Abstract

Sedangkan berdasarkan nilai rata-rata, yaitu 11,90, masukdalam kategori “cukup”.

Abstract

This study examines the low learning outcomes of students at SD Negeri 004 Tanjungpinang Barat, which are allegedly influenced by nutritional status, concentration, and self-control skills. This quantitative study uses a correlational design with an ex-post-facto method. The research sample was 100 students selected through purposive sampling technique. Nutritional status data were obtained from height and weight measurements, concentration was measured by the grid concentration test, self-control skills by the TGMD-2 subtest, and learning outcomes were obtained from school data. The data were analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that there was a direct relationship between nutritional status, concentration, and self-control skills on student learning outcomes. The contribution of nutritional status to learning outcomes was 16.66%, concentration was 21.48%, and self-control skills were 19.75%. In addition, there is an indirect relationship between nutritional status and concentration on learning outcomes through self-control skills. Overall, nutritional status, concentration, and self-control skills contribute significantly to student learning outcomes by 35.04%.

Abstract

This community service program aimed to enhance junior high school teachers' understanding and ability to utilize interactive learning media through the Nearpod platform conducted in collaboration with the Technology and Information Communication Subject Teacher Consultation (MGMP TIK) in the Fifty Cities Regency, involving 25 teachers from junior high schools and Islamic junior high schools as participants. The initiative employed the ABCDE method, encompassing five stages: (1) Assessment, (2) Building, (3) Collaboration, (4) Delivery, and (5) Evaluation. Data analysis included pre- and post-test comparisons, descriptive statistics, and questionnaire evaluations to assess knowledge improvement, performance, and interest in adopting Nearpod Evaluation results indicated a high level of interest and readiness among teachers to implement Nearpod in their instructional practices. The results showed a significant increase in post-test scores compared to pre-test scores, meeting the target of a minimum of 20% knowledge improvement. A total of 80% of participants were able to apply Nearpod effectively, and 75% demonstrated a high interest in integrating this technology into their teaching These findings suggest that Nearpod-based training is effective in improving teachers' competencies and digital skills, thereby holding the potential to strengthen educational quality in the digital era.

Abstract

Increased understanding of a balanced diet, the role of economic factors, and the importance of hemoglobin levels are essential for improving students' physical fitness. This research aims to determine the influence of food patterns, economic factors, and hemoglobin on students' physical fitness. The research method uses quantitative survey methods and path analysis. The sample involved 58 adolescent students selected through simple random sampling. Data collection included a closed questionnaire on diet and economic factors, BMI measurements based on age and gender norms, physical fitness tests using the Nusantara Student Fitness Test, and hemoglobin level assessments according to WHO standards. The data analysis employed normality and homogeneity tests, with t-tests to determine variable effects using SPSS 25. The results concluded that dietary patterns and economic factors significantly influence hemoglobin, with p-values of 0.041 and 0.028. The R Square value of 0.427 indicates that these factors explain 42.7% of hemoglobin variability. The variables of diet, economic factors, and hemoglobin were significant to physical fitness, with p-values of 0.044, 0.000, and 0.006, respectively. The R Square value of 0.724 indicates that these three variables can explain 72.4% of the variability in physical fitness. This study contributes to demonstrating the impacts of diet, economic factors, and hemoglobin on students' physical fitness. Path analysis clarifies the relationships between these variables, while comprehensive fitness assessments provide insights into hemoglobin's impact on performance.
