonesia menuntut adanya pembentukan jiwa kewirausahaan di kalangan mahasiswa sebagai upaya mencetak lulusan yang kreatif, mandiri, dan berorientasi pada penciptaan lapangan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kreativitas dan kepercayaan diri terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa Program Studi Kewirausahaan, Fakultas Teknologi dan Bisnis, Universitas Yatsi Madani. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain survei eksplanatori. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh mahasiswa aktif program studi tersebut, dengan teknik purposive sampling dan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan instrumen kuesioner yang terdiri dari 20 butir pernyataan, meliputi 8 butir untuk kreativitas, 4 butir untuk kepercayaan diri, dan 8 butir untuk intensi berwirausaha. Validitas dan reliabilitas instrumen diuji menggunakan korelasi Product Moment dan koefisien Cronbach’s Alpha. Analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kreativitas dan kepercayaan diri berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi berwirausaha mahasiswa. Kedua variabel independen secara simultan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 58,4% terhadap variasi intensi berwirausaha. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa pengembangan kreativitas dan peningkatan kepercayaan diri berperan penting dalam membentuk sikap dan niat kewirausahaan mahasiswa di perguruan tinggi.

Abstract

Kepuasan adalah hal yang digunakan dalam panutan sebagai penentu kesuksesan suatu program pelayanan yang melibatkan harapan pasien kepada petugas untuk memberikan pelayanan yang baik dan adil tidak membeda-bedakan antar pasien baik pengguna bpjs kesehatan maupun umum harus diperlakukan sama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran umum mengenai hubungan asuhan keperawatan pelayanan bpjs dan pelayanan umum terhadap kepuasan pasien. Metode literature review yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan jurnal menggunakan google scholar dan mendeley terbitan tahun 2015-2020. Hasil literature review di atas adanya hubungan asuhan keperawatan pelayanan bpjs dan pelayanan umum terhadap kepuasan pasien. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil kepuasan pasien dimana kepuasan pasien pengguna bpjs lebih rendah dari pasien umum. Hal ini terbukti dari setiap jurnal yang ada menunjukkan kepuasan pasien bpjs yang masih rendah. Dan terdapat perbedaan antara pasien bpjs dan pasien umum terhadap kualitas yang diberikan dalam pelayanan seperti perlakuan yang dibedabedakan, proses pendaftaran yang berbelit-belit, dan merasa tidak dilayani sesuai standar prosedur.
