Abstract

Value and growth of a company can be measured by PEG (Price/Earning to Growth Ratio), this ratio compare PER (Price/Earning Ratio) with Annual EPS Growth. Value and growth of banking is very important because banking is the backbone of a country's economy and plays an important role to support economic growth, increase equity through national development, as well as improving the welfare of people in that country. Therefore, this study takes Analysis of Loan Loss Provision, Board Size, Equity to Asset Ratio, Lerner Index to Price / Earning to Growth Ratio, using Return on Asset as Intervening Variable (Case Study at Commercial Bank in Indonesia on year 2010-2015) as the title. The sample of this research is 20 commercial banks spread throughout Indonesia, with 5 years period (2010-2015), therefore obtained 100 data in this research. The data was obtained through the Annual Report of Commercial Banks in that period as well as directly quoting financial data from Bloomberg. Data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and previously tested using classical assumption test.The result of this research indicate that LLP have negative significant effect to ROA, Board Size and EAR negative but none significant effect to ROA, while LI has positive significant effect to ROA. While the research on PEG shows that Board Size and EAR have negative, but none significant effect on PEG. LLP shows negative significant effect on PEG. While ROA and LI has positive but none significant effect to PEG. ROA can’t be a intervening variable that represent independent variable in this research to dependent variable

Abstract

SOSIALIZATION AND MENTORSHIP IN THE ASPECTS OF CULINARY AND NON-CULINARY FOR COMMUNITY ON TANJUNGSEKAR, INDONESIANThis community service aims to provide knowledge about business permits and online marketing to culinary and non-culinary business actors. The service method involves communicating with the community and sub-district heads in Tunjungsekar Village. This approach is integrated as a learning and practice method, which includes online marketing theory and business license theory, as well as direct practice of online marketing via social media and business license registration via OSS Online. The results of this service include increasing the knowledge and experience of business actors, socializing online marketing, and registering business permits in 2022. The results of this service are expected to increase income for culinary and non-culinary business actors (laundry services).Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menyediakan pengetahuan tentang ijin usaha dan pemasaran online kepada pelaku usaha kuliner dan non-kuliner. Metode pengabdian melibatkan pendekatan komunikasi kepada masyarakat dan kepala kelurahan di Kelurahan Tunjungsekar. Pendekatan ini diintegrasikan sebagai metode pembelajaran dan praktek, yang mencakup teori pemasaran online dan teori ijin usaha, serta praktek langsung pemasaran online melalui media sosial dan pendaftaran ijin usaha melalui OSS Online. Hasil dari pengabdian ini meliputi peningkatan pengetahuan dan pengalaman pelaku usaha, sosialisasi pemasaran online, pendaftaran ijin usaha Tahun 2022. Hasil pengabdian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pendapatan bagi pelaku usaha kuliner dan non-kuliner (jasa laundry).

Abstract

General Background: Public health awareness, particularly in rural areas, is often limited, with people neglecting basic health monitoring. Specific Background: In Pangkemiri Village, health checks are rare, leading to undetected conditions related to blood pressure, blood sugar, and uric acid. Knowledge Gap: There is insufficient knowledge among the public regarding regular health checks and preventative care. Aims: This study aims to increase community awareness of health through free health checks and education organized by Real Work Lecture (KKN) students. Results: The activity involved blood pressure, blood sugar, and uric acid checks, as well as health education on maintaining normal levels. The high community participation demonstrated an increased understanding of health monitoring. Novelty: This initiative provided direct health services and consultations, empowering rural residents with critical information about their health status and prevention measures. Implications: The results indicate that continued health education and regular check-ups can lead to early detection of health conditions, fostering healthier lifestyles in the community. This program can serve as a model for future health-focused community service activities.
