Abstract

Inovasi dan pemasaran suatu produk merupakan prioritas bagi kemajuan suatu bisnis. Salah satu produk unggulan UMKM Kreatif Klampok Kasri adalah permen jelly yang menjadi salah satu potensi agar pendapatan anggota UMKM meningkat. Akan tetapi, pandemi COVID-19 berdampak negatif pada volume penjualan bisnis permen jelly. Selain itu, kendala yang dihadapi dalam mengembangkan produknya yaitu pemasaran produk yang terbatas dimana kemasan produk kurang menarik serta memiliki harga jual yang kurang bersaing. Agar penjualan dapat meningkat dan konsumen lebih tertarik terhadap produk permen jelly, maka diperlukan sebuah inovasi dan perluasan pemasaran. Pembuatan desain logo merk dan kemasan yang lebih menarik dilakukan sebagai bentuk inovasi dalam segi packaging. Kemudian, perluasan pemasaran dilakukan dengan memberikan edukasi terkait digital marketing. Metode yang dilaksanakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah sosialisasi dan pendampingan langsung untuk mengadopsi inovasi dan teknis pemasaran digital.

Abstract

The introduction of a product through a brand or brand that is easily remembered and recognized by consumers will have an impact on the development of the business. "Atiqa Handycraft" is one of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises that are members of the Family Welfare Improvement Business Group in Lowokwaru District, Malang City which produces bags, wallets, masks, book covers and mukena. Atiqa Handycraft's products are of good quality but have not been able to enter stores because there is no brand yet. In this mentoring activity, Partners are given an explanation of the importance of a Mark and are assisted on how to register a trademark. The results of the activity are the design of the Atiqa's brand and assistance for trademark registration to the Office of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises of Malang City.

Abstract

Pandemi covid 19 secara umum mengurangi aktifitas masyarakat di sejumlah daerah tidak terkecuali di beberapa desa Tawangagung pada Kecamatan Ampelgading Kabupaten Malang. Kegiatan masyarakat yang sebelumnya dapat dilaksanakan dan berinteraksi dengan daerah lain dengan leluasa harus dikurangi demi keamanan dan Kesehatan masyrakat. Dengan kelebihan sumber daya alam di sekitar wilayah, masyarakat dapat memanfaatkan untuk meningkatkan pendapatan. Pemerintah desa sebagai fasilitator aktifitas masyarakat berperan penting untuk dapat membantu mengembangkan usaha di daerah. Identifikasi awal potensi di daerah menjadi kunci untuk menentukan kebijakan dan bantuan yang akan di berikan. Tahap berikutnya adalah memberikan beberapa pelatihan sesuai dengan karakteristik wilayah seperti Pelatihan kewirausahaan, Pemberian bantuan bibit, Pelatihan budidaya peternakan, Mempromosikan sektor usaha kecil menengah pedesaan melalui teknologi informasi. Di desa Tawangagung sendiri terdapat beberapa usaha kecil yang karakternya sama yaitu peternakan, perkebunan terutama kebun salak dan kopi dan beberapa UMKM pengolahan lainnya. Dengan identifikasi, pendampingan dan bantuan beberapa alat yang bersentuhan langsung dengan usaha masyarakat diharapkan mampu memberikan konstribusi positif bagi pendapatan masyarakat.

Abstract

The purpose of mentoring activities for service partners, namely Bumdes Mart Mulyoagung in Mulyoagung village, Dau sub-district, Malang district, is to develop a shopping business unit by opening a shop on the Shopee marketplace. By opening a shop on the marketplace, it is hoped that it can increase store sales, which so far have experienced problems with delays in the delivery of goods and no increase in sales due to limited consumers, namely only those with shop business WhatsApp numbers. Village community products will also be able to reach a wider range of consumers by opening shops on the marketplace. Activities are carried out in stages starting from the preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. The results of the activity were the formation of the Bumdes Mart Mulyoagung online store on the Shopee marketplace as well as online sales transactions. It is hoped that increased sales through the marketplace will increase shop profits so that they can be used for store operational costs, and the excess can provide input for Village Original Income.

Abstract

The study investigates the factors influencing investment ratings within OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation) countries from 2011 to 2015. We employed the Tobit Regression model as our primary analytical tool to achieve this objective. Our data sources encompassed secondary data sets published by reputable organizations such as the World Bank, Transparency International, and UNDP. We utilised purposive sampling, targeting 19 OIC nations for which comprehensive data on the required variables were available. The model featured five independent variables: the Corruption Perception Index, GDP per capita, population growth, life expectancy, and the education index. The sole dependent variable under examination was the investment rating. Our findings unveiled that the Corruption Perception Index and GDP per capita significantly influenced the investment ratings within OIC countries. It implies that perceptions of corruption and economic prosperity played pivotal roles in shaping the investment climate within these nations during the specified period.

Abstract

Digitalization with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) Program is an essential means of encouraging the government to operate more openly and effectively, which can increase global economic growth. This research aims to assess how education, digitalization, and trade openness affect the economic development of ASEAN. This study uses independent variables in the form of government spending on education, individual internet users, foreign direct investment and consumer price inflation. The dependent variable is economic growth. This study uses the panel data regression method, from 2001 to 2020, with a cross-section of 7 ASEAN countries (Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Singapore, the Philippines and Cambodia). According to the study, the economic growth in seven ASEAN countries is significantly influenced by government expenditure on education, individual internet users, and foreign direct investment. Empirical evidence confirms that digitalization positively impacts both the economy and society, as reflected in lower unemployment rates, improved quality of life, and increased access to public services and information. Furthermore, digitalization simplifies learning about various aspects and activities related to conducting trade, thereby contributing to economic growth. The limitation of the study is that there is no categorizing between developed and developing countries with different income groups that lead to different digital technology developments.

Abstract

Program pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi keuangan bagi generasi muda yang ada di lingkungan SMP 05 Muhammadiyah Pagak, Kabupaten Malang. Program ini berhasil dilaksanakan dengan sukses, melibatkan kegiatan literasi keuangan syariah, perencanaan keuangan syariah dan pelatihan transaksi menggunakan Qris. Keberagaman geografis, demografis, sosial, budaya, dan keagamaan di SMP 5 Muhammadiyah Pagak menjadi tantangan tersendiri bagi pelaksanaan program. Namun, metode pelaksanaan yang terencana dan responsif terhadap kendala, serta dukungan dari guru dan staf sekolah, berhasil membantu program mencapai tujuannya. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa kesadaran siswa terhadap kegiatan keagamaan di sekolah meningkat. Program literasi keuangan juga memberikan manfaat signifikan dengan siswa-siswi terlibat aktif dalam kegiatan tersebut. Koordinasi dengan pihak sekolah serta dukungan internal dan eksternal menjadi bagian penting dalam kesuksesan pelaksanaan program Pengabdian Masyarakat.

Abstract

This research aims to determine effect of macroeconomic variables consisting of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates on the financial performance of food and beverage company issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Moreover, the financial variable was measured by Return On Equity (ROE). The population in this research is the issuers of the food and beverage company on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2016-2020 that is as many as 27 issuers. The sample selection is done by using purposive sampling method and obtained a sample of 19 issuers. This research uses panel data regression. The results of the research concluded that macroeconomic variables consisting of inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates Simultaneously, had a significant effect on company performance. Partially inflation and exchange rates have a significant negative effect. Meanwhile, interest rate have no significant negative effect on the financial performance of companies in the food and beverage company issuers on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

Abstract

The liquidity ratio is a metric that measures a bank’s capacity to meet short-term obligations and repay money disbursed when they are due. The goal of this study is to examine the performance of conventional banking liquidity during the covid-19 pandemic, as well as the impact of the BI rate, inflation and exchange rate variables on conventional banking liquidity. Secondary data from public reports on the websites of the Financial Services Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), and the Ministry of Trade from the first quarter of 2020 to the first quarter of 2021 was used in this study. Method The analysis used in this study uses panel data regression analysis. The result of this research is that the BI rate variable has a positive and significant effect on liquidity. Inflation and Exchange Rate variables have a negative and significant effect on liquidity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of macroeconomic variables including BI-rate, exchange rate, and Gross Domestic Product Development on stock returns of the Jakarta Islamic Index. The analytical method used in this study uses panel data regression analysis. The coefficient of determination (R2) obtained an R-Squared value of 0.233956 or 23.39%. The result of this research is that the BI-rate has a significant negative effect on JII's stock returns. The exchange rate has a significant negative effect on JII's stock returns. And the development of Gross Domestic Product has a significant positive effect on JII's stock returns.
