ANALISIS SEKTOR UNGGULAN DAN STRATEGI PENGEMBANGANNYA DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRODUK DOMESTIK REGIONAL BRUTO (PDRB) DI KABUPATEN TIMOR TENGAH UTARA (TTU) Emilia Khristina Kiha; Yesus Armiro Korbaffo

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the mapping of leading sectors, what are the basic sub-sectors in the leading sector and how will the change in the position of the base sector in the leading sector in the future and how the strategy of developing leading sectors in North Central Timor Regency. data analysis using Location Questient (LQ) and Dynamic Location Questient (DLQ). Based on various analyzes that have been carried out on 17 economic sectors, there are 5 LQ sectors> 1 namely Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, Mining and Quarrying, Transportation and Warehousing, Real Estate and Government Administration, Defense and Mandatory Social Security sectors. Whereas the DLQ analysis calculation shows that there are 15 economic sectors that are expected to be based in the future or DLQ> 1. Where are the five sectors, namely Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries, Mining and Quarrying, Transportation and Warehousing, Financial Services and Insurance and Government Administration as well as Defense and Compulsory Social Security belonging to the base sector are still classified as the base sector in the future. While 10 sectors, namely the manufacturing industry sector, the electricity and gas procurement sector, the construction sector, wholesale and retail trade; the Car and Motorcycle Repair sector, the Provision of Accommodation and Food and Beverage, the Information and Communication sector, the Financial Services and Insurance sector, the Corporate Services sector, the Education Services sector, the Health Services sector and the Social Activities sector which will only become a base sector in the future.

Abstract

Desa Humusu Wini yang sebagian besar wilayahnya adalah pesisir membuat sebahagian penduduk laki-laki setiap harinya pergi mencari ikan, Sedangkan untuk para perempuan biasanya dirumah mengolah atau membuat garam untuk nantinya akan dijual ke pasar yang ada di Kefamenanu sebagai ibu kota Kabupaten Timur Tengah Utara dengan harga yang murah sehingga belum memberikan keuntungan bagi penduduk Wini. Berdasarkan wawancara awal yang kami lakukan kepada Kepala Desa, bahwa desa tersebut belum pernah mendapatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dari pihak manapun. Sehingga dibutuhkan pemberdayaan masyarakat berbasis pelatihan keterampilan guna menguatkan kapasitasi keuangan mereka, meningkatkan kreatifitas serta pendapatan masyarakat setempat sebagai upaya dalam pengentasan kemiskinan berupa pelatihan pembuatan abon. Metode pelaksanaan yang akan dibuat adalah denga melakukan identifikasi permasalahan sosial ekonomi dan mengetahui apa yang masyarakat butuhkan maka langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan pemberdayaan terhadap kelompok lokal melalui peningkatan kesadaran dan kreatifitas dalam pemanfaatan potensi local, seperti pembuatan abon ikan. Pelatihan tentang cara produksi abon tuna yang efektif dan efisien, manfaat yang diperoleh mitra adalah dapat memahami cara melakukan proses produksi dengan menghasilkan produk yang berkualitas dengan pendampingan yang dimulai pengadaan bahan baku, disortir, dimasak sesuai standar waktu, dibuat sesuai resep yang disiapkan, produk yang telah jadi (abon ikan) disimpan pada tempat yang steril, dikemas dan dipasarkan keberapa wilayah di Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara.

Abstract

Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur memiliki banyak UMKM, salah satu UMKM yang terkenal adalah UMKM Dendeng “Vivi” yang berada di Kecamatan Kota Kefamenanu Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara. UMKM Dendeng “Vivi” ini sudah ada sejak 2012. Berdasarkan hasil pra observasi dan wawancara awal kepada pemilik usaha dendeng “Vivi” yaitu Bapak H. Ridwan diperoleh informasi bahwa masalah utama yang sering dihadapi adalah minimnya pengetahuan tentang pembukuan keuangan, berakibat pada sistem keuangan usaha yang tidak berkembang karena tidak dapat membedakan antara keuntungan usaha dan kas pribadi. Berdasarkan permasalahan ini, maka perlu diadakan kegiatan pelatihan bagi UMKM Dendeng “Vivi” dalam hal mengelola keuangan dengan menggunakan akuntansi. Program pelatihan yang ditawarkan berupa pelatihan tata kelola keuangan akuntansi sederhana bagi UMKM. Sehingga diharapkan nantinya dengan adanya pembukuan ini dapat membantu pemilik UKM dalam mengelola keuangan sehingga peningkatan ekonomi yang diperoleh dari usaha inipun dapat didapat secara optimal.

Abstract

This descriptive qualitative study has three research focuses, namely (1) What is the school background in organizing a school website at Kefamenanu 1 Public Middle School and Putri St. Junior High School. Xaverius Kefamenanu, (2) How are the steps to use the School website as a Public Relations Facility at Kefamenanu 1 Public Middle School and Putri St. Middle School. Xaverius Kefamenanu and (3) How is the management of SIM management in order to support the function of Husemas activities at Kefamenanu 1 Public Middle School and Putri St. Junior High School. Xaverius Kefamenanu. The fourth finding is that of SMP 1 Kefamenanu and Putri St. Junior High School. Xaverius Kefamenanu has similarities in the form of: (a) attitude towards competition, (b) ideals of using school websites for e-learning media, (c) general content and packaging messages on school websites, (d) the information processing mechanism is not yet implemented , (e) opportunities for workers to attend training. For the differences themselves: (a) availability of human resources with relevant formal education background, (b) availability of supporting facilities and funds, (c) relationship between public relations function and website manager, (d) principal evaluation style, (e) renewal data, (f) variations in the content of information on the website, (g) availability of compensation for managers of school websites, and (h) the role of school principals in administering the website

Abstract

The purpose of service is to provide training on the basics of statistical theory and various types of research and how to determine the right analysis tool according to research needs and provide training in data processing from tabulation, analysis to interpretation of processed statistical data using the SPSS program application. The service location is at the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Timor. Participants who are the object of training in this service are students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Timor both from the Development Economics and Management Study Program. However, the focus of the training participants is limited by a number of requirements which include: Active and temporary students programming or having passed the Research Methodology Course, are in the sixth semester and are willing to attend training until completion. The training activities for processing statistical data using SPSS for students of the Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB) to improve the quality of scientific work of FEB Unimor students were held for three stages / day.
