Abstract

This research aims at providing an overview of: the performance of educational personnel at STIA Panca Marga Palu in completing their work which the results of such work can be related to the quality, quantity, effectiveness, timeliness and independence that emphasize the outcome obtained in carrying out work activities as educational staff. These five elements of the characteristics performance are associated with the field of job as an educational staff is generally already applied in the application of their respective duties of educational personnel. But two elements namely quality and timeliness are not optimally applied by half od the educational staff. Informants in this research consist of 10 people. Data analysis techniques as commonly used in a qualitative research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. Results of the research show that all five elements of performance have been relatively carried out, although there are two elements which are still not optimally run. This means that it needs a policy to promote discipline of educational personnel to carry out tasks that emphasizes on enhancing the quality of staffs’ performance, also in performing the task they should do it on time.

Abstract

The aims to determine and describe the effectiveness of mobile car services for A and C driving licenses extention on the satisfaction of the applicant so that it is found a strategy to improve the quality of the mobile car services for A and C Dr200iving licenses extention,. To find out the factors that are inhibiting and supporting as well as alternative solutions. The basis of the research was survey and the type of research was descriptive qualitative. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The population in this research amounted to 100 people with sample of 31 people. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, quistionnares, and documentation. Data Analysis techniques used qualitative analysis techniques using frequency and percentage tables. reseacher used independent variable with indicators from Sondang P. Siagian which are 1. Timelines, 2. Accuracy, 3. Style of providing informant services, as well as dependent variable indicators are 1. Tangibles, 2. Reliablity, 3. Responsiveness, 4. Assurance, 5. Emphaty. The Results of the reseach on the indicators of timelines, accuracy and style of service delivery are good while the indicators of responsiveness and direct evidence are still not good because there are still obstacles. The inhibiting factor is that the are still officers who have the task of not being responsive in serving the community of applicants by extending a Driving License and the available facilities are inadequate.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of leadership motivation in improving the performance of members of the Gegana Detachment of the Mobile Brigade Unit of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving five informants. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that leadership motivation plays a significant role in enhancing members' performance through inspiration, encouragement, fostering sincerity in work, and professional development. Leaders who actively engage in the field, provide recognition, and create a positive work environment can strengthen members' dedication and loyalty. A humanistic and appreciative leadership approach contributes to increased discipline, work effectiveness, and readiness in handling high-intensity tasks. This study confirms that inspirational leadership and appropriate motivational strategies contribute to creating a productive and professional work environment.
