Abstract

Immediately after being elected in 2014, President Joko Widodo put forward the desire to makeIndonesia's sea territory the main policy focus. This is implemented by issuing the doctrine ofthe "Global Maritime Axis". President Jokowi also launched a development agenda focusingon five pillars, one of which concerns maritime security. Narcotics trafficking through the seais one of the various threats to maritime security in Indonesia. This is also exacerbated by thestatus of Indonesia which is called a narcotics emergency. This research aims to analyze theimpact of the "Global Maritime Axis" doctrine on maritime security, as seen from thedevelopment of cases of trafficking in narcotics through the sea that occurred in 2014 to 2018.This research uses the concept of maritime security in understanding the policies of PresidentJokowi's government in dealing with narcotics trafficking by sea. This research analyzes theimpact of the global maritime axis doctrine on government policies, both internal andinternational cooperation. The results of this research indicate that the policies issued by thegovernment have a positive influence, but are still not optimal in dealing with the problem oftrafficking in narcotics through the sea that occurred in the period of 2014 to 2018. This isbecause there are limitations in terms of facilities and infrastructure, the lack of coordinationbetween the parties involved, and the cooperation that is carried out mostly is still at an earlystage and has not shown significant results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi pengusaha kue bika bakar sebagai kearifan lokal dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Panyabungan Selatan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu 2 orang pengusaha kue bika bakar yang berada di Kecamatan Panyabungan Selatan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang diperunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara dan Teknik analisis data yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data,penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan penelitian meliputi triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukan beberapa temuan: Product yang ditawarkan bermutu atau memiliki kualitas yang bagus dan proses memasak kue bika bakar menggunakan sabut kelapa ataupun arang dengan bahan yang berkualitas. Price (harga), Penjual menerapkan harga yang ekonomis sehingga banyak konsumen yang membeli kue bika bakar dan memberikan potongan harga apabila membeli kue bika bakar lebih dari 2 pcs. Place (Lokasi), Lokasi penjualan kue bika bakar yang banyak dikunjungi wisatawan, dekat dengan pusat kota, mudah diakses konsumen dan dilalui oleh transprotasi. Promotion (Promosi),bentuk strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh pengusaha kue bika bakar dengan pemanfaatan media sosial untuk memperluas jangkauan penjualan. Kemudian promosi melalui orang lain atau dari teman keteman, mengikuti evant kuliner festival fashion yang diadakan di desa Kayu Laut untuk mempromosikan kue bika bakar. Maka dari 4 strategi ini yang paling berkonstribus yaitu promosi dan lokasi sedangkanproduk dan harga memiliki konstribusi yang lebih kecil. Walaupun begitu pendapatan keluarga pengusaha kue bika bakar meningkat.

Abstract

Even though the division of inheritance has been determined, in practice there are often inheritances that cannot be settled based on Islamic inheritance but are carried out in ways based on local customary law. This study aims to analyze the background of the youngest daughter getting more inheritance and to find out the view of Islamic law on the distribution of inheritance more for the youngest daughter. This thesis uses qualitative field research methods which are carried out directly in the field so that researchers can obtain information and data as close as possible to the real world. The result of this study is that the distribution of inheritance is more for the youngest daughter in Bubak Village,Kandangserang, Pekalongan Regency, the distribution is using local customary law. In Bubak Village, the youngest daughter gets a higher share of the inheritance than the other children. Theoretically it is not in accordance with the Fiqh of Mawaris Islam, but the people here prioritize the principles of justice, pleasure, sincerity and accept all the results of joint decisions. So that in general the distribution of inheritance in Bubak Village does not violate Islamic law, which aims to prevent disputes and inheritance disputes between families.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada ibu rumah tangga di Desa Sungai Rengas, Kabupaten Kubu Raya, dalam mengolah limbah dapur menjadi kompos yang dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai media tanam sayuran. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi tahap persiapan, sosialisasi, praktik langsung, dan evaluasi. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan peserta dalam mengelola sampah organik rumah tangga, sekaligus menumbuhkan kesadaran lingkungan serta potensi kemandirian pangan keluarga. Program ini diikuti oleh 20 ibu rumah tangga dan hasil dari kegiatan menunjukkan adanya pengurangan buangan sampah rumah tangga ke lingkungan, meningkatnya ketahanan pangan keluarga melalui penanaman sayuran di pekarangan menggunakan media tanah yang dipreparasi dari limbah tersebut, serta pemberdayaan ibu rumah tangga melalui praktik ramah lingkungan.

Abstract

In an increasingly digital economy, many micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) face challenges in adapting their marketing strategies to remain visible and competitive, particularly in rural or underserved regions. This study investigates how MSMEs in Sawang District, North Aceh Regency, experience and perceive the impact of digital marketing on their sales performance. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, data were collected through structured questionnaires and analyzed using regression techniques to explore the association between digital marketing efforts and perceived business outcomes. The findings reveal a consistent positive relationship, suggesting that MSMEs that actively utilize digital tools—such as social media, websites, and online search platforms—tend to report more favorable assessments of their sales performance. Although both variables were assessed through self-reported measures, and therefore reflect perception rather than objective data, the results offer meaningful insight into how digital engagement shapes entrepreneurial confidence and strategic behavior. This underscores the importance of digital literacy, content effectiveness, and platform accessibility in empowering small businesses. The study recommends enhanced support through policy initiatives, training programs, and digital infrastructure to strengthen MSME capacity. Future research should consider integrating perceptual and objective indicators to more comprehensively assess the role of digital marketing in business development.

Abstract

This study is aiming to observe the condition and utilization of non-organic waste by the residents of Laut Dendang Region. This study is implementing qualitative method. The data collection techniques used observation and interviews technique. The environment is very closely related to humans. Non-organic waste is typical waste that cannot be decomposed by bacteria and takes a very long time to decompose. The increasing volume of waste requires prospered handle in which management of Non-organic waste that does not use the method will have a very dangerous impact to the environment and human health. The most dangerous waste is Non-organic waste which produced by households and industry. The use of Non-organic waste requires ways that must be carried out by the residents of Laut Dendang Region to maintain the environment and public health.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the impact of digital-based marketing strategies on the sales performance of MSMEs in Sawang District, North Aceh Regency. Digital marketing has increasingly become a strategic tool, gradually replacing traditional approaches due to its efficiency and ability to reach broader markets. This research applies a quantitative descriptive methodology, utilizing primary data collected from 100 MSME participants in Sawang District. Stratified random sampling was employed to select respondents, and simple linear regression was used to assess the relationship between digital marketing strategies and sales levels. The results indicate that digital marketing strategies exert a positive and significant influence on the sales performance of MSMEs in the area. The adoption of social media, websites, Google Trends, and other digital platforms has enabled MSMEs to expand their market reach and enhance competitiveness in the digital era. These findings underscore the importance for MSME actors to improve their digital literacy and professionalism in leveraging technology for business development. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis pengaruh strategi pemasaran berbasis digital terhadap kinerja penjualan UMKM di Kecamatan Sawang, Kabupaten Aceh Utara. Pemasaran digital kini semakin berperan sebagai alat strategis yang secara bertahap menggantikan metode konvensional karena dinilai lebih efisien dan mampu menjangkau pasar yang lebih luas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan data primer yang dikumpulkan dari 100 pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Sawang. Pemilihan responden dilakukan melalui teknik stratified random sampling, sementara analisis hubungan antara strategi pemasaran digital dan tingkat penjualan dilakukan dengan regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemasaran digital memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja penjualan UMKM di wilayah tersebut. Penggunaan media sosial, website, Google Trends, dan berbagai platform digital lainnya terbukti mampu memperluas jangkauan pasar serta meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di era digital. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peningkatan literasi digital dan profesionalisme pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan teknologi untuk pengembangan usaha.
