Abstract

Rencana pembangunan pusat perbelanjaan baru yaitu Citimall akan berdampak pada lalu lintas di jalan Gatot Subroto. Perubahan dan intensitas aktivitas penggunaan lahan tentu akan membawa peningkatan volume lalu lintas. Perubahan penggunaan lahan ini apabila tidak di antisipasi dengan baik dapat mengakibatkan permasalahan dalam pengoperasian Citimall. Permasalahan yang ditimbulkan yaitu tidak seimbangnya kapasitas jalan dengan volume jalan setelah beroperasinya Citimall. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui besaran tarikan lalu lintas yang ditimbulkan oleh Citimall, untuk mengetahui tingkat kinerja jalan setelah beroperasinya Citimall 100% dan serta merencanakan manajemen dan rekayasa lalu lintas di jalan Gatot Subroto saat beroperasinya Citimall 100%.Dalam penelitian ini mengambil data sampel pusat perbelanjaan yang mempunyai karakteristik yang sama dengan Citimall yang berhubungan langsung dengan jalan kolektor atau jalan arteri dan mempunyai Luas Lantai Bangunan (minimal 500 m2) yaitu JM Swalayan dan Fokus Swalayan. Dalam penelitian ini juga menyertakan data dari Citimall untuk menambah sampel yang sudah ada agar mendapatkan hasil persamaan regresi yang tingkat kesalahannya lebih kecil. Persamaan yang di dapat dari hasil analisa regresi tunggal dari penelelitian ini menggambarkan hubungan antara tarikan lalu lintas dengan luas lantai bangunan yaitu y = 0,0214x + 567,29.Hasil-hasil dari uji penelitian adalah sebagai berikut: 1) Tingkat kinerja Jalan Gatot Subroto setelah beroperasinya Citimall 100% didapat sebesar 0,71 atau masuk kedalam tingkat pelayanan C; 2) Solusi yang dipilih dalam penelitian ini adalah melakukan manajeman dan rekayasa lalu lintas yaitu dengan melebarkan ruas jalan yang mulanya 2 lajur 2 arah tak terbagi (2/2UD) lebar 5 meter menjadi 4 lajur 2 arah tak terbagi (4/2UD) lebar 12 meter didapatkan hasil tingkat kinerja Jalan Gatot Subroto yaitu menjadi 0,21 atau masuk kedalam tingkat pelayanan A. Selain itu, untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan lebih lanjut dilakukan perubahan geometrik jalan di depan gedung Citimall dengan menambahkan bukaan atau teluk yang mempermudah akses menuju Citimall yang merujuk pada penanganan kemacetan di jalan perkotaan.   Kata Kunci : Tarikan Lalu Lintas, Tingkat Kinerja Jalan, Tingkat Pelayanan Jalan.

Abstract

Jalan Captain Pierre Tendean is one of the connecting roads between Jalan Brigjend Katamso and Jalan Gatot Subroto which is often passed by local and foreign vehicles. As one of the local roads in the city of Ketapang, this road is also passed by commercial vehicles such as trucks with the heaviest axle load of 5 tons where the excessive load can trigger damage to this road, the average LHRN value on this road is 11 commercial vehicles . The existing road is still in the form of asphalt where there are several points of damage. This is one of the reasons for planning road improvement. The purpose of this study was to determine the thickness of rigid pavement, to know the plan drawings and to know the cost budget plan (RAB). From a good road there is good soil too, the soil is the basic foundation that plays an important role. One of the data needed in the planning of pavement thickness is the CBR value of the soil. The CBR value is obtained from testing with a Dynamic Cone Penetrometer (DCP), on the subgrade of this road the average CBR value reaches 8,40%. In planning the thickness of this rigid pavement using the 2017 SNI 8457 catalog as a reference that regulates the thickness of the lower foundation layer and the thickness of the concrete slab. By using the average CBR value, the thickness of the sub-base layer for this design is 150 mm, for the design lean concrete with thickness of 50 mm, 9,8 MPa or K-125 concrete is used and for the design concrete slab size is 150 mm thick, it is used. 19,3 MPa or K-225 concrete. The planned cost for the rigid pavement of Captain Pierre Tendean is Rp 518,089.000,00 (Five Hundred Eighteen Million Eighty Nine Thousand Rupiah).

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with a high risk of natural disasters, due to its position between major tectonic plates and in the Pacific Ring of Fire. This condition makes Indonesia prone to disasters. However, the low level of student understanding of disaster response measures shows the importance of disaster education from an early age. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and preparedness of SMKN 1 Ketapang students in facing disasters through socialization and simulation of disaster management. The activity method consists of socializing disaster material with the help of visual aids and direct simulations guided by the BPBD team. Through the stages of preparation, socialization, and simulation, students were given an in-depth understanding of the types of disasters, evacuation techniques, and the use of light fire extinguishers (APAR). The evaluation results showed a significant increase in understanding from 30% to 80% after this activity was implemented. This increase shows that disaster education involving theory and practice is effective in building students' awareness and preparedness. This program is expected to be continued regularly to build a culture of disaster preparedness among school students.

Abstract

Plastic waste, especially HDPE, has a very long decomposition time and has the potential to pollute the environment. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect and most optimal variation of the addition of plastic bottle waste on the compressive strength of K-175 quality concrete. The experimental method was used by testing materials and compressive strength of concrete at the Ketapang State Polytechnic Laboratory from May to August 2024. The test results showed that the average compressive strength of normal concrete based on conversion to 28-day age reached 176.37 kg/cm², while the compressive strength of concrete with HDPE variations decreased with values ranging from 124.95 kg/cm² to 152.60 kg/cm². Of the various variations tested, the mixture with 0.75% HDPE showed the best compressive strength results compared to other variations, with an average compressive strength based on conversion to 28 days of age of 152.60 kg/cm².
