Abstract

Markets are one of the public places (TTU) that have a risk of being a place for contamination of disease transmission through media, one of which is food. Food stalls are also one of the places that provide food which gets quite a lot of visits from consumers, especially visitors to traditional markets to get or enjoy the various kinds of food they want. The results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers were observations of the Cikurubuk market in Tasikmalaya City, where there were 32 rice stalls, which sold mixed rice dishes with various different side dishes. It can be seen from the preliminary study that rice stalls still do not pay attention to good food processing practices and sanitation hygiene with the presence of Escherichia coli bacteria in food at the Cikurubuk Market, Tasikmalaya City. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the relationship between food hygiene and sanitation and the presence of Escherichia coli bacteria. The research method used was analytical observational with a survey method and laboratory examination with a cross sectional approach. The sample for this research was 32 food samples from each rice stall produced. The results of bivariate analysis showed that the chi-square test (CI: 95%) had a significant relationship between food processing practices (p=0.037; PR=11.429) and sanitation hygiene (p=0.024; PR=14.000).

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi transportasi saat ini telah menggeser eksistensi alat transportasi tradisional dan acara kebudayaan oleh karena itu tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui peran penting kuda di Desa Kalimukti Kecamatan Pabedilan Kabupaten Cirebon yang masih dimanfaatkan sebagai alat transportasi dan upacara adat pernikahan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif, yaitu melakukan observasi langsung dengan data primer berupa hasil wawancara terhadap narasumber. Hasil observasi kemudian dilengkapi data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui kajian literaturdari beberapa jurnal dan artikel yang dilengkapi dengan dokumentasi. Peranan penting bagi masyarakat Desa Kalimukti yaitu kuda dimanfaatkan sebagai alat transportasi tradisional serta dimanfaatkan sebagai simbol yang memiliki makna persatuan dalam upacara pernikahan yang dikenal dengan tradisi sangjan

Abstract

Violence is something that cannot be tolerated in life. However, they are still many who still carry out of these actions under the pretext of self-defense or in conditions that are unfavorable to one party. Radicalization now hides in the legitimacy of religious understanding which causes a problem for national security in Indonesia. In the realm of praxis, the phenomenon is also worse with the presence of religious groups that have a tendency to understand and act exclusively, explosively, and intolerant to environmental facts consisting of several religions, cultures and social. This research is an analysis of contemporary interpretation and radicalization that has become a global concern in the context of religious issues. The main objective of this research is to explore peaceful solutions to the issues of violence and radicalization. The research conducted an in-depth analysis of various relevant religious interpretations as well as empirical studies involving previously neglected narratives of violence and radicalization. The research method in this article uses the library research method, in this case collecting data and information with the help of various kinds of sources in the library such as related references, similar previous research, articles, and journals related to the problems to be discussed in this study. The data to be obtained from this research is in the form of explanations, long and complete descriptions. The Qur'an in this case becomes a peaceful solution to the conflict and radical religious understanding. The Qur'an states that diversity is a sunnatullah and diversity should be a force to build more complex harmony.

Abstract

This community benefit program points to supply consider direction to understudies at MI Al-Islamiyah 02 Naga Cipta Town, Serang Baru Area, Bekasi Rule. The objects of this movement were course VI understudies at MI Al-ISLAMIYAH 02 Nagabuat Town and the action was carried out for 3 days. The strategy utilized in this mentoring is the Activity strategy (Dynamic, Inventive, Loose and Imaginative). The presence of this direction program can offer assistance understudies within the learning process, such as giving help and guidance within the learning handle which points to extend students' eagerness and intrigued in learning. The comes about of this AKSI strategy can encourage participation and collaboration between people which can create way better and more inventive arrangements and can increment students' positive states of mind which can make a comfortable and agreeable learning climate. The learning handle as of now carried out by instructors tends to be overwhelmed by the educator, in this manner, utilizing the Activity strategy, a modern learning climate can be made.

Abstract

This study explores the challenges and strategies involved in facilitating virtual exchange programs for primary school students, a group often overlooked due to their beginner-level English proficiency. The shortage of English teachers in Indonesian primary schools further complicates participation in international collaborations. This research investigates how educators navigate these challenges, focusing on their pedagogical strategies, obstacles, and adaptations in virtual exchanges. Using a qualitative approach, the study gathers insights from an elementary school teacher in Indonesia responsible for international programs. Thematic analysis identifies three key strategies: L1 translation, authentic material integration, and structured preparation to enhance student engagement and comprehension. Despite these efforts, teachers face time constraints and difficulties in understanding discussion topics. Findings suggest that while L1 translation supports comprehension, excessive reliance may hinder English acquisition. The study emphasizes the need to balance linguistic and intercultural competencies through immersive, interactive learning. It advocates for inclusive educational practices that promote cross-cultural awareness and language development among young learners. Future research should explore diverse educational settings and scalable models for integrating virtual exchanges into primary English language teaching.

Abstract

This community service activity was conducted in Mojopuro Village with the aim of increasing public understanding and awareness of the importance of interfaith harmony. The background to this activity was the potential for social friction due to a lack of interfaith understanding within the community. Pondok Hamlet, Mojopuro Village. The implementation method included outreach through print media, seminars and discussions, and counseling involving religious leaders, community leaders, and the Mojopuro Village community, particularly Pondok Hamlet. Evaluation was conducted through observation and interviews before and after the activity to measure improvements in community understanding. The results of the activity showed a significant increase in tolerance and communication between residents of different faiths. This service emphasizes the importance of community-based multicultural education as an effort to build sustainable social harmony at the village level.
