Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of sleep quality on student academic productivity in the Work From Anywhere (WFA) era. Break time management is a major factor in increasing learning flexibility to determine academic success. The research method used is quantitative with the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach to test measurement and structural models. The results showed a significant positive relationship between sleep quality and academic productivity with a path coefficient value of 0.44. The model evaluation showed a high Composite Reliability value of 0.937 for sleep quality and 0.817 for productivity, as well as the fulfillment of convergent and discriminant validity. These findings indicate that any improvement in the quality of breaks contributes linearly to an increase in academic efficiency. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that in the midst of a flexible learning system, self-regulation in maintaining sleep quality is the main foundation for students to maintain concentration and academic performance. Universities are advised to provide education on sleep management to mitigate the negative impact of digital lifestyles in the WFA era.
