Abstract

Culture or tradition can survive if there are people who preserve and practice it. Traditions will live and develop according to the times if people still maintain these habits. However, the tradition is weakened and eroded by the masses due to the increasing knowledge and understanding of the community about the tradition, especially the "Bedapur" tradition values after giving birth to Gayo Lues women. The purpose of this paper is to describe the "Bedapur" tradition in the Gayo Lues community by using a qualitative approach and data collection techniques as well as reviewing literature related to the "Bedapur" tradition as treatment or healing after childbirth. After giving birth, Gayo Lues women have experienced a cultural shift by turning to modern medicine for their healing. This is due to several factors from developments and changing times such as the problem of globalization which allows the exchange of information, ideas, products and values between cultures more quickly and broadly. So that it can adopt elements of other cultures that change traditions and previous values. Such as the policy of using LPG gas, scarcity of kerosene and fuel. Other factors are related to people's lifestyles that influence cultural values and practices that are considered important to fade away slowly and will disappear and follow environmental conditions and health patterns as well as actions that are contaminated by women in today's millennial generation.Budaya ataupun tradisi bisa bertahan jika masih ada yang melestarikan dan mempraktekkan. Tradisi akan hidup dan berkembang sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman jika masyarakat masih mempertahankan kebiasaan tersebut. Tetapi tradisi menjadi lemah dan tergerus oleh masa karena bertambahnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman masyarakat terhadap tradisi khususnya pada nilai tradisi Bedapur pasca persalinan pada perempuan gayo lues. Tujuan dalam tulisan ini adalah untuk mengambarkan tradisi Bedapur pada masyarakat Gayo Lues dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan teknik pengumpulan data serta literatur review yang terkait dengan tradisi Bedapur sebagai pengobatan atau penyembuhan pasca persalinan. Perempuan Gayo Lues setelah lahiran sudah mengalami pergeseran budaya dengan beralih ke pengobatan modren dalam penyembuhannya. Hal ini disebabkan beberapa faktor dari perkembangan dan perubahan zaman  seperti permasalahan globalisasi yang memungkinkan pertukarang informasi, ide, produk dan nilai-nilai antar budaya secara lebih cepat  dan luas. Sehingga dapat mengadopsi unsur-unsur budaya lain yang mengubah tradisi dan nilai-nilai sebelumnya. Seperti kebijakan penggunaan Gas LPG, kelangkaan minyak tanah dan bahan bakar. Faktaor lainnya terkait dengan gaya hidup masyarakat yang mempengaruhi nilai-nilai dan praktik budaya yang dianggap penting menjadi memudar secara perlahan akan menghilang dan mengikuti kondisi lingkungan dan pola kesehatan maupun tindakan yang terkontamidasi para perempuan pada generasi milenial sekarang ini.

Abstract

Berbagai instrumen dalam pelaksanaan perkawinan adat Aceh yang merupakan bagian dari pada bentuk kearifan lokal yang saat ini sudah mulai dilupakan atau jarang mendapatkan perhatian dari masyarakat Aceh terutama Peurakan Meuasoe (Hantaran). Fenomena semacam ini akan sangat berdampak terhadap kebudayaan dan kelestarian adat istiadat terutama dalam tatanan masyarakat Aceh untuk itu tim pelaksana pengabdian kepada masyarakat tahun ini berencana akan melakukan pelatihan keterampilan merangkai Peurakan Meuasoe dalam prosesi adat perkawinan Aceh. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini akan menghasilkan luaran tentang bagaimana kemampuan yang harus dimiliki terutama ibu-ibu PKK dan remaja putri di Desa Blang Pulo Kecamatan Muara Satu Kota Lhokseumawe agar mampu membuat atau merangkai Peurakan Meuasoe (Hantaran) atau seserahan yang merupakan rangkaian prosesi adat istiadat perkawinan masyarakat Aceh. Selain itu juga dengan bentuk dan nilai seni tinggi maka harga komersial sebuah produk Peurakan Meuasoe (Hantaran) mempunyai nilai jual yang cukup tinggi dipasaran hal ini disebabkan karena tidak semua orang punya kemampuan untuk membuat dan merangkai Peurakan Meuasoe (Hantaran) tersebut dengan nilai seni yang tinggi. Untuk itu dengan kemampuan yang dimiliki oleh setiap ibu-ibu PKK dan remaja putri di Desa Blang Pulo tentunya akan berdampak secara langsung terhadap pendapatan ekonomi masyarakat setempat. Teknik pelaksanaan pelatihan ini dengan melakukan wawancara, tanya jawab serta praktek secara langsung tentang teknik pembuatan rangkaian Peurakan Meuasoe (Hantaran). Diharapkan juga kepada pemerintah Gampong khusus Gampong Blang Pulo Kecamatan Muara Satu Kota Lhokseumawe agar dapat memberikan perhatian yang serius sehingga kemampuan dan skill yang dimiliki oleh setiap ibu-ibu PKK dan remaja putri seperti program semacam ini dapat dilaksanakan secara berkelanjutan sehingga akan berdampak pada kemampuan dan pendapatan masyarakat setempat secara mandiri.

Abstract

This research was conducted at the Greatman Krunggeukueh Shop, where there was an increase and decrease in the number of customers in January-December 2022. In January the number of sales reached 49 products, then in February it reached 69 products. Then the author conducted an initial survey on 30 customers of the Greatman Krunggeukueh distro shop, where 45% of customers stated that the products at the Greatman distro shop did not have a new appeal. Therefore, this research aims to see how product diversification influences purchasing decisions at the Greatman Krunggeukueh Distro Store. Indicators of product diversification in this research consist of product attractiveness, product suitability, customer trust in the product, customer impression of the product, attractiveness of the product packaging process, suitability of the product packaging process and offering gift stickers at the time of purchase. Meanwhile, purchasing decision indicators in this research consist of product selection, brand selection, supplier selection, time and number of purchases. This research used quantitative research using a purposive sampling approach, obtaining 96 respondents as the research sample. Data analysis used in this research used the SPSS 25.0 software program. Based on the research results, it shows that the product diversification variable partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a product diversification variable value of 16.033 < 1.986 and a significant value of 0.000 > 0.05

Abstract

This thesis examines field agricultural extension services (PPL) in Kuta Tinggi Village, Salak1 District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. The problem that is the basis of this research is the lack of services from field agricultural instructors in Kuta Tinggi Village, Salak District, Pakpak Bharat Regency. This can be seen from farmer groups who experienced a failed onion harvest. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach using data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The focus of this research is field agricultural extension services in Kuta Tinggi Village and what factors hinder agricultural extension services in Kuta Tinggi Village. The aftereffects of this examination show that field rural augmentation services in Kuta Tinggi Village, Salak District, agricultural extension services are not yet completely good. Providing services. This can be seen from the responsiveness indicators where Field Agricultural Instructors need to improve and need to be improved again so that the farming community is satisfied with the services provided by Field Agricultural Instructors and must also be in accordance with what the farmer group community wants.Dinas Penyuluhan Pertanilan (PPL) di Desa Kuta Tinggi, Kecamatan Salak, Kabupaten Pakpak Barat, menjadi pokok bahasan dalam penelitian ini. Permasalahan yang menjadi dasar pendalaman ini adalah tidak adanya administrasi dari guru lapangan pedesaan di Kota Kuta Tinggi, Daerah Salak, Pemerintahan Pakpak Bharat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari kelompok petani yang hasil panen bawang merah yang banyak. Eksplorasi ini  menggunakan metodologi subjektif tertentu yang memanfaatkan  prosedur pengumpulan  informasi, yailtu persepsi, pertemuan, dan dokumentasi tertentu. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pelayanan penyuluhan pertanian di Desa Kuta Tinggi dan faktor-faktor yang menghambat berfungsinya dengan baik. Akibat dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Badan Pemekaran Pertanian di Kota Kuta Tinggi Daerah Salak adalah Badan Pemberdayaan Pertanian belum sepenuhnya hebat dalam memberikan manfaat. Hal ini seharusnya terlihat dari tanda-tanda tanggap dimana Guru Lapangan Pedesaan harus ditingkatkan dan ditingkatkan lagi  agar dukungan pihak penggarap daerah senang dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Pendidik Bidang holtikultura dan juga harus sesuai dengan apa yang dilakukan oleh kelompok petani setempat.

Abstract

The purpose of this observation is to find out the marketing strategy carried out in the Aceh dodol cake production business in increasing customer satisfaction at Matungan Kruet. By using the three marketing strategy indicators, product, price and promotion. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection including observation. , interviews and documentation. The informants in this research consisted of 1 key informant and 4 supporting informants. The results of this research indicate that the role of the product in supporting increased customer satisfaction in the production of Aceh dodol cake is by maintaining the quality of the product and the ingredients used in accordance with customer wishes. The role of price in supporting increased sales in the Aceh dodol cake business by setting prices in accordance with the quality of the product and the target market. The role of promotion in increasing sales in the Aceh dodol cake business is by utilizing social media as a form of promotion such as Facebook and WhatsApp. So the three indicators such as product, price and promotion in marketing strategies can increase sales and increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Product quality is the ability of a product to carry out its function, including reliability, durability, accuracy, ease of operation, and product repair, as well as other valuable attributes. Product quality is something that needs to receive primary attention from the company or producer, considering that the quality of a product is closely related to consumer satisfaction, which is the goal of the marketing activities carried out by the company. This research uses a quantitative approach which aims to find out whether product quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer purchase interest. The population in this study are all consumers who have purchased and used Azarine sunscreen at the Hijrah Store Lhokseumawe City, which is not known for certain and the sample was determined using the "purposive sampling" method and the formula used in determining the number of respondents used the Lemeshow formula so that the number of respondents was as large as 96 respondents. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests and t (partial) tests are used.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach which aims to determine Blue Ocean Strategy has a Positive and Significant influence on Consumer Purchase Interest. The population in this study were all Richeese Factory consumers in Lhokseumawe City and the determination of the sample using the “simple random sampling” method and the formula used in determining the number of respondents using the Lemesshow formula so that the number of respondents was 96 consumers. In proving and analyzing this, validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple linear regression tests and t tests (partial) are used. Statistically, this value gives the understanding that 51.4% of Blue Ocean Strategy variables affect consumer buying interest at Richeese Factory Lhokseumawe. This means that Richeese Factory Lhokseumawe's Consumer Purchase Interest will be influenced by the Blue Ocean Strategy in accordance with the equation Y = 5.563 + 0.901x.

Abstract

One's Computer shop is a shop that sells various kinds of laptops and other laptop equipment. This study aims to determine the effect of marketing mix on laptop purchasing decisions at One's Computer stores in Krueng Geukuh, North Aceh Regency. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods and obtained 97 respondents as a research sample obtained from the Lemesshaw formula. The data analysis method used in this study is simple regression analysis, instrument test, classical assumption test and hypothesis testing and the coefficient of determination with the help of the SPSS 20.0 program. The results of data processing that has been done previously show that the Ha hypothesis is accepted. Through the t-test with a 5% error rate (a=0.05), the value of Thitung is 19.079 and the value of Ttabel is 1.986 so that (19.079> 1.986) or a sig of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the Marketing Mix variable (X) has a positive and significant effect on the Purchasing Decision variable (Y) at the One's Computer Store in Krueng Geukuh, North Aceh Regency. Based on the research that has been done, it means that consumers think that the One's Computer store implements the marketing mix well so that it can improve purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of location on purchasing decisions at Raja Plastik stores in Mancang Village, Samudera District, North Aceh Regency. This study uses descriptive quantitative research methods with 97 respondents as the research sample obtained from the lemesshow formula. The data analysis method used in this research is simple regression analysis with the help of the SPSS 20.0 program. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results showed that through a t-test with a significant value of 5.053 at the 5% error rate, it was concluded that location had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions at Raja Plastik stores in Samudera District, North Aceh Regency. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted. This study focuses on specific aspects of the location of the Raja Plastik store such as access, visibility, traffic and parking. This study also examines the impact of the store's proximity to public transportation centers and its location near shopping areas and dense residential areas.

Abstract

The international Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement is an effort of resistance that does not use violence but by boycotting products affiliated with Israel. In line with the BDS movement, the Fatwa commission of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) on November 8, 2023 issued the latest fatwa number 83 of 2023 regarding the Law of Support for the Palestinian Struggle which confirms that supporting Israeli aggression against Palestine is haram. Aceh Province is the only province that implements the principles of Islamic Shari'ah in Indonesia.This study aims to explain and analyze the effect of e-WOM and Brand Image on consumer behavior to do Brand Switching directly. This type of research is Explanatory Research. The population in this study is the Acehnese Muslim community domiciled in Lhokseumawe City, North Aceh Regency, Bireun Regency who make brand switching in food and beverage product purchase transactions where the population is not known with certainty. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling technique. The number of samples was 100 respondents using the Lemeshow formula. Data collection methods using questionnaires and literature studies. The data analysis method used in this study consists of instrument tests in the form of validity tests and reliability tests, normality tests, then path analysis. The results showed that E-WOM has a positive and significant effect directly on Brand Image.  E-WOM has a positive and significant effect directly on Brand Switching. Brand Image has a positive and significant effect on Brand Switching. The indirect effect of e-WOM on Brand Switching through Brand Image is more explained by the direct effect than the indirect effect.
