Abstract

Abstract This research aimed at finding out and analyzing the e-Goverment of Central Sulawesi Province and to what extent the e-government has been implemented. This research used descriptive method employing qualitative approach. The informants were taken purposively, which means that they understood well about the subject matter and those who got involved in the e-goverment. The technique used was qualitative data analysis in which the researcher’s own reasoning for connectin facts, data, and information was used. In this research, implementation of E-Government in Central Sulawesi Province Government has not run optimally and effectively, because it is not supported by the quality and capacity of Human Resources (Human Resource Skills) consequently less data is valid and up to date. In addition, the Internet network running optimally in accessing data from outside because it is not supported by device policy for the Governor of Central Sulawesi. Financing e-government in the province of Central Sulawesi done in stages in accordance with what has been planned to the area 2011-2016.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan kepada para siswa khususnya calon dan pengurus Organisasi Siswa Intra Sekolah (OSIS) di SMK Al Amanah, Kecamatan Setu, Kota Tangerang Selatan tentang bagaimana mengelola dan mengembangkan organisasi. Selain itu memberikan pengetahuan akan pentingnya pola komunikasi di dalam organisasi. Kemudian para siswa juga diberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana meningkatkan motivasi di dalam berorganisasi.Sasaran kegiatan PKM adalah para siswa-siswi SMK Al Amanah, khususnya para calon dan pengurus OSIS serta guru yang menjadi pembina OSIS. Permasalahan diselesaikan melalui tiga (3) tahapan yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Tahap persiapan diawali dengan melakukan survei lokasi untuk memeroleh informasi terkait kebutuhan para siswa dan pengurus OSIS sekaligus membangun komunikasi dengan civitas sekolah seperti kepala sekolah dan guru yang merupakan pembina OSIS. Tahap pelaksanaan difokuskan untuk menyiapkan semua kebutuhan kegiatan, seperti membuat rancangan anggaran biaya, proposal, penyusunan materi dan menyiapkan alat kelengkapan. Tahap evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengumpulkan dan menyimpulkan data dari masing-masing tahapan kegiatan.Hasil kegiatan berjalan sesuai dengan yang diharapkan. Hal ini terlihat dari antusias para peserta. Para peserta memeroleh input dari materi-materi yang disampaikan yang meliputi materi keorganisasian, komunikasi dan motivasi. Kegiatan juga mendapat dukungan penuh dari para civitas sekolah di antaranya: kepala sekolah dan para guru yang menjadi pembina OSIS. Kegiatan ini dinilai menambah khazanah keilmuan bagi para siswa lantaran tidak diperoleh di proses belajar kelas.Kata kunci: organisasi, komunikasi, motivasi, OSIS, Kota Tangerang Selata

Abstract

Following the pandemic that affected practically everyone in the world, includingIndonesia, the government recommended that people consume fruits more attentively asa self-protection strategy against the coronavirus. This is a healthy trend that mustcontinue to improve Indonesian nutrition. As a result, the author decided to launchFruzfruit Sorbetto, a frozen dessert sorbet business based on high-quality fresh fruits andmade from fruit raw materials, thus it has a considerably higher nutritional value and ishealthier. The goal is to give an alternate method to enjoy fruit. The Fruzfruit Sorbettocompany is expected to have a payback in year three and a total net present value (NPV)purchase of Rp. 218.265.256 in year five, with a sales ratio of 34%. Thus, FruzfruitSorbetto will constantly prioritize continual innovation and deliver the greatest serviceto provide a positive experience for every consumer.Keywords: Sorbet, fruit, business feasibility, business plan, healthy frozen dessert.

Abstract

Dessert is a food served as a cover after the main food that is often found in various countries, including Indonesia. In Indonesia, dessert is usually called "makanan pencuci mulut". Dessert is identical with a sweet taste that is able to arouse the appetite of those who see it because of its attractive appearance. Therefore, an analysis will be carried out regarding the feasibility of the business in the dessert industry to be able to determine the sustainability of the business. In this business plan, a name will be given according to the dessert product that will be launched later, namely D'Sweety Layers which can describe a layered dessert cake with a sweet taste, which is called layers crepes cake. The target audience segmentation is the millennial generation and Z generation, who have so far been accustomed to following trends. Then expand the range not only offline stores but can be ordered online through the food delivery platform.

Abstract

Attendance record is very important because it can measure the level of someone’s dicipline. Any formal environments definitely use this method to monitor attendance. There are various methods of doing attendance, such as by biometric systems (fingerprint) or through by system. At the beginning, PT BPR Dana Makmur employee’s do attendance with a fingerprint machine. However the presence of coronavirus (Covid-19) caused changes of the attendance method in PT BPR Dana Makmur because the virus can be transmitted through fingerprint. From this problem, researchers tried to develop a web-based presence system to replace fingerprint methods. This application is expected to minimize the spread of the virus at PT BPR Dana Makmur or other company environtment.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of tax knowledge and tax awareness on taxpayer compliance, with e-filing examined as a moderating variable. Data were collected through questionnaires from 96 individual taxpayers registered at the North Batam Pratama Tax Office (KPP Pratama Batam Utara). The research employed a quantitative associative approach with a causal design, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS 3. The results reveal that tax knowledge has a negative effect on taxpayer compliance, while tax awareness has a positive effect. Furthermore, e-filing moderates these relationships in different ways: it weakens the negative effect of knowledge by simplifying reporting procedures, but it also reduces the direct influence of awareness as compliance becomes more associated with technological convenience. These findings underscore the relevance of the Theory of Planned Behavior in explaining compliance behavior, while also highlighting the role of technology in reshaping compliance dynamics. Future studies are encouraged to incorporate broader behavioral and institutional factors, and policymakers are advised to strengthen tax education, awareness campaigns, and the reliability of e-filing infrastructure.
