Abstract

Background: Dusun Betambak adalah dusun yang memiliki hamparan tanah yang luas sebagai salah satu sumber mata pencaharian warga. Namun, terdapat masalah dalam pemanfaat tanah tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, penulis bermaksud mengadakan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dengan judul “Pendampingan Pembuatan Pupuk Organik sebagai Upaya Memberdayakan Ekonomi Masyarakat Dusun Betambak.” Metode: Dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini, penulis menggunakan metode Partisipatory Action Research (PAR). Di mana, penulis juga turut terjun berpartisipasi dalam melaksanakan kegiatan ini. Dalam pelaksanaannya, penulis mengadakan penyuluhan terlebih dahulu yang diisi oleh para ahli dari dinas pertanian dan perhutani. Hasil: Penyuluhan tersebut membuahkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran masyarakat tentang pentingnya pupuk organik sebagai alternatif ramah lingkungan akan tersebar luas, membawa dampak positif bagi lingkungan, kesehatan, dan keberlanjutan pertanian. Sayangnya, proses pembuatan pupuk organik bisa memakan waktu dan membutuhkan tenaga yang cukup besar, terutama jika dilakukan secara manual. Kesimpulan: Kegiatan penyuluhan pembuatan pupuk membawa sisi positif dan negatif bagi masyarakat Dusun Betambek, namun begitu masyarakat banyak terbantu secara pengetahuan dan wawasan dari kegiatan tersebut.

Abstract

Tourism has now developed into one of the largest industries in various parts of the world by providing many benefits in each sector In addition this study also aims to determine whether there is an influence of the perception of tourists in the Jolotundo area as an ecotourism attraction in the village of Seloliman. Ethnography was used to conduct this study. Qualitative data related to local wisdom were obtained through several techniques. Interview and observation were used to gain the main data, while secondary data were taken from related document analysis. The result The most frequent activity of visitors to Jolotundo is at night. On certain nights, such as on the full moon night, Friday night legi, 1 muharram night, and on the night of one Suro. On that night Jolotundo was full of pilgrims, many thousands of pilgrims came to hold rituals with a specific purpose. Every day the Jolotundo temple is crowded by visitors. Many of them are carrying out activities in the temple. Every activity carried out by the community varies depending on their desires and beliefs. Some visitors who come to Petirtaan Jolotundo also have a need for recreation "refreshing the mind" and can also be used for study tours because the natural panorama of Petirtaan Jolotundo tourism is indeed very beautiful and cool on the western slope of Mount Penanggungan, so it also right to refresh the mind. DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/lw.v12i2.4144

Abstract

This community service program aims to improve the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Bandulan sub-district of Malang city through digital accounting training. This training is designed to improve understanding of basic accounting concepts and the use of accounting software to facilitate the recording of financial transactions that previously used manual recording. The training activities were carried out online and offline and were attended by 10 MSME participants, either as owners or in the finance department. The implementation method used was lectures to convey basic accounting concepts for MSMEs and practice operating digital accounting applications. The results of monitoring and evaluation showed that the value of MSME partners was at least 75 points, which means that partners can absorb the knowledge that has been carried out by the service team well. The results of this service can improve financial performance and effective and efficient management decision-making.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the improvement of lecturers' performance, focusing on aspects of performance measurement and professionalism. The research uses a qualitative approach to depict the phenomena occurring in the field. Data collection techniques include triangulation through in-depth interviews with key informants, surveys, observation of actual events in the research field, and document studies, such as photographs, meeting notes, videos, and other social media content to supplement the actual data. The conclusion indicates that the performance of lecturers at the FEBI Faculty of Tangerang Raya University in Tangerang can be enhanced by recruiting qualified non-permanent lecturers with specialized skills in their fields. Other efforts include providing training and workshops for the FEBI lecturers, as well as implementing an E-Learning system to support the development of human resources aligned with the university's vision and mission.
