Abstract

This research aims to find out whether Islamic Religious Education textbooks prepared by teachers can help students improve students' understanding of Islamic Religious Education subjects amidst easy access to knowledge via internet sources and students' interest in reading (books) is currently relatively low. . Remembering that this subject is an important mandatory subject to be taught at SDN. 64 Tanatoa. To support the Islamic Religious Education learning process, learning media and textbooks are needed as one of them. The type of research used is empirical juridical, which emphasizes one variable, namely the benefits of textbooks as an effort to increase students' understanding of PAI subjects. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods and approaches to obtain results which can be concluded that the existence of Islamic Religious Education textbooks really helps students in completing the tasks given because the textbooks provided by the teacher are equipped with competency test sheets, so they can increase students' understanding of the subject. Abstract

Effectivenessisnotjustaboutgivinginfluenceormessagesbutisalsorelatedtothesuccessofgoals,setting standards, professionalism, setting targets, theexistence of programs, materials, and methods.Targets or facilities &can also have an influence on the goals tobe achieved. Zoom is a video conferencing service basedoncloudcomputing.Theapplicationcanbeusedonavarietyofmobiledevices,desktops,tophones androomsystems.Onlinelearningislearningthatusesaninternetnetworkwithaccessibility,connectivity, flexibility, and the ability to create various types of learning interactions. This research used qualitative methodswiththeresearchlocationatSTAIYapnasandtheinformantsinterviewed were10studentsand5 lecturers from each department at STAI Yapnas Jeneponto. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the researchshowthat 8out of 10students feel that they are effective in using theZoom Cloud Meeting application as an onlinelearning medium, and 3 outof5lecturersalsofeelthisway.Becausewhencomparedtootherapplications,theZoomCloudmeeting application is superior in terms of security and the complete features available

Abstract

This article describes about underhanded marriages that still leave various problems in a family and society. Religion and the state have provided clear references that a marriage is valid if it meets the requirements of the pillars and must be recorded. Marriage registration is carried out for orderly administration and to avoid negative impacts from an unregistered marriage. On the other hand, marriage registration is part of the implementation of Islamic law from the aspect of maqashid asy-syari'ah (for the benefit of the married couple). Problems that arise due to underhanded marriages not only occur to the wife, husband, but also have an impact on the children born, even society. If there is a problem in the family, the husband and wife cannot submit the problem to the Religious Court because there is no authentic evidence showing that the couple is a legitimate husband and wife. As a result for the child, he does not have a civil relationship with his father, but only has a civil relationship with his mother and his mother's family. Therefore, the child does not have inheritance rights, guardianship rights, and others. The solution to the problem of unregistered marriage is to raise awareness in the community about the importance of registering marriages, make it easier to grant permits for polygamy, and prevent illegal practices for those whose profession is marrying other people.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pandangan Fiqh Muamalah dalam belanja Online serta sistem pembayaran COD perspektif Fiqh Muamalah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian library research dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Penelitian ini menekankan kekuatan analitis sumber-sumber dan data-data dengan mengandalkan teori-teori atau konsep yang mengarah pada pembahasan terkait sistem pembayaran COD dalam belanja Online perspektif Fiqh Muamalah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jual beli online merupakan transaksi pada zaman modern sehingga tidak bisa terhindarkan karena banyak digemari masyarakat termasuk yang beragama Islam, disisi lain Islam menerapkan secara khusus mekanisme transaksi jual beli yang termaktub dalam fiqh muamalat. Jika dilihat dari prinsip atau etika bertrasaksi jual beli pada fiqh muamalah tidak bertentangan dengan jual beli online selamat tidak ada yang merasa terzalimi diantara keduanya atau saling mempercayai atas objek atau barang jualan tidak bertentangan denga syariat. Adapun proses transaksinya yang menggunakan fasilitas teknologi sehingga tidak bertemu secara langsung antara pembeli dan penjual, merupakan bentuk perkembangan zaman yang modern dan penggunaan teknologi. Fiqh muamalah tidak melarang penggunaan teknologi tersebut bahkan memudahkan penggunanya selama prinsip-prinsip kepercayaan tercapai. Selain itu, fasilitas cash on delivery (COD) merupakan salah satu metode pembayaran yang dilakukan dalam jual beli online yang sejalan dengan fiqh muamalah khusunya akad jual beli salam. Walaupun secara teks berbeda pada metode pesanan karena jual beli salam di zaman dahulu dilakukan secara langsung (kedua belah pihak bertemu langsung). Namun pada zaman modern ini dilakukan secara online tetapi substasinya sama-sama menunggu barang dan pembayaran setelah barang selesai atau sampai pada pebeli dengan harga dan spesifikasi yang telah disepakati.
