Abstract

Kinerja guru merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam menunjang mutu pendidikan. Penelitian ini membahas gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah Bendunganjati Pacet Mojokerto.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adaah penelitian kuantitatif dengan populasi berjumlah 30 orang dan sampel berjumlah 30 orang yang tergolong sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitif dengan menggunakan pendekatan asisiatif kausal atau sebab akibat. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, 2) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara motivasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru, dan 3) Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara bersama antara gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di Madrasah Aliyah Unggulan Hikmatul Amanah Bendunganjati Pacet Mojokerto. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan dan motivasi kepala sekolah yang baik berpengaruh yang signifikan pada peningkatan kinerja guru. Sehingga menjadi perhatian bersama bagi para pimpinan lembaga pendidikan dalam menerapkan gaya kepemimpinan serta pemberian motivasi kepada guru yang berdampak pada semangat kerja dan meningkatnya kinerja guru.

Abstract

This research aims at describing overarticulator contoid [r] deaf children Indonesia. This research uses the qualitative descriptive method. Data researched is overartikulator contoid [r] deaf children. The source of data is the son of deaf SLB-B on kindergarten groups A deaf bit heavy. Data collection is done with the data source mimicked speech researcher and teacher or when pronouncing vocabulary list Containing contoid [r]. The collection of data using techniques of natural observation, observation, participation, of a scheduled Fishing fishing substitution, recording, record-keeping, and field. Data analysis using the method in accordance with the technique of determining element is broken. Based on data analysis, contoid [r] resulting in two groups of deaf children. The Union, contoid [r] generated anyway. [r], [«r«r], [arer], [rr], [l], [ll], [«l], [l«], and [et]. Second, contoid [r] produced change. In two of the group, contoid [r] created by [r], [ The results contain the differences distinguishing characteristic on the basis of the representation and the representation of contoid phonetic [r]. In the difference that happens overarticulator contoid [r] which does not occur on other contoids. From an overarticulator, it changes the sounds anaptiksis, reduplication, and contoid attenuation [r].

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memperoleh informasi tentang Manajemen Perilaku Organisasi Madrasah Pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darussalam Pacet Tahun 2017/2018. Penelitian ini merumuskan bagaimana Manajemen perilaku organisasi madrasah pada MI Tahun 2017/2018 dalam mewujudkan sumber daya manusia, hambatan dan solusinya. Tujuan penelitian 1) mendeskripsikan manajemen perilaku organisasi madrasah pada MI Tahun 2017/2018 dalam mewujudkan sumber daya manusia. 2) Menganalisis hambatan dan solusi dalam penelitian ini.Hasil penelitian mengungkap mengenai (1) Manajemen Perilaku Organisasi Madrasah Pada Madrasah Ibtidaiyah (MI) Darussalam Pacet dalam mewujudkan sumber daya manusia yang dilakukan dengan perencanaan; dilaksanakan dengan melakukan analisis terhadap seluruh kegiatan atau beban pekerjaan kapasitas intelektual, kapabilitas, pengalaman kerjadan ketauladanan. Rekrutmen; mengutamakan prestasi akademik, non akademik, berakhlak baik,dan mengesampingkan hubungan kekerabatan serta mengutamakan prestasi dan profesionalisme. Pengembangan; mengubah perilaku agar terjadi perubahan danada peningkatan melalui workshop, diklat dan pelatihan. Pengawasan; dilakukan sesuai jadwal sebulan sekali pada seluruh rangkaian kegiatan sekolah, keadaan siswa, sarana prasarana, guru, program, fasilitas. Evaluasi; tiga tahap yaitu bulanan, tengah semester dan akhir semester, serta akhir tahun pembelajaran. Hambatan; Tenaga pengajar belum sesuai yang dibutuhkan, bukan lulusan pendidikan Guru, guru yang sudah mengajar tidak sesuai bidangnya, minimnya pengawasan, minimnya pengembangan kapasitas, dan kurangnya evaluasi. Solusi; manajemen rekrutmen dengan seleksi akademis dan non akademis, pengembangan guru pelatihan, worshop, pengawasan dan perhatian terhadap organisasi tersebut.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to discuss planning, organizing, and implementing counseling services for broken home students through the Aswaja approach. This article uses a type of qualitative research with a case study approach. In this research, data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. In data analysis, the researcher went through the stages of data reduction, presenting the data, and concluding the data. The researcher validated the data obtained using triangulation of techniques and sources. The findings in this research consist of: First, guidance and counseling teachers plan counseling services by making needs analysis, work programs, and activity plans. Second, guidance and counseling teachers organize their activity plans in coordination with the homeroom teacher. The things discussed were the majority of problems that arose in the previous year and the selection of the Aswaja approach as a treatment for the aspirations and input of stakeholders. Third, guidance and counseling teachers carry out counseling services at any time when problems arise, regardless of the schedule of activities made. Fourth, guidance and counseling teachers encounter obstacles in the form of not having special time for counseling services and having to take active lesson hours, while the supporting factors for implementing the Aswaja approach cannot be separated from the support of homeroom teachers and religious teachers.

Abstract

The Kiai's strategy has an important role in Islamic boarding schools to realize the goals and achieve a vision and mission of Islamic boarding schools. What is the kiai's strategy in developing the education system and what is the kiai's strategy in implementing the salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization. As well as knowing the nature, history, characteristics, education system, functions and goals in realizing this. There are two focuses of this research, namely: 1). What is the kiai's strategy in developing the salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization? 2). What is the kiai's strategy in implementing the salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization? 3). Why the Al-Yasini Integrated Islamic Boarding School must develop a salafiyah education system in the midst of modernization. In this study, the author uses a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data by means of triangulation. The results of the research found at the research site indicate that the kiai's strategy in developing the Salafiyah pesantren education system in the midst of modernization (a case study at PP Terpadu Al-Yasini Pasuruan) is going well. The policy carried out by the kiai is to require participation in all formal and non-formal activities.

Abstract

Fundamental analysis is an approach that is often used in predict stock prices movement, The issue raised in this study is how the influence of the ROA, ROE, and NPM against stock prices of mining companies coal sub sector listed on the stock exchange in 2018-2019. The Population in this study were mining companies coal sub sector listes on the stock exchange in 2018-2019 a many 32 company. Sample in this research 21 company and using proporsionate random sampling and data collection in this research using secondary data were data quantitative which calculate using ratio analysis. Analysis Result on this study showing return on assets (ROA) has positif significantly on stock prices with coefficient 0.929 or 9,29%. Based on the calculate t-table showing that Return of Equity (ROE) Positif not Significantly result on stock stock prices with coefficient 0.054 or 5,4% as well as from the result of this study showing that Net Profir Margin (NPM) has Positive Significantly on stock prices with Coefficient -,0.306 or 30,6%.

Abstract

Strategy is an effort, program or plan of the principal in learning activities in the classroom and outside the classroom during the pandemic. School principals have an important position in determining policies and providing education during the Covid-19 pandemic. Policy is the attitude taken by the principal and becomes the basis of work in the educational environment he leads. The pandemic period is a period of spreading epidemic disease outbreaks caused by a new virus called sar cov-2. The research objectives are to find out: 1). Planning 2) Organizing 3) Implementation and 4) Supervision of school principals in learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic. This type of research is a case study approach. Collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data by means of triangulation. The results showed that the principal's strategy in learning policies during the Covid-19 pandemic at Maarif Jogosari Pandaan Elementary School, Pasuruan Regency went well with seven policies, namely: 1) Carrying out learning boldly 2) Forming a school Covid-19 Task Force 3) Using an emergency curriculum 4) Determination of Attendance Schedule for Educators and Education Personnel with a picket schedule 5) Removing extracurricular activities 6) Implementing limited face-to-face learning activities 7) Reducing education costs

Abstract

The recruitment process is very important to obtain an effective recruitment result. Recruitment is carried out according to the needs of the school. This study is aimed to analyze the planning, organization, and implementation of the recruitment of educators in strengthening the quality of human resources at SMP-IT Hikmatul Ummah Mojosari. This research belongs to qualitative research with a field research approach. The data collected are in the form of primary data obtained from primary sources and secondary data obtained from other parties. The data were collected through interviews, observation, and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicated that the planning, organization and implementation of the recruitment of educators at SMP-IT Hikmatul Ummah Mojosari were carried out by the Curriculum Department after receiving approval from the principal and the foundation. The information dissemination utilizes social media and family networks which were based on the principle of recruiting educators objectively by considering several aspects of the requirements: the national education standards about teaching staff and the standards set by the institution.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze: (1) Islamic education planning in shaping the discipline of students; (2) organizing Islamic education in shaping the discipline of students; (3) the implementation of Islamic education in shaping the discipline of students; (4) supervision of Islamic education in shaping the discipline of students at MA Maarif Sukorejo. This research uses a qualitative research approach with a qualitative descriptive research design. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observations, documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are (1) Islamic education planning in shaping the discipline of students: order planning carried out by stake holders and socialized to students. (2) The organization of Islamic education in shaping the discipline of students, the head of the madrasa appoints several teachers or staff who are given additional tasks to organize and are responsible for the smooth running of disciplinary activities that have been planned to run well. (3) The implementation of Islamic education in shaping this discipline, namely all parties, all madrasah stakeholders, especially the object, namely students and those who set an example are teachers and staff in madrasas. (4) Supervision of Islamic education in shaping the discipline of students in Maarif Sukorejo Maarif Makorejo is carried out by the committee, the head of the madrasa, and the student affairs, the homeroom teacher and the BK.

Abstract

The leadership strategy is a series of certain ways or steps taken by leaders to influence individuals or groups so that they voluntarily carry out the goals to be achieved. In this case the policy taken by a leader to be followed by groups or individuals. The focus of this research is threefold, 1) What is the strategy of the head of madrasah at MTs Darul Ulum Rembang Pasuruan in improving the quality of content (curriculum) during the Covid-19 pandemic, 2) What is the strategy of the head of madrasah at MTs Darul Ulum Rembang Pasuruan in improving the quality of teaching staff (tendik). during the Covid-19 pandemic, 3) What is the strategy of the head of the Madrasah at MTs Darul Ulum Rembang Pasuruan in improving the quality of facilities and infrastructure (sapras) during the Covid-19 pandemic. In this study, the author uses a type of qualitative research with a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collected through observation, interviews and documentation. The validity of the data by means of triangulation. The results of the research found at the research location showed that the principal's strategy in improving the quality of education during the covid-19 pandemic was quite successful, the strategies used included, among others, forming an emergency curriculum development team, making lesson plans adapted to local culture, in learning carried out by remotely, and 50% face-to-face by complying with health protocols. In addition, increasing educators and education staff by always including training if there are workshops or participating, in improving facilities and infrastructure, namely by coordinating at the beginning of the new school year, determining planning and implementation, the results of coordination are the procurement of masks, hand sanitizer, soap and washing facilities. hand. As well as adding wifi capacity, in addition to improving infrastructure such as furniture, adding computers and laptops, and LCD projectors.
