Abstract

This study focuses on the representation and political role Bundo Kanduang in Nagari government system. Post back to the village government, through the Regional Regulation No. 9 of 2000 on the Principles of system of village government, in accordance with the policy, which instructed about the representation Bundo Kanduang as part of the political system in the village, bahwasannya provide opportunities for role Bundo Kanduang to sit in formal government institutions in villages namely Bamus institutions and BMAS. Formal representation Bundo Kanduang today, experienced a shift in the role, as the two major constraints, among others, the non-functioning (vacuum) Institutional Bundo Kanduang as the basis of empowerment and increase political awareness Bundo Kanduang in Nagari, due to the dilemma of culture shock, to changing circumstances politics come to give effect to the erosion of the locality indigenous Minangkabau, and also very minimal attention from Sthokeholder the sustainability Institutional Bundo Kanduang, because of political understanding and sruktur politics in Nagari, generally is still held and dominated by men, so it is still difficult to providing a fitting representation space for Bundo Kanduang, and it makes sense to representation and the role of Bundo Kanduang until now have only been in the formal level descriptive. Abstract

Banyuasin regency on 6 Juni 2013, held direct election to choose candidate for regent and vice regent in the period 2013-2018. In this local election an interesting to study because one candidate of regent is a son of the previous regent Amiruddin Inoed. The candidate is Yan Anton Ferdian. In the end Yan Anton Ferdian won on Banyuasin local election. The purpose of this study is to reseach about strategies are applied by Yan anton Ferdian to win local election in Banyuasin 2013. Theories and consepts used in answering research questions using political strategy, theory of the social capital of piere bourdiue and voter behaviour. While the method in this reseach, using qualitatif analytical reseach method using primary data types, with descriptive methodelogy. From the reseach, it was found that the winning of Yan Anton Ferdian come from the power of sosial capital by his father, who bought on behavior of voters to choose Yan Anton Ferdian In Banyuasin election 2013.Keywords: Local election, Sosial Capital , and Voter Behavior

Abstract

House Renovation program is building house or housing built on the invitiative, and afforts of the include repair, restoration/ expansion or construction of new homes and their environment. House Surgery Program aims to assist Low-Income Communities in building livable housing for public welfare. The purpose of this study is to describe about the process and its implementation and problematic that happened in the vilage Rejo Mulyo Sub Districh Way Serdang Mesuji Districh year 2014. Based on the research results ; (1) Implementation of the house surgeon , at the first stage raises the problem that occurs miss communication between the community and the government resulting in one of the public perception of to the terms specified by BAPPEDA for the disbursement of the second stage , so that people are forced to seek a loan to continue construction of the half- finished to complete the requirements not supposed. (2) there are some rules that the setregional regulatory agenciesodd lies in the requirement to have this assistance housing stimulant assistance, recipient family must have a self-financing in the form of savings that you can use additional funds housing stimulant assistance, This shows that the program is not entirely aimed at the poor , but d aimed at the middle to lower. (3) After the implementation of this progra can say karnakan successfully been applied in various villages in Mesuji and received appreciation from the local community .Keyword : Policy Evaluation & Problemika in Program Implemention

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the role of the Palembang City Election Commission in Increasing Political Participation of Persons with Blind in the Palembang City Election in 2019. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data, while the data analysis technique used is qualitative analysis techniques. The results showed that the Palembang City KPU had carried out its duties and authorities in accordance with the duties and authorities mandated to the Palembang City KPU, where the duties and authorities included; 1) Carry out election socialization. 2) Fulfill Accessibility. 3) Increasing Voter Participation and 4) Recruiting Democratic Volunteers. But in implementing the role of increasing the political participation of the blind in Alang-Alang Lebar District. Palembang City KPU does not play an optimal role in increasing the political participation of blind people, it is caused by two factors. The first factor is the inadequate financial factor in carrying out the duties and authority and the second factor is the family factor which often covers up that there is one family with a disability, while the form of participation provided by the visually impaired in the election activities is limited to voting or pseudo participation and in fulfilling the political rights of the blind Palembang KPU also does not play a maximum role because the Palembang City KPU does not provide tools in the form of letter ballots braille for the visually impaired.Keywords : KPU, Disability, ParticipationAbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran Komisi Pemilihan Umum Kota Palembang dalam Meningkatkan Partisipasi Politik Penyandang Tunanetra pada Pemilihan Umum Kota Palembang Tahun 2019. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder, sedangkan teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa KPU Kota Palembang telah menjalankan  tugas serta wewenangnya sesuai dengan tugas dan wewenang yang diamanatkan kepada KPU Kota Palembang, dimana tugas dan wewenang tersebut antara lain; 1) Melakukan sosialisasi pemilu. 2) Pemenuhan Aksesbilitas. 3) Peningkatan Partisipasi Pemilih dan 4) Merekrut Relawan Demokrasi. Namun dalam pelaksanaan peran meningkatkan partisipasi politik penyandang tunanetra di Kecamatan Alang-Alang Lebar. KPU Kota Palembang tidak berperan secara optimal dalam meningkatkan partisipasi politik penyandang tunanetra, hal tersebut dikarenakan oleh dua faktor. Faktor pertama yaitu faktor finansial yang tidak memadai dalam pelaksanaan tugas dan wewenang dan faktor kedua yaitu faktor keluarga yang sering menutup-nutupi bahwa ada salah satu keluarganya penyandang disabilitas, sedangkan bentuk partisipasi yang diberikan oleh para penyandang tunanetra pada kegiatan pemilu hanya sebatas pemberian suara saja atau bentuk partisipasi semu dan dalam pemenuhan hak politik para tunanetra KPU Kota Palembang juga tidak beperan secara maksimal hal tersebut dikarenakan KPU Kota Palembang tidak menyediakan alat bantu berupa kertas suara huruf braille untuk para disabilitas tunanetra.Kata kunci : KPU, Disabilitas, Partisipasi

Abstract

Tulisan ini menggambarkan perempuan di dunia politik untuk pemikiran kesetaraan, perempuan diwacanakan agar dapat menempati posisi strategis dalam pembangunan namun implementasinya belum maksimal. Dari segi kuota sebagian besar parpol bisa memenuhi kuota 30%, namun teori the glass ceiling masih berlaku dalam ranah politik karena adanya hambatan pribadi, hambatan situasional, dan hambatan sosial. Partai politikpun sudah mengakui dan menerapkan tentang kuota 30% perempuan, di dalam partainya bahkan termasuk ke dalam struktur kepengurusan. Tulisan ini mencoba menguraikan tantangan yang muncul secara struktural, menunjukkan kaum perempuan menghadapi masalah dalam melakukan tugas di rumah dan juga di partai politik. Persepsi wanita dalam memandang peran ideal seorang wanita merupakan dasar bagi wanita untuk memutuskan apakah akan bekerja atau tetap di rumah, sering kali wanita diposisikan pada kondisi harus bekerja, sehingga ada dilema di hati untuk memilih karier atau keluarga. Penelitian kualitatif ini mengunakan pendekatan studi kasus dan teknik pengumpulan data penelitian dengan teknik wawancara kepada beberapa informan terpercaya, serta melakukan observasi untuk melihat terkaitan teori dengan fakta yang ada dan memperdalam analisis untuk memperbanyak informasi menggunakan representasi barang – barang tertullis.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa walau undang – undang dan partai politik sudah sangat mendukung tentang kedudukan perempuan di dalam partai politik, glass ceiling tetap saja terjadi tetapi hal ini bukan lagi berdasarkan budaya partiarki melainkan kendala di perempuan itu sendiri. Hal ini sangat jelas bahwa rasa tidak percaya diri perempuan, bahkan rasa bersalah kepada keluarga jika terlalu aktif dalam partai, ataupun penempatan jabatan struktur yang tidak sesuai dengan harapan mereka bahkan keterbatasan dana. Merupakan kendala yang sekarang di hadapi perempuan untuk aktif dalam dunia politik khususnya dalam sktruktur kepengurusan partai politik, sehingga tetap saja perempuan tidak bisa terjun ke dalam dunia politik secara penuh.

Abstract

Golkar is a democratic party that is committed to democracy . A party which is actually a major party has a solid infrastructure, entrenched, loyalty , and responsive , already quite experienced in Indonesia in recruiting cadres - cadres to be positioned in the organizational structure and placed in the government , and has a track record of its own citizens to assess how football the party exploits over the years. Recruitment and regeneration by political parties is a continuation of the function seize , retain and use power . The results obtained from this study were (1) Class work in recruiting new members do not have runway specific rules and conditions. Specific requirements that must be owned by a person to become a member of the party was not there. All requirements specified in the work group are general and not difficult for citizens to join the party. (2) in the recruitment and cadre, Golkar recruited all segments of society. In the face of the Golkar had training in the training of cadres in which party members will be given the political education that will better political knowledge. Abstract

This research focuses on the role and political participation of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah organization in internalizing gender perspective policy as a reference for local government in formulating a gender responsive regional regulation in Palembang City. This research was conducted at provincial Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Organization (PWNA), city level, to the level of twig that existed all sub-district in Palembang city. Theories and Concepts used in answering research questions using Role theory, and Political Participation, while the method in this study, using qualitative analytical research methods using primary data types obtained directly from the object of research by spreading research questions to informants consisting of all The administrators of the Nasyiatul Aisyiyah Organization from the regional / provincial (PWNA), regional / city (PDNA) levels, to the sub-district / branch level (PRNA). From the research, it was found that the role of political participation of Nasyiatul Aisyiyah organization in internalizing the gender perspective policy in Palembang City, firstly done through internal organization program such as Family Learning Center with institutional strengthening and cadre, in order to have capacity in responding the problem Women as part of public policy. Extradition programs that have been carried out are cooperation and MOU with BNN in handling Drug hazard, and also held an auditor with Child and Women Protection Agency of South Sumatera Province in providing Lactation Room in several public places.Keywords : Role, Political Participation, Nasyiatul Aisyiyah, Gendered Perspectives Policy

Abstract

ABSTRAKKegiatan pelatihan Fotografi Produk di IRMA Baiturrahman merupakan respon dari pihak terkait. Di tengah kondisi pandemi ini, industri kreatif terus digalakan oleh pemerintah Indonesia. Bidang Fotografi memiliki kesempatan tersendiri saat ini, dikarenakan pandemi yang menyerang Indonesia berakibat perubahan gaya hidup masyarakatnya. Akibat pandemi,masyarakat Indonesia lebih banyak menghabiskan waktu dengan daring/online karena melalui daring masyarakat masih dapat beraktivitas sehari-hari,dari bekerja, belajar  hingga menikmati hiburan. Universitas Indo Global Mandiri Palembang, berkomitmen untuk selalu berusaha melakukan pengabdian terhadap masyarakat secara terus menerus sebagai wujud kepedulian insan akademik terhadap peningkatan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Masyarakat Universitas Indo Global Mandiri Palembang bermaksud menjalin kemitraan dengan IRMA Baiturrahman dengan skema pengabdian internal, yaitu 1) Memberikan wawasan mengenai Fotografi dan pengetahuan mengenai perkembangan fotografi. 2) Memberikan keterampilan Fotografi Produk terhadap peserta pelatihan. 3) Memberikan pengetahuan dan wawasan dalam pembuatan Fotografi Produk. 4) Meningkatkan keterampilan bagi peserta yang sudah memiliki dasar dalam Fotografi. 5) Memberikan motivasi dan kiat-kiat kepada peserta agar dapat menjadi pribadi yang mandiri dan mampu menghasilkan Fotografi Produk secara berkala. Metode yang dipakai pada Kegiatan pelatihan Fotografi Produk ini yaitu Metode Sosialisasi dan Ceramah, Metode Demonstrasi & Metode Bimbingan & Partisipatif. Kegiatan pelatihan Fotografi Produk di IRMA Baiturrahman menghasilkan beberapa foto produk dengan fungsi yang bervariasi. Kata kunci: fotografi produk; remaja ; IRMA baiturrahman. ABSTRACTThe Product Photography training activity at IRMA Baiturrahman is a response from related parties. In the midst of this pandemic, the Indonesian government continues to promote the creative industry. The field of photography has its own opportunity at this time, because the pandemic that attacked Indonesia resulted in changes in the lifestyle of its people. As a result of the pandemic, Indonesian people spend more time online because online people can still do their daily activities, from work, study to enjoying entertainment. Indo Global Mandiri University Palembang, is committed to always trying to do community service continuously as a form of concern for academics to improve the quality of life of the community. For this reason, the Community Service Team of Indo Global Mandiri University Palembang intends to establish a partnership with IRMA Baiturrahman with an internal service scheme, namely 1) Providing insight into Photography and knowledge about the development of photography. 2) Provide Product Photography skills to trainees. 3) Provide knowledge and insight in the manufacture of Product Photography. 4) Improve skills for participants who already have a foundation in Photography. 5) Provide motivation and tips to participants so that they can become independent individuals and are able to produce Product Photography on a regular basis. The methods used in this Product Photography training activity are the Socialization and Lecture Method, the Demonstration Method & the Guidance & Participatory Method. Product Photography training activities at IRMA Baiturrahman produced several product photos with various functions. Keywords: product photography; teenager; IRMA baiturrahman.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Leadership Style of the Village Head, as the initial argument in this study, that village officials and village heads are the lowest community service base. This research is a type of qualitative research with research informants are the Village Head and Sungai Kedukan Apparatus, data collection using documentation, observation and in-depth interviews. The data analysis used consisted of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the Village Head applied several approaches such as the Situational approach using the Hersey and Blanchard theory, namely Telling, Selling, Participating and Delegating, with this approach making it easier for leaders to improve performance in public services. With a leader, there are those who provide encouragement, input and guidance to subordinates or employees at work.

Abstract

Children's Forum is a place of participation for children in the process of decision-making involvement in everything related to fighting for their rights consciously, understand and have a common will so that the child can enjoy the benefits of the results of his decision. The children's Forum has a leading role as a pioneer and Rapporteur. The method used in this study is qualitative. The results showed that the role of the Palembang City Children's Forum in socializing feasible city policies has not been optimal. And the purpose of this study is to optimize the role of the Palembang City Children's Forum as well as knowing the factors that become obstacles in socializing the Child-Friendly City Policy. The lack of optimization can be seen in the role of pioneers as agents of change who have not succeeded in getting people involved in making changes for the better for children while the role of reporters is only half of the fulfillment of children's rights that have just been reported. So in this case, advice is needed to increase the role of the child's Forum.
