Abstract

Smart Home adalah konsep yang merujuk pada rumah yang dilengkapi dengan teknologi otomatisasi yang memungkinkan penghuni mengontrol berbagai perangkat elektronik, sistem keamanan, pencahayaan, suhu, dan lainnya melalui internet, sering kali menggunakan smartphone, tablet, atau perangkat terhubung lainnya. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem Smart Home di Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dalam pengaturan perangkat elektronik dan sistem keamanan, dengan mengutamakan kenyamanan serta keamanan pengguna. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan pemanfaatan ESP32 sebagai pengendali utama, sensor DHT11 untuk mengukur suhu dan kelembaban udara, sensor PIR (Passive Infrared) untuk mendeteksi pergerakan dan mengendalikan perangkat elektronik seperti lampu dan kipas angin, serta teknologi RFID (Radio-Frequency Identification) untuk mengamankan akses ke area tertentu. Sistem ini terhubung melalui jaringan internet dan dikontrol menggunakan perangkat mobile. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem Smart Home yang dikembangkan berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi penggunaan energi serta meningkatkan keamanan di Posyandu. Pengguna dapat dengan mudah mengontrol dan memonitor perangkat melalui aplikasi mobile, sementara fitur keamanan dengan RFID membatasi akses hanya untuk pengguna yang berwenang. Implementasi ini menunjukkan potensi signifikan dalam penerapan teknologi Smart Home di fasilitas pelayanan masyarakat.

Abstract

Background:  Typhoid fever is an infectious disease caused by the bacterium Salmonella enterica serotype Typhi (S. Typhi). It is one of the most common causes of fever, often presenting without distinctive features or specific signs of illness, particularly in areas with limited water sanitation and medical facilities. Purpose:  To explore the management of typhoid fever in children. Methods:  A systematic literature search was conducted using several databases, including ScienceDirect and Google Scholar. Boolean terms and search restrictions were applied to identify articles that appropriately addressed the research question. Inclusion criteria included full-text articles published between 2022 to 2025. Results:  The search yielded 10 articles that met the predefined criteria and keywords. Conclusion:  Active involvement of parents plays a crucial role in the management of typhoid fever in children. This role includes supervising treatment adherence, recognizing clinical symptoms, and understanding the importance of completing antibiotic therapy as prescribed by medical professionals.

Abstract

In the highly complex Indonesian property development industry, companies require a robust framework to effectively integrate diverse business and technological elements. This study addresses this need by designing a comprehensive business architecture model utilizing an Enterprise Architecture approach and ArchiMate modeling language. The research began by employing Business Model Canvas (BMC) to identify and analyze four primary revenue streams for property development companies: property sales, leasing income, hospitality income, and revenue from the retail and entertainment sectors. For each of these streams, a detailed business architecture model was constructed using ArchiMate, meticulously mapping the intricate relationships between key components such as business actors, business processes, supporting applications, data, and underlying system technologies. The resulting four business architecture models visually articulate the value flows and critical interconnections within each revenue stream. These models provide valuable insights, demonstrating how property developers can strategically manage, optimize, and align their operations with overarching business objectives. This research makes a significant contribution to the understanding and application of Enterprise Architecture within the property industry. It showcases the potential of ArchiMate to create more structured, integrated, and strategically aligned business models. The findings are intended to serve as a practical reference for property development companies in Indonesia, guiding them in the design and management of their business models to enhance competitiveness and drive sustainable growth in a dynamic market.

Abstract

Transformator daya adalah perangkat penting dalam sistem listrik yang berperan dalam meningkatkan atau menurunkan tegangan AC. Gangguan pada transformator dapat menyebabkan pemadaman yang meluas, oleh karena itu, keandalan transformator perlu dipertahankan. Salah satu penyebab gangguan pada transformator adalah kera, yang merupakan binatang yang sangat mempengaruhi kinerja perangkat tersebut. Kera sering kali masuk ke wilayah transformator yang dapat menyebabkan terjadinya hubung singkat hingga ledakan pada transformator. Maka, diperlukan sistem keamanan khusus guna mencegah gangguan yang disebabkan oleh kehadiran hewan kera pada transformator. Beberapa kasus di Indonesia  bahwa salah satu penyebab padam nya listrik karna ulah hewan yang mengakibatkan hingga ledakan trafo. PT. PLN UPT Kaltimtara merupakan perusahaan distribusi listrik berada di Balikpapan yang masih banyak hutan disekitar nya yang rentan dengan gangguan hewan pada trafo gerdu induk. Kebiasaan operator untuk mengusir kera atau monyet yaitu dengan berteriak dan melempari batu setiap pagi hingga sore. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan inovasi baru untuk mengusir kera perusak trafo menggunakan PIR (Passive Infra Red) Motion Sensor, gelombang frekuensi, ultrasonik dan Sirine Alarm. Ketika ada kera/monyet masuk di area trafo gardu induk  dan terdeteksi sensor pir serta ultrasinik, maka mikrokontroler mendapat inputan dari sensor dan memberikan output gelombang frekuensi untuk mengusir kera. Sensor ultrasonik dapat menyalakan buzzer klakson 220 Volt AC ketika sensor ultrasonik mendeteksi adanya objek di jarak 1 sampai 4 meter dan arduino uno mengiriman perintah ke relay menjadi kondisi High apabila ultrasonik mendeteksi dan Klakson 220Volt AC akan menyala. Sensor PIR dapat bekerja dengan baik dalam jangkauan 1 sampai 6 meter. Memungkinkan arduino uno untuk mengirimkan perintah dengan baik ke modul pembangkit frekuensi dan mengaktifkan Speaker Tweeter pada frekuensi 4K Hz sampai 49,94K Hz.

Abstract

This study explores the impact of cloud technology implementation on collaboration, data management, and information security within a property development company. Prior to the implementation, the company faced significant challenges, including fragmented data storage, limited cross-team collaboration, and inadequate data security measures. Through a case study approach, this research analyzes the transition from a fragmented system to a centralized cloud infrastructure. The findings indicate that cloud adoption improved real-time collaboration across dispersed teams, reduced data duplication by 30%, and enhanced data security through role-based access control and encryption. Additionally, the centralized data storage system improved the accuracy of project information and sped up decision-making processes by 25%. The research also highlights how cloud technology helped the company meet compliance standards like ISO 27001 while enhancing operational efficiency. This study contributes valuable insights into how cloud solutions can streamline operations in complex industries like property development, emphasizing the need for continuous adaptation of technological solutions to meet evolving business demands.
