This research is a literature study with the novel as an object of the research. This research focuses on analyzing bisexual narration in Emily Bronte?s novel, Wuthering Heighst. The bisexual narrations themselves are shown in the ambiguities of the narration; whether it is feminine or masculine. This research aims to show the ambiguity or bisexuality narration as ?hysteria? of women's writing in one of the literary works written by Emily Bronte Wuthering Heights. The result of this research show that narration in Wuthering Heights is bisexual which is proven by the ambiguity of the narration, and that bisexual narration can be regarded as ?hysteria? of women?s writing.

Dian Purnomo tells the story of the struggle of the Sangihe residents in her novel entitled Perempuan yang Menunggu di Lorong Menuju Laut. Social resistance in the novel is studied using Scott's theory of social resistance. The research method used was descriptive qualitative and literature analysis. The research results found forms of social resistance of the Sangihe people in the novel, (1) oration; (2) petition; (3) demo; (4) sue; and (5) blocking the road. The type of resistance carried out by the Sangihe people based on Scott's theory of resistance is open resistance. The type of social resistance carried out by the Sangihe people, based on Scott's theory of resistance, is open resistance. A resistance that aims to confront two opposing parties. This novel teaches not to give up quickly and to continue fighting to do the right thing without fear. That natural wealth should be preserved and protected. And human rights to maintain survival must not be violated in any form.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana lingkungan sekolah berperan dalam perkembangan perilaku siswa kelas V Madrasah Ibtidaiyah AlMukhlisin Kota Jambi. Terdapat permasalahan yang di temukan yaitu siswa yang susah untuk diatur, siswa yang susah untuk dinasihati, siswa yang susah untuk di tegur, siswa yang bermain saat jam Pelajaran berlangsung, siswa yang susah dalam menyetor hafalan surah pendek. Pernyataan penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana peran lingkungan sekolah dalam pengembangkan perilaku siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Mukhlisin Kota Jambi, Faktor apa saja yang melatarbelakangi perkembangan perilaku siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah AlMukhlisin Kota Jambi, dan Apa Upaya sekolah dalam mengembangkan perilaku siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Mukhlisin Kota Jambi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan perilaku siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Mukhlisin Kota Jambi, untuk mengetahui yang melatarbelakangi perkembangan perilaku siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Mukhlisin Kota Jambi dan untuk mengetahui Upaya sekolah dalam mengembangkan perilaku siswa di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah AlMukhlisin kota Jambi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif, Dimana data yang dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi yang bersumber dari kepala madrasah, guru kelas V, siswa kelas V, dan orang tua. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis data yaitu, Reduksi data, Menyediakan data (data visualization), dan Kesimpulan (konfirmasi). Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa, peran lingkungan sekolah dalam perkembangan perilaku siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al-Mukhlisin Kota Jambi yaitu menjadi sangat luas, disini kita dilatih untuk belajar mandiri, berinteraksi dan bersosial. Dalam hal ini peran tenaga pendidik sangat dibutuhkan dalam mengembangkan perilaku siswa. xi Sekolah juga memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk menjadi pembelajaran pada nilai-nilai moral siswa. Maka dari itu lingkungan sekolah dan lingkungan Masyarakat juga sangat berperan penting dalam mengembangkan perilaku siswa. Lingkungan sekolah yang kondusif dan nyaman dapat meningkatkan ektivitas proses pembelajaran. Oleh karena itu sekolah adalah lingkungan kedua yang memiliki peran terhadap perkembangan perilaku siswa.

ABSTRAK Sejak bulan Januari sampai dengan April tahun 2025, tren #KaburAjaDulu menjadi ruang ekspresi yang kuat di media sosial dalam menyuarakan keresahan terhadap realitas dunia kerja. Ini menandakan bahwa tren tersebut bukan hanya ekspresi individual, tetapi juga mencerminkan keresahan kolektif terhadap sistem kerja yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji dan menganalisis representasi perilaku eskapisme digital sebagai bentuk ketidakpuasan pengguna media sosial terhadap dunia kerja melalui tren #KaburAjaDulu. Menggunakan pendekatan analisis isi sentimen kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui Brand24. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dominasi sentimen negatif sebesar 55% dibandingkan sentimen positif 45%, dengan volume penyebutan mencapai 2309 dan jangkauan media sosial hingga 52 juta. Dominasi sentimen negatif ini mencerminkan tingginya tingkat ketidakpuasan kerja yang terekspresi secara publik, menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berfungsi sebagai saluran bagi individu untuk menyuarakan frustrasi dan mencari dukungan kolektif atas kondisi kerja yang tidak memuaskan. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa tren #KaburAjaDulu secara jelas menggambarkan ketidakpuasan pengguna media sosial terhadap realitas dunia kerja yang tercermin dalam perilaku eskapisme digital.

The Covid-19 pandemic has changed the process of teaching and learning activities that are carried out offline (offline) to online (online), students must adapt and transform to new habits with online learning methods which are closely related to the existence of an internet network. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of online learning and learning motivation during the Covid-19 pandemic on the academic achievement of students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Muhammadiyah Jakarta. The research method used is descriptive method with a survey method with a quantitative approach. Data collection used primary data and secondary data. Population of 1546 active students according to LLDikti data, while samples were taken using the Slovin formula calculation of 341 respondents. The results of this study are that online learning and learning motivation together (simultaneously) have a positive effect on student achievement variables. That is, the better the value of online learning and learning motivation, the greater the achievement of students at the Faculty of Economics and Business at Muhammadiyah University Jakarta
