Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between study habits (X) with Islamic education learning outcomes (Y) in SDN Kaliabang Tengah 1. This study uses a quantitative survey with correlation approach. Data collection techniques used in the study using questionnaires and documents. While the results of the processing of the data obtained from study habits acquired through a questionnaire consisting of 21 items, and learning outcomes obtained through the value of one semester report cards Islamic education subjects. From the moment the product obtained calculation result of 0.485. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between study habits and (X) with Islamic education learning outcomes (Y) with regression Ý = a + bx or ý = 14.290+ 0.880. Thus it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between study habits to learning outcomes Islamic education in class VI, V, VI SDN Kaliabang Tengah 1 determinant coefficient of 48%. This means showing that the study habits contribute to the learning outcomes by 48%, in addition to the learning outcomes are influenced by another factor of 52%.

Abstract

In the planning and execution of school program, the head of the institution, teacher?s students and their parents have all to join hands to attain common goals and purposes. On him the proper working of school ultimately depends. The reputation of the school and the position that it holds in the society depends in a large measure on the influence that he exercises over his colleagues his pupils and general public. True, on his ability and skill, as a sound and effective educational leader depends the success of a school system. Headmaster is the leader and the centre of the whole organization of the school. This article describes that headmaster must have several competences. Permendiknas Number 16/ 2007 obliged headmaster and teacher have four competences; pedagogical competence, personal competence, social competence and professional competence. The result of the research that the recruitment model according to kepmendiknas 296/U/1996, Permendiknas 0162/U/2003 and Permendiknas no. 28/2010. There are still some weaknesses that are not yet showing up the fair principles for headmaster/the teachers having fulfilled the general recruitments and specific recruitments for only one teacher from each school asked to be a candidate. The tree rules organize their recruitment that is about faith and belief to the only God and there is no exact measure tool so that is must be made measure tool that can be valued through observation. Faith and belief are the main keys for an official in doing his duty. It is needed to be added that family condition must be filled in as recruitment for selection, because the family condition badly influence the professionalism of the official. The selection model at regency level conducted by third side, it is objectiveness of the result has to be kept or the purity of test results in deciding the graduation. By the strength and weakness, it needs to reveal up the ideal and objective school principal recruitment model

Abstract

This article will review the contribution of pedagogic competence and organizational climate on the performance of teachers. Based on the results of testing the hypothesis in this study, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between teachers' pedagogical competence in the performance of teachers of Islamic Religious Educa-tion in Elementary School at East Bekasi. There is a significant positive relationship between organizational climate with the performance of teachers of Islamic Religion Education in Elementary School at East Bekasi. There is a significant positive relationship between teacher?s pedagogical competence and organizational climate together with the performance of teachers of Islamic Religious Education in Elementary School District at East Bekasi. By looking at the above conclusion, it is known that the pedagogical competence of teachers and organizational climate contributes to a significant improvement in the performance of teachers of Islamic Religious Education in the Elementary School at East Bekasi.

Abstract

This study htc a quantitative research using the survey method and the correlation approach conducted on sixth semester student at UNISMA Bekasi by the number of students as many as944students. Abstract

This research is try to explain the reason for thinking moderation of Muslims, who are divided in two in response to Covid-19. On the one hand it is fatalistic and some are rationally liberal. The data obtained was analyzed qualitatively using religious moderation theory consisting of 4 aspects, namely; Fiqḥ Al-Maqāṣid (فقه المقاصد), Fiqḥ Al-Mālāt (فقه المالات), Fiqḥ Al-Muwāzanat (فقه الموازنة), and Fiqḥ Al-Awlawiyāt (فقه الأولويات). In this study the authors concluded as follows; First, in the context of Fiqh Al-Maqāṣid (فقه المقاصد) and Fiqḥ Al-Mālāt (فقه المالات), the reason for the moderation of a Muslim religion in the face of the Covid-19 pandemic cannot separate between ikhtiar ruhaniyah and scientific ikhtiar. That means it takes an integral understanding that is not partial. It is not enough to offer only religious methods, because human beings are physical beings. Nor is it enough just through medical because man is also a spiritual being. Second, in the context of Fiqḥ Al-Awlawiyāt (فقه الأولويات), should as a Muslim be required the ability to ground the reasoning of putting public logic above private logic, both in aspects of "ubudiyah" and "mu'amalah". Third, in the context of Fiqḥ Al-Muwāzanat (فقه الموازنة), should every Muslim put the reason hifẓ al-nafs (keeping the soul) among other maintenance.

Abstract

Arabic is the second language spoken in Indonesia. Therefore, good and proper methods, systems and principles of learning may contribute to achieving the purpose of Arabic teaching and learning activities. When a teacher does not properly apply methods, systems, and principles, teaching will not be effectively directed. Today, there are many interactive and innovative Arab learning techniques that teachers can apply. Application of methods, systems and principles will surely enhance the students' passion in learning Arabic simultaneously and continuously. The author has done a study of the existence of what is considered most effective. By using the method of look and say. And in running this program the authors involve some of the jatimulya youth that are the object of this learning. Using the enforcement method that is public education. It runs from February 12 to March 14. The program aims to enhance the jatimulya teen's awareness of the importance of Arabic. And from the results of the implementation of the learning program through look and say method, the jatimulya youth are attracted and they are quick to understand the learning that has been taught, and they are happy and active in learning it. With the end result they can speak Arabic

Abstract

Reading is a habit or culture that is increasingly considered important to be pursued continuously. Reading culture has actually become a concern for the government at both the central and regional levels, although it is not evenly distributed. Several forms of law relating to education and libraries can be evidence of concern. In general, various government policies regarding the growth of a reading culture can be divided into policies for the development of a reading culture through (1) libraries (Library Law) and (2) the development of reading culture through schools (National Education System Law and its derivative regulations). The Law on Libraries regulates the obligations of the central and regional governments in conducting socialization of the Permendiknas on Process Standards, for example, stating that the learning process is designed to develop a love of reading, understanding of various readings, and expression in various trainings or certifications. eroded and almost disappeared. Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah perihal kemandirian belajar siswa di SD Negeri Setia Darma 04 antara lain siswa siswi kurang dalam mengajukan suatu pertanyaan, kurangnya tanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dan kurangnya kemandirian siswa dalam belajar. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian eksperimen kuasi dengan menggunakan nonequivalent (pretest and postest) Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa angket. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 33 siswa untuk kelas eksperimen dan 33 siswa untuk kelas kontrol. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan rata-rata pretest di kelas eksperimen adalah 72,21% dan postest 83,53%. Sedangkan untuk rata-rata pretest kelas kontrol 60,09% dan postest 59,84%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode resitasi berpengaruh positif dalam kemandirian belajar siswa pada pelajaran matematika kelas IV di Sekolah Dasar Negeri Setia Darma 04 Tambun Selatan
