Abstract

CD katalog developed is an effort to improve service quality and effectiveness of delivering information to visitors Persahabatan Hospital. The method used is the method of literature, methods of analysis and design methods. Methods Literatur include the study of literature references relating to problems and applications. Methods include analysis of field studies with a survey on the current system as well as an analysis of surveys, interviews, and questionnaire distribution. The design method includes designing the menu structure, State Transition diagrams, screen design, database use, and module specifications. The results obtained in the form of multimedia CD-based catalog that presents the completeness of the information, such as facilities Persahabatan Hospital, clinic, the site plan, and schedule a doctor. The conclusion was based on a multimedia CD Catalog can be a new alternative as a medium to facilitate the search for location information and profile hospital. With the CD catalog is expected to visitors and prospective participants can find information about the Friendship Hospital, more easily, and help the Friendship Hospital in providing information to visitors Hospitals.

Abstract

Women’s entrepreneurship has gained recognition as a critical factor in promoting inclusive economic development, particularly in emerging economies such as Indonesia. This study presents a bibliometric analysis of scholarly publications on women’s entrepreneurship, focusing on trends, thematic structures, and collaboration networks from 2000 to 2025. Using data retrieved from the Scopus database and analyzed through VOSviewer, the study maps co-authorship patterns, co-citation networks, keyword co-occurrence clusters, and temporal evolution of research themes. The findings highlight dominant scholars, countries, and themes such as gender roles, empowerment, entrepreneurial intention, and sustainability. The overlay and density visualizations indicate a growing shift toward system-level and empowerment-related topics in recent years. However, the analysis also reveals underrepresentation of Indonesian research in global discourse. The study concludes by recommending greater international collaboration, diverse methodologies, and deeper contextual engagement to enrich the field and inform effective policy interventions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan dan efisiensi bagi user atau pemilik rumah dalam mengendalikan dan me-monitoring peralatan elektronik yang digunakan dirumah dengan pemanfaatan teknologi smartphone dan koneksi internet agar dapat melakukan pengendalian dari jarak jauh. Dengan tujuan tersebut, maka dibuatlah perancangan sistem Rumah Hemat Energi dengan konsep Internet of Things (IoT). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode simulasi prototyping. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah prototype sistem alat rumah hemat energi yang terdiri dari beberapa komponen seperti sensor gerak, dan modul relay. Sistem ini dapat dikendalikan melalui internet menggunakan aplikasi pada smartphone. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat membantu pengguna dalam mengontrol perangkat-perangkat di rumah secara efisien dan mudah.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of utilizing AI chatbot technology and recommendation systems on customer satisfaction and retention in a local marketplace in Bandung. A quantitative research design was employed, collecting data from 200 respondents using a structured questionnaire with a 5-point Likert scale. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS 3) to evaluate the relationships between variables. The findings reveal that both AI chatbots and recommendation systems significantly enhance customer satisfaction, with recommendation systems having a stronger influence. Customer satisfaction mediates the relationship between these technologies and customer retention, highlighting its critical role in fostering loyalty. The study provides actionable insights for local marketplaces to leverage AI tools, adapt to customer needs, and gain a competitive advantage. Future research should explore additional factors influencing retention and examine AI adoption in diverse market contexts.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of posting frequency, content quality, and interaction with customers on social media on customer loyalty in start-up businesses. A quantitative approach is employed, with data collected from 190 start-up owners or marketing professionals responsible for managing social media accounts. Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) is used for data analysis. The findings reveal significant positive relationships between posting frequency, content quality, interaction with customers, and customer loyalty. Content quality emerges as a strong predictor of customer loyalty, highlighting the importance of creating engaging and relevant content. Active interaction with customers on social media platforms also positively influences customer loyalty, fostering stronger relationships and brand advocacy. While posting frequency plays a role in maintaining brand visibility, the quality and relevance of content are found to be paramount. These findings have practical implications for start-up businesses seeking to enhance customer loyalty through effective social media engagement strategies.

Abstract

Industri Meeting, Incentive, Conference, and Exhibition (MICE) yang berkembang maju di Indonesia membuka kesempatan bagi pengusaha untuk berkompetisi dalam memperebutkan pengguna jasa sebanyak mungkin, dan oleh karena itu pelaku usaha perlu melakukan promosi agar informasi tentang produk mereka diterima oleh konsumen. Salah satu cara untuk melakukan promosi adalah dengan teknik Personal Selling yang melibatkan Sales Promotion Girl (SPG). Pelaku usaha merasa agak kesulitan dalam menemukan SPG yang tepat untuk merepresentasikan produk          mereka.  Proses pemesanan SPG yang cukup lama juga agak mengganggu perencanaan mereka akan event yang mereka buat. Bagi SPG, lamanya proses pemesanan juga berdampak kepada lama waktu bagi mereka untuk mendapatkan job baru. get|SPG hadir untuk membantu mendapatkan SPG maupun job yang diinginkan dengan lebih cepat. Menggunakan sistem informasi yang terintegrasi, informasi akan SPG dan event dapat diakses dengan mudah. Waktu pemesanan maupun rekrutmen SPG dapat dipersingkat berkat teknologi yang dapat membuat berbagai  proses yang diperlukan dapat dipersingkat, dibuat bersamaan, bahkan dihilangkan.Secara keseluruhan, get|SPG merupakan suatu model bisnis yang menarik dengan waktu pengembalian modal antara 2-3 tahun. Ekspektasi pertumbuhan adalah 52-76% per tahun dengan jumlah modal awal yang dibutuhkan sebanyak Rp 750,000,000.Kata kunci : SPG, MICE, Event, Sistem Informasi, Promosi
