Abstract

Campus facilities and infrastructure are assets that used to support teaching and learning activities. Campus facilities and infrastructure are not only to use but its need to be kept clean. But in reality, campus facilities and infrastructure are often neglected in terms of cleanliness. The neglect of the cleanliness is caused by several things such as lack of supervision by the facilities and infrastructure department, difficulty in checking facilities and infrastructure due to their large number and located in a fairly large area, and limited cleaning personnel. To deal with this problem, a campus facility and infrastructure cleanliness monitoring application was designed. In designing this application using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method, the stages are planning, analysis, design, implementation, testing, and operation. The application is a web-based responsive application with Android operating system platform. Responsiveness is one of the techniques used in developing web-based applications so that the application is able to be run and adjusted to the screen of the device. The programming languages ​​used are PHP and MySQL combined with CSS framework, namely bootstrap. The application built is equipped with a feedback facility that can be used by the leader in the form of comments and also rating on each cleanliness report from each unit and location. The comments and ratings given by this leader to increase a moral impact on the person in charge of cleanliness directly. In the end, this application is designed to help facilities and infrastructure department and leaders in monitoring the cleanliness of the facilities so that they can improve the quality of the cleanliness of campus infrastructure and facilitate and also smoothen the process of teaching and learning activities

Abstract

Permintaan konsumen yang tidak menentu sering terjadi pada Toko Aqilah Herbal, hal tersebut menjadi masalah terhadap kontrol persediaan produk. Produk yang disediakan oleh toko sering mengalami kekuarangan atau kelebihan, hal ini menyebabkan kerugian atau komplain dari konsumen. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dan untuk memberikan perkiraan persediaan produk agar lebih tepat dan sesuai kebutuhan dengan melihat penjualan obat periode sebelumnya dan memperkirakan kondisi di periode berikutnya maka Toko Aqilah Herbal memerlukan suatu sistem yang dapat memprediksi jumlah persediaan obat herbal. Sistem tersebut pula bertujuan untuk menambah laba dan mengurangi resiko kerugian akibat berlebih maupun kurangnya persediaan jumlah obat herbal. Diagram Arus Data (DAD) dipilih untuk menunjukkan model sistem dan aliran data pada sistem. Adapun teknik peramalannya menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing ialah sebuah teknik peramalan dengan perbandingan untuk mencari nilai alpha, dengan melacak nilai alpha tersebut secara random (trial) hingga memperoleh alpha yang mempunyai error paling kecil dengan pencarian memakai metode kesesuaian MSE (Mean Square Error). Ukuran atau alpha yang dipakai untuk memperkirakan persediaan obat herbal yaitu alpha = 0.1, alpha = 0.2, alpha = 0.3, alpha = 0.4, alpha = 0.5, alpha = 0.6, alpha = 0.7, alpha = 0.8, dan alpha = 0.9. dengan melacak nilai alpha secara random (trial) hingga diperoleh alpha yang mempunyai error terkecil. Maka hasil perkiraan yang mempunyai alpha dengan nilai error terkecil merupakan yang paling baik. Hasil penelitian ini berupa sebuah sistem informasi peramalan persediaan obat menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk memperkirakan berapa banyak persediaan obat satu periode ke depan. Dengan menggunakan sistem ini, pemilik toko dapat dengan mudah menentukan jumlah pembelian obat untuk memaksimalkan persediaan obat. Kata kunci: Peramalan, Persediaan, Single Exponential Smoothing.

Abstract

Administration is an administrative activity carried out in the organization using the tools or facilities in the office concerned. Administration is a subsystem in an office organization that serves as the main support of efforts to achieve the organization's overall goals in the form of services into and out of the organization. The purpose of this study is to find out the population administration services carried out by Peucangpari Village to the community. The method carried out in this research is the waterfall method is very suitable in making applications needed in the creation of administrative applications in the current peucangpari village, where the stages of this method are started by analyzing data so that the system will be developed according to user needs. Waterfall method (waterfall model) which begins with research on the current system, design, coding, and maintenance of the system. The results obtained from this study are about village administration applications that can be applied and implemented to assist village parties in providing services to the community.

Abstract

The Banten Province Land Transportation Management Office (BPTD) Region VIII oversees many Service Units (SATPEL) such as type A bus terminals, crossing ports, and weigh stations in Banten Province. The General Bureau is a Work Unit (Satker) tasked with handling requests for goods/services. Some problems occur in the process of requesting goods/services in the Office of the Land Transportation Management Center (BPTD) Region VIII of Banten Province, namely the submission process is still manual, so it takes a long time and the status of approval from each party who has a decision-making policy cannot be known directly. So to overcome the problems faced, it is necessary to design an information system for requests for goods and services that use the Waterfall method and the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​to create an expected information system, so that data processing can be processed more quickly and in control. Thus each Service Unit (Satpel) can submit a letter of submission of goods by accessing the goods/services procurement web online. Abstract

Modul SAP yang diimplementasi di PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper, tidak mempunyai sistem untuk optimalisasi pemuatan order ke kontainer. Sebelum implementasi SAP, proses memasukkan data order, optimalisasi pemuatan data order ke kontainer dan pembuatan surat jalan dilakukan semuanya pada sistem CSO (Container Stuffing Optimization), sehingga data order pasti sinkron dengan data surat jalan atau sesuai dengan aktual pengiriman. Setelah implementasi SAP, data order untuk optimalisasi pemuatan kontainer dimasukkan pada CSO (legacy system) sedangkan proses pembuatan surat jalan dilakukan pada SAP. Dua proses yang berbeda dilakukan pada dua sistem dengan platform berbeda. Penggunaan dua sistem yang berbeda mengakibatkan aktual pengiriman pada dokumen surat jalan tidak sesuai dengan data order dari pelanggan yang mengakibatkan komplain pelanggan. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini adalah dengan melakukan migrasi data order hasil optimalisasi pemuatan pada CSO ke SAP sehingga data order terintegrasi dengan data surat jalan. Metode BDC dipergunakan untuk melakukan migrasi ke SAP yaitu dengan mentransfer data order hasil optimalisasi pemuatan dari CSO ke SAP serta mengotomatisasi proses picking dan packing di SAP untuk menghasilkan surat jalan. Hasil dari penelitian berupa sinkronisasi data order dan data surat jalan serta percepatan proses pembuatan surat jalan menjadi 3 kali lebih cepat dari semula sehingga dapat mengurangi komplain pelanggan dan mempercepat proses pengiriman. Hasil pengujian black box memperlihatkan fungsional sistem berjalan dengan baik.   Abstract SAP module implemented at PT. Indah Kiat Pulp & Paper does not have a system for optimizing the loading of orders into containers. Before implementing SAP, the process of entering order data, optimizing loading of order data into containers and creating delivery note was all done in the CSO (Container Stuffing Optimization) system, so that order data was definitely in sync with delivery note data or in accordance with actual delivery. After implementing SAP, order data for optimizing container loading is entered into CSO (legacy system) while the delivery note creation process is carried out in SAP. Two different processes are carried out on two systems with different platforms. The use of two different systems resulted in the actual delivery of the delivery note document not matching the order data from the customer which resulted in customer complaints. The solution to overcome this problem is to migrate the order data resulting from loading optimization in CSO to SAP so that the order data is integrated with the delivery note data. The BDC method is used to migrate to SAP, namely by transferring order data resulting from loading optimization from CSO to SAP and automating the picking and packing process in SAP to produce delivery note. The results of the research are in the form of synchronizing order data and delivery note data as well as accelerating the process of making delivery note documents to 3,775 times faster than before, thereby reducing customer complaints and speeding up the delivery process. The black box testing results show that the system functionality is running well.

Abstract

The service monitoring system is a monitoring process of the periodic service schedule for vehicle units or heavy equipment with the aim that no heavy equipment misses the periodic service schedule. Currently, the monitoring service system is widely used by large companies engaged in the logistics sector. PT. Sentra Karya Logistik is a company engaged in logistics and heavy equipment rent. PT. Sentra Karya Logistik has several problems in the process of monitoring heavy equipment services. These problems include checking the hours meter (HM) of heavy equipment which is still done manually by asking directly to each operator, recording and searching monitoring service data still using Microsoft Excel so that it takes a long time and there is no notification of heavy equipment that has entered service time so that many heavy equipment often miss their regular service schedule. Based on the above problems, a web-based heavy equipment monitoring service system was created using the waterfall method because this method uses a systematic and sequential approach. With system modeling using the Unified Modeling Language (UML). The purpose of this research is to create a system that can simplify the process of recording and searching monitoring service data and can provide notifications for each heavy equipment that is approaching its periodic service time. The result of this research is the Heavy Equipment Monitoring Service System at PT. The consument want to get the facilitator or get speed about the relevan inform to get easy going for all their activities the one of is ordering or buying the things and servicing which is bargained by pixels computer.The purpose of this research is to help consument in order able to shop in anywhere and anytime what they wantwith flexible.The aims from this research is to make e-commerce android application about sell things and service by pixels computer. The build this system, the writer use waterfall method, where technic to call actof th data which is used is a style to look of system is directing up to present. Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of office light control automation implementedin the PT. TELECOMMUNICATION MENES BANTEN Banten Province, using googleassistant and adafruit.io based on nodemcu esp8266. In this era of developingtechnology, controlling automation is very much needed, because it can control andcontrol electronic devices easily and more efficiently. The problems faced by the PT.Telkom Menes Banten, namely still using the manual system on the push button switch on/ off to operate the lights and the lack of utilization of technological devices such as relays,nodemcu esp8266 and internet service providers. In this regard, the author tries to takeadvantage of technological devices and implement a tool, namely the automation of officelight controllers in the PT. Telkom Menes Banten. This research will explain about theimplementation carried out until the final result of the automation of office lightcontrollers in the PT. Telkom Menes Banten, so that it can be applied and used as areference for the future.
