Abstract

Hasil belajar merupakan kemampuan yang diperoleh individu setelah proses belajar berlangsung, yang dapat memberikan perubahan tingkah laku baik pengetahuan, pemahaman, sikap, dan keterampilan siswa sehingga menjadi lebih baik dari sebelumnya. Hasil belajar siswa dalam pembelajaran PAI dibilang masih rendah karena masih banyak siswa yang belum fokus dalam kegiatan belajar dan kurangnya media pembelajaran yang digunakan di sekolah.Media pembelajaran Question Wheel adalah sebuah media pembelajaran berbentuk roda yang dapat diputar dan dibagi menjadi beberapa sektor/bagian yang di dalamnya terdapat warna untuk memilih pertanyaan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk: 1) Mengetahui  Hasil belajar siswa sebelum menggunakan Media Question Wheel pada mata PAI Islam di kelas 5A SDN 4 Sindanggalih Karangpawitan Garut. 2) Mengetahui penerapan media pembelajaran Question wheel dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI  di kelas 5A SDN 4 Sindanggalih Garut. 3) Mengetahui hasil dari Penerapan Media Pembelajaran Question Wheel dalam Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Siswa pada mata pelajaran PAI di kelas 5A SDN 4 Sindanggalih Karangpawitan Garut Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK), maka prosedur penelitian ini sesuai dengan prosedur penelitian tindakan kelas yang dilakukan dalam proses berdaur/ siklus. Setiap siklus terdiri dari perencanaan, tindakan, observasi, dan refleksi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu dengan observasi, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan Penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif dan kualitatif, yakni menggambarkan dan menggunakan angka dan kalimat untuk memperoleh  data hasil belajar siswa pada siklus I, dan siklus II. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa hasil belajar siswa setelah penerapan media Question Wheel yang awalnya 45,71% menjadi 88,6% dengan peningkatan 17.2% dan mendapat kategori baik. Berdasarkan dari hasil tersebut menunjukkan bahwa penerapan media Question Wheel dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam.di kelas 5A SDN 4 Sindanggalih Karangpawitan Garut.  Kata kunci : Media Questions Wheel, Hasil Belajar, Pendidikan Agama Islam

Abstract

The study of the Qur'an is a fundamental and inseparable part of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). PAI is a core subject in every Islamic educational institution. However, a case study at an educational institution revealed that many students still struggle to achieve good scores in practical Qur'anic reading. Common issues include incorrect pronunciation of letters (makharijul huruf) and neglect of tajweed rules while reading the Qur'an. One contributing factor to these problems is the method used to teach Qur'anic reading in PAI classes. To address these challenges, the Qira’aty method was implemented as a technique to enhance students' Qur'anic reading abilities. This study aims to describe the following: the implementation of the Qira’aty method, the Qur'anic reading proficiency of students, and the impact of the Qira’aty method on improving students' Qur'anic reading skills. The research employs a descriptive quantitative approach, involving interviews and direct field observations to examine the current factual phenomena. The data collected were analyzed both qualitatively and statistically. The results show that the average score for the implementation of the Qira’aty method is 4.11, which falls into the "very good" category. Similarly, the average score for students' Qur'anic reading proficiency is 4.07, also categorized as "very good." Furthermore, the application of the Qira’aty method in class showed a significant impact on students' reading abilities, with an F value of 8.69, which is greater than the critical value of 4.24 (Fhitung > Ftabel). Thus, it can be concluded that the Qira’aty method significantly enhances students' proficiency in reading the Qur'an.  Keywords: Qira’aty Method, Qur'anic Reading Proficiency, Islamic Religious Education

Abstract

Motivation is a crucial factor influencing the success of the Tahfidz exam. A student will achieve the desired outcomes in learning if they possess an intrinsic desire to study. Motivation acts as a driving force towards achieving good results, prompting individuals to engage in activities due to an internal drive. However, the reality at SMP IT Al-Khoiriyyah Garut shows that student motivation for learning Tahfidz is significantly lacking. This is evidenced by the finding that 40% of students fail the Tahfidz exam and must undergo intensive memorization quarantine. The Tahfidz exam, faced by ninth-grade students, carries a significant burden. This burden is not only personal but also social, as the exam is witnessed by school authorities and parents alike. Therefore, students must thoroughly master the Qur'anic verses they have memorized to perform smoothly during the exam. The objective of this study is to describe the influence of motivation for memorizing the Qur'an on the Tahfidz exam performance of ninth-grade students at SMP IT Al-Khoiriyyah, Karangpawitan, Garut. This research employs a quantitative correlational approach with simple regression analysis. Data collection methods include observation, document study, and questionnaires distributed to 50 students who served as samples for this study. Data processing was carried out through statistical data analysis. The results indicate that the average score for motivation in memorizing the Qur'an is 3.98, falling within the interval of 3.01-4.00, categorized as "good." Similarly, the average score for the Tahfidz exam is 3.96, also within the interval of 3.01-4.00, categorized as "good." Based on statistical analysis, it is found that motivation for memorizing the Qur'an influences the Tahfidz exam performance by 86.24%. Abstract

Learning outcomes are the abilities acquired by students after undergoing the learning process, involving relatively permanent behavioral changes. This learning process encompasses goals set by teachers, including cognitive, affective, and psychomotor abilities. According to research findings, many students' learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) are below the Minimum Competency Criteria (KKM). One contributing factor is the frequent use of monotonous strategies, methods, and media by teachers during the teaching process, causing students to feel bored and unmotivated to achieve good results. The Index Card Match method is a teaching approach that encourages students to collaborate and enhances their responsibility for what they learn in an enjoyable manner. This collaborative learning activity helps foster active learning and teaching abilities through small group cooperation, allowing students to achieve better understanding and mastery of the material. The objectives of this study are: To describe the learning outcomes in PAI before the implementation of the Index Card Match method. To describe the learning outcomes in PAI after the implementation of the Index Card Match method. To describe the impact of the Index Card Match method on the learning outcomes in PAI. This research employs an experimental method with a quasi-experimental design. The study sample consists of 16 students in the experimental group and 16 students in the control group. The findings indicate that the Index Card Match method significantly influences students' learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Religious Education on the topic of understanding the divine scriptures. This is evidenced by the statistical results showing a significance value (Sig.) of 0.000 < 0.05, indicating that the null hypothesis (H0) is rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) is accepted. This signifies that there is a significant impact of the Index Card Match method on improving students' learning outcomes in the PAI subject.  Keywords: Index Card Match Method, Learning Outcomes, Islamic Religious Education (PAI)

Abstract

The Qur'an is the main source for Muslims which serves as a guide for life in the world to achieve life in the hereafter. Because of this function, the effort to study and understand the Qur'an is a very important issue so that the messages contained in it can be accepted as well as implemented. In addition, it is an inherent belief among Muslims that the Qur'an is a miracle of the Prophet Muhammad Saw which is eternal and its teachings are universal. This study aims to describe the Effect of Learning Tajweed Science Through Power Point Media on Students' Reading Ability in Al-Qur'an Hadith Subjects. Quantitative methods are used in this study because the research results are presented in the form of statistical figures. The type of research chosen is descriptive correlative, which is research that aims to determine the effect or relationship between two or more variables. Used to study a specific population or sample. Data collection using research tools, statistical data analysis whose purpose is to test the hypothesis given. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it is found that there is an effect of the influence of Tajweed Science Learning through Power Point Media on Students' Qur'an Reading Ability in Qur'an Hadith Subjects showing a significant influence, this is evidenced by the results of a correlation analysis of 46.77% which lies in the range of 0.40-0.50 and is included in the high category with a confidence level of 5%. Abstract

The Qur'an is the main obligation for every Muslim and should also be started early so that the child's mind is still clean and his memory is still strong. One form of learning the Qur'an that can be started early is Tahfidzul Qur'an. This can be realized when educational institutions such as schools have religious activities, one of which is about habituating the Juz 'Amma memorization program to students. This study uses a descriptive quantitative method because in this study the results are presented in the form of statistical figures. This quantitative research is carried out to clarify something based on data obtained from the field. The results of the study showed that the habit of memorizing Juz 'Amma in the tahfidz program had an average of 4,53 thus the average was in the interval area of 4,01-5,00 included in the category of "Very Good", this showed that the affective aspect of students increased after the teacher applied the habit of memorizing Juz 'Amma in the tahfidz program, while the affective aspect had an average of 4,7 thus the average was in the interval area of 4,01-5,00 included in the "Very Good" category, this shows that the habit of memorizing Juz 'Amma is the right solution to improve the affective aspect of students. Based on the statistical test "There is an Effect" of the habit of memorizing Juz 'Amma on the improvement of students' affective 0,20 – 0,39 while other variables that were not studied and affected the habit of memorizing Juz 'Amma were 62,5%.  Keywords: habituation; juz 'amma; Affective

Abstract

Learning motivation is the overall psychic driving force within a person that causes learning activities and provides direction to those learning activities in order to achieve a goal. Based on that, learning motivation is one of the determining elements of student learning outcomes. However, in reality there are motivational problems that occur that indicate extrinsic motivation problems. This can be seen from the data obtained from the research location regarding the lack of appreciation in learning, the lack of interesting activities in learning and the lack of a conducive learning environment. The impact that occurs if students do not have motivation will be that there will be no goals and organized behavior. There are many things that can be done to improve student learning motivation, one of which is by implementing a cooperative learning model of the think pair share type which can create effective and enjoyable learning, is able to provide motivation, and can improve learning outcomes. The purpose of this study was to describe the effect of implementing a cooperative learning model of the think pair share type on student learning motivation in the subject of Islamic Cultural History. Thus, to determine the effect of implementing a cooperative learning model of the think pair share type (Variable X), with student learning motivation in the subject of Islamic Cultural History (Variable Y). This type of research uses quantitative with descriptive methods. The data collection techniques are by means of questionnaires, observations, interviews and documentation studies. The subjects in this study were students of grades VII and VIII at MTs Darul Asyiqin Banyuresmi Garut, namely 87 students. The results of the study, Fcount> Ftable, namely 57.366> 3.95, then the decision taken is H0 is rejected, then Ha is accepted. Based on the calculation of the coefficient of determination, it shows that there is an influence of the application of the think pair share type cooperative learning model on student learning motivation by 40.3% and the remaining 59.7% is influenced by other factors not included in this study. Abstract

This research discusses the application of audio visual learning media and its implications for improving students' abilities in reading the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in Qurdis subjects in Class VII-2 MTs. Al-Musaddadiyah Garut. The ability to read the Al-Qur'an is an individual's ability to read the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly in accordance with applicable rules. However, in reality the ability to read the Al-Qur'an of students in class VII-2 MTs. Al Musaddadiyah Garut is still relatively low, this is proven by the results of pre-research observations. Only around 44% of the 31 students demonstrated their ability to read the Koran effectively, this was due to several factors, including family factors where both parents were busy working and only lived with their grandmother. So there is a lack of supervision and attention, in addition to environmental factors that are less supportive, where after being asked this child often plays with his cellphone so he forgets time and disturbs his time for reciting the Koran, as a result he is reciting the Koran at home alone without assistance. After a home visit, the child turned out to be a victim of his parents' divorce. Meanwhile, his mother's whereabouts are unknown, so stimulus is needed, one of which is using learning media, namely audio-visual media. The aim of this research is to describe the significance of students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in Class VII-2 MTs. Al–Musaddadiyah Garut, describes the application of audio visual learning media to students' ability to read the Koran and Hadith in Class VII-2 MTs. Al–Musaddadiyah Garut, described the increase in students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an and Hadith in Class VII-2 MTs. Al-Musaddadiyah Garut Using Audio Visual Media and Its Implications. The method used is Classroom Action Research (PTK). Data collection techniques include observation, questionnaires, Al-Qur'an reading tests, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique in PTK only uses simple statistical formulas to find the average value and percentage of students' Al-Qur'an reading ability assessments. Based on the results of classroom action research conducted in two cycles, there was a quite drastic increase in students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an in cycle I to 71%, then experienced another increase in cycle II to 82%. It can be understood that there is an increase in the ability to read the Al-Qur'an from the results of the Al-Qur'an reading test with a significance of 27% from pre-cycle to cycle I and 11% from cycle I to cycle II. So, overall there was an increase in students' ability to read the Al-Qur'an with a significance of 38% from pre-cycle to cycle II.  Keywords: Islamic Religious Education, Ability to Read the Qur'an and Hadits, Audio Visual Media

Abstract

The success of the learning process in the classroom can be seen from students' interest in learning. Because students' interest in learning will achieve maximum results if teachers who are directly involved in the learning process have social competence, mastery of material broadly and deeply will not be conveyed properly to students if the teacher is unable to communicate actively with students. Teacher's social competence is the ability to communicate and interact actively and efficiently with students, other teachers, employees, parents, principals and the surrounding community.The purpose of this study is to describe; the influence of teacher's social competence on students' interest in learning Islamic religious education subjects. Thus, it can find out the extent of the influence of teacher social competence (Variable X) on student interest in learning (Variable Y). The method used in this study, is an inferential quantitative method, by collecting data or information about the phenomenon under study. Data collection techniques by means of observation, interviews, questionnaires or questionnaires distributed to 57 respondents. While for data processing is done by statistical data analysis. The results showed that students' interest in learning in Islamic Religious Education subjects had an average of 26.59, thus the average value was in the interval area 2.01-3.00, including in a fairly good category. While the teacher's social competence has an average of 26.80, thus the average is in the interval area of 2.01-3.00, including in a fairly good category. Based on statistical tests, there is an effect of teacher social competence on student interest in Islamic religious education subjects by 32% which is categorized as good, while other factors that influence student learning outcomes as much as 68% students but are not examined in this study. Abstract

Islamic Religious Education has an important role, including in terms of social elements. One of the materials in Islamic Religious Education that contains social values ​​and demands emphasis on aspects of affection and practice is taking care of corpses, which is a worship material in the Fiqh subject. In this material, each student is required to be able and skilled to practice it. The method is one of the ways used by teachers so that students can understand and even practice the material presented. One method that is suitable for delivering material on taking care of corpses is the demonstration method. This is the background for researchers to conduct this research. The objectives of this study are to describe; 1) students' skills in bathing corpses in the Fiqh subject of class IX MTs. Al-Musaddadiyah Garut; 2) the effectiveness of the demonstration method in bathing the corpse in the Fiqh subject of class IX MTs. Al-Musaddadiyah Garut; and 3) the effectiveness of the demonstration method on students' skills in bathing the corpse in the Fiqh subject of class IX MTs. Al-Musaddadiyah Garut. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. While the analysis technique used in this study is a descriptive analysis technique consisting of three flows, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that; 1) student skills in bathing corpses in class ix MTs.Al-Musaddadiyah scratch can be said to be successful, see 80% of students can carry out the practice test of fiqih learning especially on the sub-chapter of bathing corpses have met the minimum requirement criteria (KKM); 2) implementation of learning by using demonstration methods on fiqih subjects in particular on the sub-chapter bathing corpses is effective. And then;  3) the demonstration method is said to be effective in improving student body bath skills on fiqih subjects di MTs.Al-Musadadiyah Garut, because students not only understand but also are skilled at bathing bodies.  Keyword: Islamic Education, Demonstration Method, Body Bath Skills.
