Abstract

Economic Production Quantity (EPQ) used to determined policy and oversee inventory levels. This article discussed on EPQ models for  planed of product with partial backordered and its component. The final product is assummed have m component and coordinated planning used to coordinate component of product and final product which is the components used for basic EPQ models and for final product planned using partial backorder EPQ. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis jenis kesulitan dan faktor penyebab kesulitan mahasiswa dalam menyelesaikan persamaan differensial tingkat satu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah diskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester lima program studi Pendidikan Matematika FKIP UMS yang berjumlah 7 orang. Metode pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui tiga aktivitas, yaitu: reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan, pertama kesulitan pemahaman konsep yang meliputi: (1) kesulitan merumuskan ciri atau bentuk umum persamaan differensial; (2) kesulitan menentukan teknik penyelesaian persamaan differensial. Kedua kesulitan penerapan konsep yang terdiri: (1) kesulitan dalam langkah-langkah perhitungan; (2) kesulitan dalam materi prasyarat. Faktor penyebab mahasiswa mengalami kesulitan, pertama faktor intrinsik, yaitu: aktivitas belajar kurang, kesulitan mengingat rumus, kebiasaan yang kurang baik, kurang latihan soal, tidak adanya motivasi belajar, latar belakang pendidikan yang tidak sesuai. Kedua faktor ekstrinsik, yaitu terlalu aktif dalam kegiatan sosial di lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Innovation and market orientation have now become important components for the sustainability and competitiveness of small businesses, especially MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Indonesia, due to the rapid growth of the culinary industry. Analyzing the impact of market orientation and innovation capability on the business performance of Mie Ayam SMEs in Bekasi City is the objective of this research. A quantitative correlational approach is used in this research. A sample of 100 Mie Ayam SME owners was selected through purposive sampling based on predetermined criteria, such as a minimum operational period of two years and consistent monthly income. The population of this study is MSMEs in the culinary industry. Surveys using structured questionnaires were employed to collect data, and the Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach was utilized for analysis. This research reveals that innovation capability significantly enhances business performance by driving improvements in products, processes, and strategies in line with market demand. Similarly, market orientation contributes positively by enabling businesses to understand consumer needs and respond to competitive dynamics. The synergy between these variables strengthens their impact, allowing SMEs to maintain relevance in a highly dynamic market. This study highlights the importance of integrating innovation and market orientation as strategic tools to sustain growth and enhance competitiveness. These results offer practical insights for MSME owners and policymakers to develop strategies that support the resilience and development of the culinary industry in the local context

Abstract

Persaingan dalam dunia bisnis kecantikan semakin ketat, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan meningkatnya pertumbuhan industri kecantikan khususnya klinik perawatan kulit rata-rata mengalami pertumbuhan sebesar 14%. Perkembangan perusahaan MS Glow semakin baik dari waktu ke waktu, hal tersebut ditunjukkan dengan perusahaan terus melakukan pengembangan produknya menjadi skincare, body care dan cosmetic yang memiliki agen dan member resmi di seluruh Indonesia bahkan sudah merambah mancanegara. MS Glow adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perawatan dan kecantikan yang menyediakan produk perawatan kulit, perawatan tubuh dan kosmetik. (MS GLOW, 2019). Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan mengumpulkan data melalui metode survey. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menjawab hipotesis adalah regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Celebrity endorser tidak memiliki efek yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, brand image tidak memiliki efek signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, kualitas produk memiliki efek yang signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

In social dynamics, societal heterogeneity is evident in various dimensions, including culture, ethnicity, religion, and race. This diversity affects behaviors, thinking patterns, and knowledge. Addressing these differences is crucial to fostering a shared understanding of common needs, as it prevents potential conflicts and ensures social cohesion. This study focuses on how social changes impact legal reforms within an open legal system framework. The research employs a qualitative, normative juridical method, emphasizing doctrinal research and library research to analyze how legal systems adapt to social changes. Results indicate that for legal changes to be effective, they must align with local wisdom and accommodate modernization, ensuring the legal system remains dynamic and responsive. The study concludes that an open legal system is essential for aligning legal reforms with Indonesian values and societal needs.
