The problem to be resolved in this study is whether BUMK Subur Makmur as a working capital lender plays a role in moderating the impact of family income on community welfare. The aim is to analyze the role of BUMK in improving the welfare of the local community. Descriptive methods were used in this study, where primary and squander data were collected by direct observation and questionnaires, then the data was processed and presented in the form of tables/graphs, then analyzed with Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of the study found that the effect of working capital on community welfare without interaction variables is not significant, as well as the influence of interaction variables on community welfare is not significant, meaning that working capital does not moderate the effect of disposable income on community welfare, therefore the role of BUMK Subur Makmur has not been able to strengthen the influence of disposable income on improving the welfare of local communities.

Public services are all activities carried out by an organization or agency in an effort to meet the needs of the community. This study aims to analyze the quality of public services in the making of e-KTP in the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bener Meriah Regency, Aceh Province and to determine the Supporting and Obstacles Factors in Service Quality in the Management of e-KTP at the Office of Population and Civil Registration Office of Bener Meriah Regency Aceh. The quality of public services in the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bener Meriah Regency is still considered to be less than optimal, this is due to the still poor indicators of service quality, namely: (1) Tangibles (bureaucratic), the Population and Civil Registration Office of Bener Meriah Regency has not yet met the service facilities adequate in providing quality public services in the management of e-KTP to the public. (2) Reliability, the results of the study show that the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bener Meriah Regency has delivered services quickly and on time. However, the processing time for e-KTP services is unclear, due to blank blanks and often problematic servers (3) Assurance, guarantees of service that cannot be expected due to the lack of timely service

Tourism development in Aceh Tengah Regency has great potential to become a leading tourist destination, especially with the natural beauty of Danau Laut Tawar and the richness of local culture. The Tourism Office of Aceh Tengah Regency has implemented various strategies, including the empowerment of local communities, infrastructure improvements, and tourism promotion. However, significant challenges remain in the development of this sector, such as the lack of land legality documents, limited supporting facilities, and low creativity in the creative economy products. Based on the research, development focusing on community empowerment through training, improvements in physical and social infrastructure, and strengthening collaboration between the government, private sector, and local communities can enhance tourism appeal and provide positive economic impacts. In the future, community-based and sustainable tourism development will be the key to creating an environmentally friendly and sustainable destination. Through more coordinated strategic efforts, it is expected that the tourism sector in Aceh Tengah can grow rapidly and contribute to regional development.

The emergence of news about Shin Tae-Yong's dismissal became a trending topic on social media because it gave rise to various comments from Indonesian society. This news shocked the Indonesian people because Shin Tae-Yong is the Indonesian National Team Coach who is currently popular because he has succeeded in bringing about significant changes in the Garuda Team's performance. Therefore, this research analyzes how netizens' comments on the news of Shin Tae-Yong's dismissal via the social media Instagram are seen from the aspects of cognitive, affective and conative responses in communication. The type of research used is qualitative research with a library research approach. Data collection techniques are observation and documentation. The data analysis used is analysis of the content of comments on the news of Shin Tae-Yong's dismissal on Instagram. The results of the analysis show that the cognitive aspect that arises from reporting on Shin Tae-Yong is that netizens are more critical of the news circulating, netizens' understanding and knowledge about the incident of Shin Tae-Yong's dismissal increases so that netizens understand the reasons and background of the decision to dismiss. The affective aspect is that netizens feel sad, disappointed and angry with the decision to dismiss because Indonesian football under the leadership of Shin Tae-Yong is considered quite successful. From the conative aspect, netizens respond with protest comments which is one of the netizens' actions to participate in changing the situation through their opinions.

Program Pengabdian ini merupakan ide dan reaksi cepat tanggap atas bencana Banjir Aceh Tamiang kemudian menyusun langkah strategis flayer disebar melalui media sosial whatsapp, Instagram tim pelaksana pengabdian kemudian membuat kotak donasi dari kardus bekas yang ditempel flayer, langkah selanjutnya adalah melakukan aksi pengumpulan donasi mulai dari Prodi Ilmu Komunikasi, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik, kampus Bukit Indah, lanjut turun ke jalan Merdeka Barat di seputar Kota Lhokseumawe, pengumpulan dana kemudian pembelian kebutuhan pokok dan menyalurkan bantuan kemanusiaan bagi korban banjir Aceh Tamiang. Program ini sebagai wujud tridarma perguruan tinggi, kolaborasi dosen dan mahasiswa dalam cepat tanggap bencana banjir aceh Tamiang melalui open Donasi dan penyaluran Bantuan Kemanusiaan.

This study analyzes the role of digital transformation as a strategic instrument to expand public service accessibility in Indonesia. Through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of open-access national journals and relevant policy documents from the last decade, the research highlights how digitalization, particularly e-government implementation, enhances service efficiency, transparency, and inclusivity. Key findings indicate that digital platforms like SP4N-LAPOR! have improved public responsiveness and accountability, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic. However, challenges such as infrastructure disparities, uneven digital literacy, bureaucratic resistance, and data security risks hinder optimal outcomes. The study concludes that digital transformation significantly supports public service reform but requires integrated strategies, including infrastructure development, digital literacy programs, inclusive regulations, and multi-stakeholder coordination. These recommendations aim to bridge the digital divide and ensure equitable access to public services across all regions and vulnerable groups.

Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi telah mendorong transformasi digital dalam tata kelola pemerintahan, termasuk penerapan Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE). Pemerintah Aceh, melalui Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Persandian Aceh, berupaya mengimplementasikan SPBE guna meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akuntabilitas pelayanan publik. Namun, dalam penerapannya, masih terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur teknologi yang belum optimal, serta belum terintegrasinya berbagai aplikasi yang digunakan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi implementasi SPBE di Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Persandian Aceh, mengidentifikasi hambatan yang dihadapi, serta memberikan rekomendasi strategis untuk meningkatkan efektivitas sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik di tingkat daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dan observasi langsu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SPBE di Dinas Komunikasi, Informatika, dan Persandian Aceh masih menghadapi beberapa kendala utama, di antaranya: keterbatasan sumber daya manusia dengan kompetensi teknis yang sesuai, belum optimalnya infrastruktur jaringan dan kapasitas bandwidth, serta kurangnya integrasi antar aplikasi pemerintahan yang menyebabkan duplikasi data dan ketidakefektifan layanan. Rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas SPBE, direkomendasikan adanya penguatan kapasitas SDM melalui pelatihan berkala, peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi informasi, serta integrasi sistem dan aplikasi guna menciptakan layanan digital yang lebih efisien dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat.

Penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana kampanye The Code dari Dove mendekonstruksi standar kecantikan yang dibentuk oleh kecerdasan buatan dalam ruang digital kontemporer. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis strategi visual dan naratif yang digunakan Dove untuk menantang ideal kecantikan normatif yang diperkuat oleh sistem AI. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis semiotika Roland Barthes yang meliputi tiga level analisis yaitu denotatif, konotatif, dan mitologis terhadap video kampanye berdurasi 2 menit. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dove menggunakan empat strategi dekonstruksi utama yaitu kontras visual parodi yang mengekspos absurditas citra ideal AI, komitmen eksplisit anti AI sebagai penolakan dominasi teknologi dalam produksi visual, Real Beauty Prompt Playbook sebagai pedoman inklusif untuk pengguna AI, dan integrasi elemen tekstual musikal yang menguatkan pesan kampanye. Analisis semiotika mengungkap bahwa kampanye ini berhasil mendekonstruksi mitos kecantikan digital dengan menampilkan kontras antara hasil AI yang homogen dengan representasi perempuan beragam. Strategi-strategi tersebut memunculkan kritik terhadap bias algoritma dan data dalam sistem AI yang memperkuat standar kecantikan sempit serta membuka ruang bagi representasi yang lebih otentik. Penelitian menegaskan bahwa kampanye The Code merupakan intervensi kreatif dalam wacana kecantikan digital, namun transformasi sistemik membutuhkan kolaborasi lintas sektor, regulasi etis teknologi, dan peningkatan literasi algoritma masyarakat.
