Abstract

The lack of medical experts such as doctors at rural areas resulted in some problems such as the high cost of medical care and low service of doctors and medical resource provider. The conditions results in an idea to implement a communication system between rural medical practitioners and doctors in urban areas to perform remote diagnosis on patients (telediagnosis). The research involves several parties such as doctors, health centers, health practitioners (paramedics), patients, and hospitals and health institutions. The telediagnosis system development consists of the construction of a software application prototype as media input for patient data which will be sent to doctors at town, database systems design, integration of basic multimedia devices, medical diagnostic device integration, and application testing of telediagnosis performance using an android-based mobile application. Data integration patterns include patient data delivery patterns, checking a patient's diagnosis, saving and continuing to the physician or health care practitioner with real-timesystem. This study is conducted according to standard research stages: problem collection, problem analysis, research materials collection, research design, and research implementation. Telediagnosis system is used to facilitate remote diagnosis of patients at rural areas which is able to serve patients more quickly, and helps find out nearest location for patients to get medicines as well as recommendation of nearest hospital. This system helps decrease the workload of hospitals.

Abstract

A lot of problems often occur in production monitoring, because companies still rely on manual processing system. Therefore, this research is objected to facilitate the monitoring of production processes, to minimize human error in the production process, to make automatic the process of existing transactions, toclarify the duties of production monitoring of an acrylic manufacturer. The research methodology used is literature study by reviewing previous theories and studies related to the topic. Furthermore, analysis method by studying the running system of the company as well as evaluating the distributed questionnaire and analyzing the results. And finally is the design method using the Object-Oriented with UML. The research resulted in an application design of a production monitoring system. The result of this design has been implemented into the selected DBMS. The new monitoring system helps monitoring the production system properly, as well as makes the transaction run systematically. The each production process starting from project orders, sample orders, sales orders, material releases, production, assembly, and delivery order within can be monitored quickly and properly. The activity reports can also be generated more systematically and comprehensibly.

Abstract

Water resources are important factors in food production. Those are very vital and strategic to meet food needs and food security. As water is scarce both in terms of volume and distribution throughout the year, reliable water management is needed. To support this water management, the accurate data is needed. However, the complete tabular data is not enough. It is because the existing tabular data does not provide the various activities and events based on time and place spatially and detail enough for planning purposes at the sub-district level. The researchers use high-resolution satellite imagery data that have been pre-processed with the geometric and radiometric corrections. They are used as one of the layers in the working map, so it is easier to provide the depiction of irrigation network objects, to find out the location of rice fields that have not been irrigated and the location of damaged irrigation networks. The depiction of the working map can also be used to map irrigation networks and their network conditions. Through this work, it has been shown that the researchers can map irrigation networks in detail for operational planning at a sub-district level with the help of technology, in particular for developing countries that is difficult or even impossible to do in the past.

Abstract

A teaching device is made to assist teaching and learning process in Dian Kasih Primary School with materials that match the school curriculum. Thus, children are able to understand the material presented better and be attracted more in using computer technology. The method used is an analysis which includes literature study, verbal interviews, questionnaires distribution and analysis. Meanwhile, the design method is done using the Waterfall model by following steps of multimedia software development. From the research results it can be concluded that the device helps with the learning system in Dian Kasih Primary School, helps students to understand the material presented by teachers more easily, provides interactive views, and be relatively easy to use.

Abstract

CD katalog developed is an effort to improve service quality and effectiveness of delivering information to visitors Persahabatan Hospital. The method used is the method of literature, methods of analysis and design methods. Methods Literatur include the study of literature references relating to problems and applications. Methods include analysis of field studies with a survey on the current system as well as an analysis of surveys, interviews, and questionnaire distribution. The design method includes designing the menu structure, State Transition diagrams, screen design, database use, and module specifications. The results obtained in the form of multimedia CD-based catalog that presents the completeness of the information, such as facilities Persahabatan Hospital, clinic, the site plan, and schedule a doctor. The conclusion was based on a multimedia CD Catalog can be a new alternative as a medium to facilitate the search for location information and profile hospital. With the CD catalog is expected to visitors and prospective participants can find information about the Friendship Hospital, more easily, and help the Friendship Hospital in providing information to visitors Hospitals.

Abstract

IT Governance plays a crucial role in ensuring service quality in large organizations like Bank Indonesia, aligning IT strategies with overall business objectives. Using the COBIT 2019 framework, this research assesses the current and target capability levels to identify gaps and provide recommendations. Focused on Bengkulu Province as a Class C level, the study reveals an initial capability level of Level 1 (Initial) with a gap to reach Level 3 (Defined). To bridge this gap, Bank Indonesia Bengkulu Province should establish a dedicated IT risk management team, implement Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and align quality standards with customer needs. This paper offers empirical evidence of COBIT 2019's effectiveness in enhancing IT service quality and proposes a customized approach to integrate COBIT 2019 principles with Bank Indonesia's strategic objectives. By implementing these recommendations, Bank Indonesia can enhance its IT service quality, mitigate risks, and align with regulatory requirements.

Abstract

Sekarang hampir setiap individu mengandalkan smartphone sebagai alat untuk membantu produktivitas mereka, termasuk untuk transaksi perbankan menggunakan mobile banking. Hingga kuartal 1 tahun 2021, jumlah pengguna layanan mobile banking bank ini mencapai 8,56 juta atau tumbuh 58,4% jika dibandingkan kuartal 1 tahun 2020 yang sebesar 5,41 juta nasabah. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penggunaan aktual sistem pada aplikasi mobile banking suatu bank milik pemerintah Indonesia. Penulis mengajukan model penelitian dengan menggunakan model Extended TAM yang dimodifikasi berdasarkan dari berbagai macam penelitian gabungan yang menghasilkan 11 variabel dan 10 hipotesis yang dapat dianalisis dalam penelitian ini. Data diambil menggunakan kuesioner dan diperoleh 402 nasabah pengguna mobile banking di kota Banjarmasin. Metode SEM-PLS digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil dan laporan analisis menunjukkan bahwa 8 dari 10 hipotesis diterima dan 2 hipotesis ditolak yaitu, Behavioral Intention to Use mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Actual System Use, Perceived Usefulness dan Trust mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention to Use, Social Influence dan System Quality mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Perceived Usefulness, Self-efficacy dan Facilitating Condition mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Perceived Ease of Use, dan Security mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Trust. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan terkini mengenai aplikasi mobile banking sebagai aplikasi transaksi perbankan yang semestinya berguna untuk penggunaan sehari-hari nasabah. Hal tersebut juga dapat dimanfaatkan oleh Bank untuk menyusun strategi yang tepat guna meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi mobile banking guna meningkatkan jumlah dan loyalitas pengguna.

Abstract

XYZ is a construction company that belongs to the civil sector of construction, especially in the field of water management and waterwaste management in private and public projects. In its journey, PT XYZ continues to grow following the development of existing technology. However, in its development in the implementation of information systems, it turns out that some of the main processes at PT XYZ are still carried out manually. So that problems arise and disrupt the business processes of PT. XYZ. These problems include problems with data integration, communication and loss of information due to certain things. Especially in processes that are still done manually such as warehouse and project management. From this problem, an analysis will be made that will identify the problem in detail with company XYZ. So the idea of developing an integrated operational system emerged that would be built according to the Enterprise Architecture (EA) method. EA can be analogous to when building a building, a model, design and design of the building is needed. These things are needed as models and foundations for the design. Similar to the implementation of information systems, before its development, the basis and foundation of the design are needed in the form of information system models or architectures. In this research, the EA method that will be used is TOGAF-ADM. This method was chosen because TOGAF ADM is a complex method that can meet all EA development needs, so it is used based on organizational needs.

Abstract

Modern technology companies should prioritize information security by focusing on system vulnerabilities and adopting a risk management approach based on the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard. This method needs to be implemented through several stages of risk assessment to ensure and measure the extent to which the organization effectively addresses information security issues. The assessment approach involves the three stages of identifying, analyzing and evaluating risks and mapping them to the controls specified in ISO/IEC 27001:2022. The implementation shows that the IT risk assessment of the company has a percentage of 86.87% as low risk, 6.06% as medium risk, and 7.07% as High risk. IT Software companies can be considered safe because most risk assessment findings are low, which means they are in the safe category. In practice, regular monitoring of the implementation of risk assessments in line with the ISO/IEC 27001:2022 standard is still very much needed.
