Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis penerapan akad istishnā’ dan penyelesaian terhadap ketidaksesuaian antara spesifikasi yang diperjanjikan di awal akad dengan produk akhir pada industri mebel di Kecamatan Seruway Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi dan wawancara. Adapun yang menjadi informan dan responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pengusaha industri mebel dan pemesan barang dengan pertimbangan dapat memberikan data yang dibutuhkan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Penerapan akad istishnā’ pada produk industri pengrajin mebel di Kecamatan Seruway Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang sudah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip jual beli istishnā’ baik dari segi pemesanan dan metode pembayaran yang sesuai dengan konsep istishnā’. Namun masih terdapat hasil pesanan yang tidak sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang diperjanjikan di awal akad. Dalam hal terjadi ketidaksesuaian produk yang dihasilkan dengan spesifikasi yang diperjanjikan, sebagian konsumen tetap menerimanya dan ada juga yang tidak menerima. Bagi pihak yang tidak terima dengan ketidaksesuaian yang terjadi maka penyelesaiannya dilakukan melalui jalur musyawarah atau jalur perdamaian atau sulhu di mana pihak penjual (ṣani’) akan memberikan konpensasi berupa potongan harga atau perpanjangan waktu pembayaran kepada pembeli dan perbaikan. Jika tidak terjadi titik temu dan pemesan membatalkan akad maka modal pemesan dikembalikan setelah pengarajin mebel berhasil menjual barang pesanan tersebut kepada pihak lain.

Abstract

This study explores how financial literacy, financial education, and self-control affect investment motivation and financial behavior among women in Medan, Indonesia. A total of 270 participants responded to a structured questionnaire, distributed three times from February to June 2024, covering five key areas: financial behavior, investment motivation, financial literacy, financial education, and self-control. Using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) for analysis, the findings reveal that both financial literacy and education significantly enhance investment motivation and financial behavior. Higher education levels correlate with better financial literacy, resulting in more strategic investment decisions. Although many respondents allocate a significant portion of their income to monthly expenses, those with higher financial literacy manage their finances more effectively. However, the study finds no significant impact of self-control on investment motivation and financial behavior, possibly due to the respondents' younger age and lower income. This research underscores the importance of financial literacy and education in shaping financial behavior.

Abstract

Pada umumnya, pondasi sebagai elemen struktur bawah terbagi menjadi dua jenis utama, yaitu pondasi dangkal dan pondasi dalam. Pondasi berfungsi sebagai elemen struktur bawah yang menyalurkan beban dari struktur atas ke lapisan tanah keras. Untuk mencegah terjadinya kegagalan struktur, diperlukan investigasi tanah terlebih dahulu guna memahami jenis dan karakteristik tanah sebelum menentukan jenis pondasi yang akan digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan daya dukung pondasi tiang pancang mini (minipile) pada proyek pembangunan rumah tinggal dua lantai menggunakan metode empiris dan metode statis dengan alat Hydraulic Static Pile Driver (HSPD). Penyelidikan tanah dilakukan menggunakan uji Cone Penetration Test (CPT) atau sondir di tiga titik pengujian untuk mendapatkan data karakteristik tanah. Hasil penyelidikan menunjukkan bahwa lapisan tanah keras berada pada kedalaman lebih dari 15 meter. Oleh karena itu, digunakan pondasi dalam berupa tiang pancang mini dengan dimensi 20×20 cm yang dipancang menggunakan HSPD untuk mengurangi gangguan pada lingkungan sekitar. Daya dukung pondasi dianalisis dengan metode empiris, yaitu Mayerhoff, Janbu, dan Vesic, serta dibandingkan dengan hasil uji HSPD yang mencerminkan kondisi aktual lapangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai daya dukung izin rata-rata berdasarkan uji HSPD adalah 24,2 ton. Sedangkan hasil dari analisis perhitungan metode empiris diperoleh daya dukung izin rata-rata sebesar 8,34 ton. Perbandingan hasil analisis metode empiris dengan metode statis menggunakan alat HSPD yaitu sekitar lebih kurang tiga kali lipat, dimana nilai analisis metode empiris lebih kecil dari HSPD.

Abstract

Sebagai organisasi kemasayarakatan (Ormas) yang besar di Indonesia, Muhammadiyah terus sadar akan pentingnya nilai-nilai pembaharuan (up to date) untuk mengembangkan organisasi yang memiliki amal usaha yang sangat banyak. Amal usaha tersebut melibatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang cukup banyak dengan kompleksitas pengelolaan yang tinggi. Oleh karena itu, program pengabdian ini memiki fokus untuk menyusun sistem informasi kepegawaian muncul di lingkungan Amal Usaha Muhammadiyah (AUM) Pimpinan Daerah  Muhammadiyah (PDM) Kota Magelang, Jawa Tengah. Pengelolaan kepegawaian yang sebelumnya menggunakan sistem manual dengan jumlah SDM yang dikelola sebanyak 248 dengan status yang beragam. Metode kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan beberapa tahap, yaitu dengan mengidentifikasi masalah yang ada, menganalisis situasi dengan cara observasi lapangan dan wawancara kepada pihak-pihak yang terkait, menetapkan program  yang relevan, membuat model sistem kepegawaian yang relevan, melakukan penilaian kelayakan model sistem kepegawaian, dan membuat aplikasi sistem kepegawaian terintegrasi. Penerapan sistem informasi kepegawaian ini memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap performance organisasi Muhammadiyah Kota Magelang dan meningkatkan produktivitas para SDM. Program pengabdian ini juga telah membangun manajemen organisasi yang lebih profesional dan akuntabel.Kata Kunci: amal usaha muhammadiyah; Kota Magelang; sistem informasi kepegawaian Application of Personnel Information Systems in Muhammadiyah Business Charities in Magelang CityABSTRACTAs a large social organization (Ormas) in Indonesia, Muhammadiyah continues to be aware of the importance of up-to-date values to develop an organization that has a lot of charitable efforts. This charity business involves quite a lot of Human Resources (HR) with high management complexity. Therefore, this service program has a focus on developing a staffing information system to appear in the Muhammadiyah Business Charity (AUM) Regional Leadership of Muhammadiyah (PDM) in Magelang City, Central Java. Personnel management previously used a manual system with 248 human resources with varying status. The dedication method activity is carried out in several stages, namely by identifying existing problems, analyzing the situation by means of field observations and interviews with relevant parties, establishing relevant programs, making relevant staffing system models, conducting an appropriateness assessment of the staffing system model, and create an integrated staffing system application. The application of the staffing information system has a significant influence on the performance of the Muhammadiyah organization in the City of Magelang and increases the productivity of the human resources. Abstract

This PRISMA-guided systematic review synthesizes evidence on holistic welfare-based compensation and its association with turnover intention. Searches across Scopus, ScienceDirect, Taylor & Francis Online, Google Scholar, and SINTA targeted 2018–2025 peer-reviewed publications in Indonesian/English directly linking compensation components work flexibility, work–family support/FSSB, compensation & justice, mental-health support/EAP, recognition, and leadership/resources to intention to quit. Thirty-two studies met inclusion criteria (four meta-analyses, three systematic reviews, one randomized field experiment, and twenty-four quantitative studies). Thematic synthesis and SWiM vote counting indicated 28/32 studies reported reduced turnover intention when holistic components were implemented; 3/32 reported increases associated with psychological violence, absenteeism, and burnout/stress; 1/32 showed a nonsignificant direct effect but an indirect pathway via job satisfaction. Key mediators included job satisfaction, engagement, and motivation, while work–family conflict and burnout decreased. Findings align with the Job Demands–Resources framework: augmenting job resources enhances psychological functioning and dampens demands, thereby lowering intention to quit. We recommend a Holistic Total Rewards bundle combining structured flexibility, accessible work–family/FSSB practices, fair and transparent pay, EAP/mental-health supports, recognition, and supportive leadership; future research should use longitudinal/experimental designs, standardize indicators, and assess cost–benefit

Abstract

The purpose of this community service activity is to encourage and increase community empowerment in managing waste, increase community income, and open up employment opportunities in the Griya Cendekia YBW UII Fostered Village, Bantul, DIY. In this community service activity, a circular economy approach is applied by empowering the community. This program involves 25 participants through maggot cultivation training and organic waste management to produce eco-enzyme products. The methods used include stages of socialization, training, and technical assistance. The results of the community service show that this activity improves the community's ability to manage organic waste productively, producing products such as laundry soap, facial soap, and hand sanitizer. This activity concludes that organic waste management through maggot cultivation and eco-enzyme production not only supports environmental sustainability but also creates new economic opportunities for the community.

Abstract

The study investigates the impact of whistle-blowing, forensic audit, and investigative audit on fraud detection, with gender and experience serving as potential moderators. Structured equation modeling (SEM) is used to study the relationships between determinants. This study also seeks to understand the role of gender and experience in determining fraud detection through multigroup analysis. The data used for the analysis includes 97 auditors from the Supreme Audit Agency (BPK RI) and the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) who work in the investigation unit. The findings reveal that whistle-blowing positively and significantly influences forensic audit, investigative audit, and, ultimately, fraud detection. Both forensic and investigative audits also exhibit positive and significant impacts on fraud detection. Moderation effects of gender and experience were not observed in the relationships between whistle-blowing and the aforementioned audits or fraud detection. These findings suggest that the implementation of whistle-blowing systems can facilitate fraud reporting, improve early warning for fraud detection, and function as an effective oversight tool to prevent internal violations in government institutions. This study contributes valuable empirical evidence regarding the interplay between whistle-blowing, forensic and investigative audits, fraud detection, and the moderating roles of gender and experience. It effectively addresses knowledge gaps and offers potential contributions to existing theories, particularly concerning the nuanced influence of gender and experience on fraud detection.
