Abstract

This journal is intended to apply laboratory research on an industrial scale that aims to: 1) identify potential workplace accidents, and 2) Implementation of ergonomics in the garment industry to increase productivity of workers and reduce occupational accidents. Therefore, in the methodology, non-experimental and observational research is conducted by observation of a number of subject variables based on the actual state (in nature), without any manipulation or intervention of the researcher, as this research approach used modeling system and simulation study where data, and the role that is displayed in the picture is translated in mathematics from a reality. The end result of this research 1) Identification of work accident potential can be divided into: a. Initial stage can be identified the initial condition, where the condition of the foot is burdened with body weight and unstable position during work back position many curved due to back aches and pains and Adverse effects for internal organs. b. Phase Improvement of observation after improvement of sitting position where in sitting position and standing position, sitting position where the foot is not burdened with body weight and stable position during work. While standing position where vertical vertical position and weight are balanced in two legs. Application in the industry for comparison of seated and standing working positions In the Garment Industry Seated and standing positions have biomechanical advantages, where the pressure on the spine and waist is 30% lower than the sitting position or standing position continuously. 2) The results of ergonomic application in the workplace / garment industry can increase the productivity of the workers: In the implementation of ergonomics, the initial improvement phase in the garment industry obtained a productivity increase of 28%; decreased cruelty; provide work convenience; reduced complaints against occupational health problems and increased worker income by 15% - 17%;

Abstract

Jalan merupakan sarana infrastruktur utama yang sangat dibutuhkan dalam mendukung kelancaran transportasi guna meningkatkan kondisi perekonomian masyarakat.  Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu jalan akan mengalami kerusakan baik karena faktor alam maupun karena faktor teknis lainnya, sehingga diperlukan upaya penanganan serius dari pemerintah setempat. Dalam hal penanganan kerusakan jalan dibeberapa wilayah masih ditemukannya permasalahan yang perlu segera diselesaikan, salah satunya adalah permasalahan ketersediaan anggaran yang tidak sebanding dengan tingkat kerusakan jalan yang cukup banyak sehingga diperlukan sebuah metode untuk mengetahui urutan prioritas jalan harus segera ditangani. Untuk menentukan prediksi dan urutan prioritas penanganan jalan maka digunakan metode  Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan pertimbangan faktor kerusakan, lalulintas dan ekonomi.

Abstract

This policy paper reviews the strategic role of Output Cost Standards in improving performance-based budgeting in the Ministry of Religious Affairs to improve the quality of budget planning. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive analysis approach regarding the motives for implementing the Inspectorate General's Output Cost Standards and the motives for refusing to implement the Output Cost Standards in other units. This study is expected to provide accurate information about trends in the motives for implementing SBK. Apart from that, the author also wants to dig deeper by analyzing the effectiveness of the use of SBK at the Inspectorate General to support the role of Output Cost Standards in improving Performance-Based Budgeting in their units for the reasons: (1) knowing the motives for implementing Output Cost Standards in preparing and reviewing performance-based budgets, (2) evaluate the achievement of outputs and outcomes as well as the efficiency of implementing Output Cost Standards, and (3) analyze motive factors and evaluate Output Cost Standards in improving the quality of performance-based budgeting. The aspects studied show the: motives for implementing Output Cost Standards, evaluation of the implementation of Output Cost Standards at the Inspectorate General, and the strategic role of Output Cost Standards in improving Performance-Based Budgeting.

Abstract

Administration is an administrative activity carried out in the organization using the tools or facilities in the office concerned. Administration is a subsystem in an office organization that serves as the main support of efforts to achieve the organization's overall goals in the form of services into and out of the organization. The purpose of this study is to find out the population administration services carried out by Peucangpari Village to the community. The method carried out in this research is the waterfall method is very suitable in making applications needed in the creation of administrative applications in the current peucangpari village, where the stages of this method are started by analyzing data so that the system will be developed according to user needs. Waterfall method (waterfall model) which begins with research on the current system, design, coding, and maintenance of the system. The results obtained from this study are about village administration applications that can be applied and implemented to assist village parties in providing services to the community.

Abstract

The Student Organization Monitoring Information System (SIMORA) is a student monitoring system for student organizations at Banten Jaya University using electronic device technology. Student organizations at the University of Banten Jaya currently in terms of administrative management such as correspondence, funding applications, proposals, accountability reports and announcements, activity information, and so on still use a manual system that still uses paper so it is vulnerable to data storage errors. All administrative activities will be archived and used as a reference in implementing activities for each student organization in the next period. The purpose of this research is to design a website for monitoring student organization activities and to help optimize the administrative process of student organizations through SIMORA. The system design method used in this research is using the Waterfall method so that it is easier to develop and use UML for visual system modeling. SIMORA is made website-based using the CodeIgniter framework. This student organization monitoring information system acts as a means of supporting the running of a web-based organization so that it can be accessed online with various service features that are mutually integrated with one another. This information system can facilitate the head of student affairs in disseminating information, disciplining student organizations regarding programs to be implemented, and supervising student organizations in terms of administration and student activities. This system can help discipline student organizations in submitting activities because, in the SIMORA system, they cannot propose activities if they are not in accordance with the Draft Activity Budget (RAK) this system also only enters submission data so as to minimize revisions to submissions.

Abstract

Presidential Regulation no. 54 of 2010 concerning government procurement of goods/services,namely to increase transparency and accountability, increase market access and healthy businesscompetition, improve the level of efficiency of the procurement process, support the monitoringand audit process, and meet the need for real-time access to information. This is the main goal ofthe government, especially Banten Province, in implementing e-procurement in the process ofprocuring goods and services. However, it is not yet known which impact of this achievement hasthe highest weight of success in increasing the transparency and performance of the BantenProvincial Government, making it easier for leaders to carry out evaluations. This is the mainfactor in researching the impact of e-procurement using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)method so that we can find out the level of success of e-procurement that is most dominantly feltby the Banten Provincial Government by the presidential decree.
