Abstract

Seiring dengan pesat nya pertumbuhan penduduk di Provinsi Lampung berdampak pada laju pembangunan yang cepat. Degan banyak nya pembanguna tentunya berpengaruh pada kualitas lingkungan hitup. Salah satu cara untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan menerapkan sistem Green Building/Green ship home. Konsep green building memiliki beberapa parameter, parameter yang digunakan pada penelitian ini dalah , konservasi air, konservasi energi, dan waste management. Untuk mendukung penerapan green building pada kantor sesuai parameter yang digunakan maka di buatlah sistem rainwater harvesting untuk mengkonservasi air, sistem solar cel untuk konservasi energi, dan manajemen pengolahan limbah rumah tangga untuk waste management. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui desain rumah tinggal berbasis Green building berdasarkan parameter green building yang digunakan yaitu konservasi air , konservasi dan efisiensi energi, dan waste management. Dan mengetahui besaran anggaran biaya yang dibutuhkan untuk merealisasikan rumah tinggal berbasis green building di daerah lampung barat . Dari hasil pembahasan yang telah dilakukan mengenai analisis desain rumah tinggal berkelanjutan dengan parameter Green Building/Greenship pada kecamatan Enggal telah didapatkan Jumlah rata rata air yang dapat di panen dari hasil perhitungan pemanenan air hujan adalah 83,46 m3/hari. Jumalah rata rata air yang terbuang dari sistem pemanenan air hujan yaitu 0,83 m3. Hasil rata rata penggunaan listrik PLN berdasarkan perhitungan adalah Rp. 554.070. baiaya yang dapat di hemat dari penggunaan panel surya sebesar Rp. 136.018. Serta biaya yang di keluarkan untuk instalasi pembangkit listrik tenaga surya sebesar Rp. 22.100.000.

Abstract

Abstract: An architectural work can be seen in terms of benefits for the community where it can provide something to support life and advance the development of the surrounding environment. In this case the case study raised was at the University of Indonesia Library, where the library was very supportive of students on campus and outside the campus.The problem discussed in this study is reviewing a tropical architectural work applied to the library, and want to know how the concept affects natural lighting in the University of Indonesia's library reading room. The study also aims to evaluate how much light intensity is in the reading room of the University of Indonesia library. In this study the method used describes and reviews all other data and information, from direct or indirect observation. This analysis uses quantative analysis by comparing the existing conditions in the field with the study and information obtained from the literature. Based on the research, it was found that in some reading room areas that had natural enlightenment, there were recommendations that were in accordance with the standards and were not yet appropriate. Therefore some additional studies are needed in designing lighting. This research is expected to provide input on natural lighting of a building that is calculated using assisted software or measuring instruments in the field.Keyword: UI Library, Reading Room, Natural Lighting.Abstrak: Suatu karya arsitektur itu dapat dilihat dari segi manfaat bagi masyarakat dimana dapat memberikan sesuatu untuk menunjang kehidupan dan memajukan pembangunan lingkungan sekitar. Dalam hal ini studi kasus yang diangkat adalah pada Perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia, dimana perpustakaan ini sangat menunjang mahasiswa dalam kampus maupun luar kampus.Permasalahan yang dibahas dalam penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji sebuah karya arsitektur tropis diterapkan pada perpustakaan, serta ingin diketahui bagaimana pengaruhnya konsep tersebut terhadap pencahayaan alami di ruang baca perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia tersebut. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan mengevaluasi seberapa besar intensitas cahaya pada ruang baca perpustakaan Universitas Indonesia. Pada penelitian ini metode yang digunakan menguraikan dan mengkaji semua data dan informasi lain, dari observasi langsung maupun tidak langsung. Analisa ini menggunakan analisa kuantatif dengan membandingkan antara keadaan yang ada dilapangan dengan kajian dan informasi yang didapat dari literatur. Berdasarkan penelitian didapatkan hasil bahwa pada beberapa area ruang baca yang mendapatkan pencahyaan alami, terdapat penchayaan yang sudah sesuai dengan standar dan belum sesuai. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan beberapa pengkajian tambahan dalam mendesain pencahayaan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan masukan mengenai pencahayaan alami sebuah bangunan yang dihitung menggunakan software berbantu atau alat ukur di lapangan.Kata Kunci: Perpustakaan UI, Ruang Baca, Pencahayaan Alami.

Abstract

Public transportation is a means of transportation for travelling and carrying out daily activities, and it has become one of the community's transportation needs. This research also aims to determine vehicle operational costs and maintenance costs incurred. This research was conducted on the PT Sriwijaya Pratama Express economy bus. The data obtained from this research are the results of interviews with the bus and interviews with the company. The data obtained includes vehicle depreciation, vehicle interest capital, engine oil prices, fuel prices, tyre usage, maintenance wages and bus crew wages. Based on this data, fixed costs, variable costs and overhead costs can be obtained. For fixed costs, the result is IDR 515.64 per km. Non-fixed costs are IDR 4,867.57 per km and overhead costs are IDR 1,076.64 per km. Details such as minor servicing carried out every 10,000 km and major servicing carried out every 20,000 km are also routinely carried out by PT. Abstract

Development in Bandar Lampung is increasing rapidly, causing an increase in transportation development. The development of transportation in the city of Bandar Lampung is currently still experiencing severe problems, so traffic hours often occur. The high level of congestion on the highway is caused by several things, including the unbalanced road capacity and vehicle volume and the presence of side obstacles, which add to congestion on the Z.A. Pagaralam road section. Apart from being a public road, Pagaralam is also located in one of the busiest economic centers in the city of Bandar Lampung. Along this stretch of road are campuses, schools, shops, pharmacies, shopping centers, and street vendors, and it is also a transfer point for passengers moving from one public transport to another, causing many side obstacles to occur on the road. To overcome this, it is necessary to analyze the influence of side obstacles on traffic performance. Data analysis was carried out using the PKJI 2014 method. The analysis of traffic volume obtained a value of 4747.75 cur/hour. The analysis results of the highest side obstacles were obtained on Tuesday at 12.00 – 14.00 segment 1 amounting to 838.90 incident weights. Keywords: Traffic Volume, Side Obstacles, PKJI 2014.

Abstract

The need for decent housing in Indonesia increases along with population growth, but the subsidized housing program still faces infrastructure problems that affect occupant satisfaction. This study analyzes the satisfaction of occupants of the Pane Residence 99 Housing using the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) methods. A descriptive quantitative approach was applied with a sample of 52 respondents through a Likert Scale questionnaire. The results showed a satisfaction index of 59.42% (quite satisfied). The IPA analysis revealed that 42.11% of attributes fell into Quadrant A (priority for improvement), such as drainage, clean water, health facilities, and roof-ceiling quality. As many as 10.53% of attributes fell into Quadrant B (maintain), such as road conditions and worship facilities. Recommendations include routine repairs to infrastructure and improving building quality. This study provides input for developers and the government to improve the effectiveness of the subsidized housing program.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of washed coarse aggregate and unwashed coarse aggregate on the compressive strength of concrete. In this research, the method used was making concrete test objects in the laboratory of the Indonesian Technocrat University. This research was carried out on 8 cylindrical test objects measuring 15 x 30 cm. Of the 8 test objects made, 4 test objects used washed coarse aggregate and 4 test objects used unwashed coarse aggregate. The tests carried out were concrete compressive strength tests at concrete ages of 7, 14, 21 days. The results of the compressive strength of concrete with washed coarse aggregate, the results of conversion calculations for 28 consecutive days were 244.76 Kg/cm2, 212.19 Kg/cm2, 249.88 Kg/cm2, and 226.99 Kg/cm2. The results of the compressive strength of concrete with aggregate rough unwashed, the results of conversion calculations for 28 consecutive days were 229.64 Kg/cm2, 176.27 Kg/cm2, 179.05 Kg/cm2, and 185.86 Kg/cm2. Based on data from research that has been carried out, it can be seen that concrete that uses washed coarse aggregate material has a stronger compressive strength than concrete that uses unwashed coarse aggregate.

Abstract

Permukiman merupakan bagian penting pada suatu kota karena masyarakat kota pada umumnya tinggal pada kawasan permukiman. Kota layak huni merupakan kota yang dapat menunjang dan menampung seluruh kegiatan yang akan dilalukan oleh masyarakatnya dengan rasa aman ketika masyarakat melakukan suatu kegiatan. Kepadatan penduduk di Kecamatan Kemiling yang tidak merata menimbulkan berbagai permasalahan seperti bangunan yang tidak teratur, permukaan jalan yang rusak, sistem air limbah dan persampahan yang belum dikelola dengan baik, kondisi drainase yang tidak terpelihara, serta bangunan yang tidak terlayani prasarana proteksi kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayak hunian permukiman di Kecamatan Kemiling berdasarkan konsep Livable Settlement. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan di Kecamatan Kemiling diperoleh tingkat kesesuaian sebesar 88,17% berdasarkan analisis data pada metode Importance Performance Analysis (IPA). Hasil dari diagram kartesius menunjukkan pada Kuadran I yang terdiri dari sub-variabel luas bangunan, kondisi bangunan, cakupan pelayanan jalan lingkungan dan ketersediaan akses air minum dan air bersih memiliki tingkat harapan yang tinggi dan kinerja yang rendah sehingga perlu adannya peningkatan kinerja seperti perbaikan atau peningkatan sub variabel untuk mencapai harapan dari masyarakat.

Abstract

Fiber concrete is an innovation in concrete technology that utilizes additional materials in the form of natural or synthetic fibers to improve its mechanical characteristics, such as tensile strength, crack resistance, and ductility. In this study, K150 grade concrete was used with four variations of bamboo fiber addition: 0% (as a control), 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2% by weight of cement. Compressive strength tests were conducted at 14 and 28 days. The results showed that the addition of bamboo fibers consistently increased the compressive strength of the concrete. This increase was associated with better bonding between the aggregate and cement paste, which increased the density and strength of the material. At 14 days, concrete without fiber achieved a compressive strength of 10.57 N/mm², while concrete with 2% bamboo fiber achieved 15.94 N/mm². At 28 days, the respective values were 12.91 N/mm² and 17.85 N/mm². The average increase was 26.15% compared to the control concrete. Further research is recommended to explore higher fiber content and the use of various types of bamboo to evaluate the comparison of compressive strength performance. This study contributes to the development of environmentally friendly concrete by utilizing sustainable local materials.
