Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the discipline of work and Motivation of work in lecturer work productivity at UNISMA-Bekasi. By using the survey method, the study sample was employees at UNISMA-Bekasi. Conclusions of this study are: First, there is a positive relationship between lecturer?s discipline of work and motivation of work that showed that if the effectiveness of improved work discipline, then the lecturers work productivity will increase. Second, there is a positive relationship between work motivation and productivity of work that shows that if the lecturer work motivation improved, then the employees will increase productivity. Third, there is a positive relationship between the discipline of work and motivation working together with the lecturer work productivity. This suggests that if the effectiveness, work discipline and motivation working together to be improved, then the lecturers work productivity will increase.

Abstract

This community benefit program points to supply consider direction to understudies at MI Al-Islamiyah 02 Naga Cipta Town, Serang Baru Area, Bekasi Rule. The objects of this movement were course VI understudies at MI Al-ISLAMIYAH 02 Nagabuat Town and the action was carried out for 3 days. The strategy utilized in this mentoring is the Activity strategy (Dynamic, Inventive, Loose and Imaginative). The presence of this direction program can offer assistance understudies within the learning process, such as giving help and guidance within the learning handle which points to extend students' eagerness and intrigued in learning. The comes about of this AKSI strategy can encourage participation and collaboration between people which can create way better and more inventive arrangements and can increment students' positive states of mind which can make a comfortable and agreeable learning climate. The learning handle as of now carried out by instructors tends to be overwhelmed by the educator, in this manner, utilizing the Activity strategy, a modern learning climate can be made.

Abstract

Lack of facilities and infrastructure that can support students’ reading activities, as well as lack of support and motivation for students. In the teaching and learning process, teachers also have not implemented innovative and interesting teaching, especially in teaching reading to students from the lower grades, resulting in a lack of interest and interest among students in literacy activities. The purpose of this writing is to explain the importance of literacy in the quality of human resources who are able to compete and keep up with current developments. The implementation method applied was socialization to students at SDN Nagacipta 02 with the theme of instilling an interest in literacy (reading and writing) from an early age, using the flashcards method for reading practice. This activity was held at SDN Nagacipta 02 which is located in Nagacipta Village, Serang Baru District on February 27 2024. The results of this program can be seen in the increased interest of students in reading. When running the program in class 2 and class 4, students appear to be able to participate in the learning process with enthusiasm and full of activity, this can be seen when running the program in class 2 using the flashcards method and for class 4 students it can also foster a sense of cooperation between classmates. Through group work in creative activities to decorate literacy trees. Because motivation and support both in terms of facilities and infrastructure, as well as the ability to package innovative teaching and learning processes can have a big impact on the growth of students’ interest in the learning process, which will influence the achievement of learning goals.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to provide teaching and guidance in carrying out ablutions and fard prayers by practicing them directly through the modelling the way method. The problem that often occurs is that there are still many children who perform ablutions and prayers in a joking and disorderly manner. So that prayer training is important from an early age through Islamic religious education. However, teachers often deliver learning in a monotonous way so that children easily feel bored and bored. The methods used in this activity include socialisation, training and mentoring. This activity was carried out at MI Al-Islamiyah 02 Nagabuat Village with the target of 40 6th grade students. The result of this activity is an increase in students' skills and abilities in performing ablutions and fard prayers. So it can be concluded that this programme can have a significant positive impact on students. Thus, the author suggests that educators can pay attention to the methods and media that will be used in delivering material in the classroom in order to achieve learning objectives and effectiveness.

Abstract

In implementing the tri dharma of higher education, namely community service in sharing knowledge that has been obtained at Universitas Islam 45 Bekasi. Against the background of the problem of lack of teacher variation in using learning models in classroom learning activities. Therefore, there is a need for additions and changes in learning styles or learning methods. One of them is with training in making quiz questions by utilizing technology such as using the Kahoot website application, it is hoped that teachers can understand and understand in operating the Kahoot website as an alternative in learning variations in the classroom. The purpose of this program is that teachers can use technology as a supporting medium in learning activities and become competent in facing the world of education today has entered the era of society 5.0. The output of this program is to make a positive contribution to teachers at SDN Karangmulya 01 Karangmulya Village regarding variations in learning models using quiz question forms through the Kahoot website application which can later be applied as variations in learning methods.

Abstract

Learning Hadith for children, let alone memorizing and applying it in everyday life, is very important and good for children's brain development. The rapid development of children's brain makes it easier for educators to develop aspects of their development, one of which is religious values, positive habits that children will use in their daily lives. Based on the analysis of the problems received by the author from the community in Wibawamulya Village, with the availability of the number of Qur'anic education parks with adequate infrastructure, it is still necessary to make efforts to increase the literacy of hadith education by implementing a program to improve the quality of human resources in Wibawamulya Village with hadith education using the motion method. Children lack concentration when learning hadith, feel bored and less interested in learning hadith so that memorization of hadith is not well achieved and forget the hadith that has been learned before. This causes the class to be noisy and not conducive when learning hadith takes place. Children prefer to talk to themselves when the educator is guiding their memorization. Based on the existing problems, the author uses qualitative research methods. The purpose of this community service is to understand hadith learning and can be implemented to students. The method of implementing this community service applies community education methods in the form of teaching and training. The results of the service have a positive impact in the form of increasing interest in learning hadith, memorizing hadith, and teacher creativity in learning methods.
