Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee loyalty at PT Air Bersih Jawa Timur. This research employed a quantitative correlational approach involving 69 employees as the population and 35 respondents as the research sample. Data were collected using questionnaires and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using IBM SPSS Statistics version 22.0 for Windows, including Pearson Product Moment correlation and simple linear regression analyses. The results indicate a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and employee loyalty. Furthermore, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. These findings imply that higher work motivation is associated with stronger employee loyalty toward the organization. Therefore, the company should continuously enhance employee motivation to maintain and improve employee loyalty.
